Pulled in the parking lot a little after 9:00pm. The open sign was lit. As we walked to the door with another group of individuals a teen girl quickly ran to the door and told us all they were closed and promptly locked the door.Such wonderful customer service. A quick check of the time showed it was only 9:13 and store hours are posted as open until 10:00 on google maps.Being turned away was really a blessing in disguise as we stumbled upon Carl’s Frozen Custard and were treated to a wonderful treat.Do yourself a favor and pass this place by it really isn’t all that by the looks of the place....

The little girl that works there that looks like she is a bad day is nothing but disrespectful and very rude!! Never recommend coming here! Arrived 25 minutes before they closed and the doors were already locked! Absolutely horrible!

The last couple times I went there I have had horrible service! I went inside and got a cake and a couple of quarts and brought them to the counter, im the only customer in there, 2 young girls behind the counter start talking about the ice cream being to icy then an older lady joins them and ALL 3 start working on their issue while Im just standing within 3 ft of them with my frozen items just there waiting to be rung up. After being ignored for a while I finally asked nicely if someone could check me out, they looked at each other without saying anything and finally the girl with the 2 high ponytails pretty much rolls her eyes and I could keep going on and on about what happened next but OMgoodness how are they allowed to behave in that manner.

My mom and i waited for nearly 10 minutes and none of the 3 associates, 2 of which looked like managers, refused to even acknowledge us. They had multiple people walk in after us and they all were able to place an order. When trying to gain the attention of the Owner he explicitly ignored me.Even with 3 associates not a single order except for door dash was being filled.Dont waste your time, go to freddies.

We had ordered milkshakes and Banana splits for our office. When the person went to pick up our order, they had to wait 30 mins. The order was missing a Banana split. When we called to get what was missing, we were told they could get it to us tomorrow. We told them that we were not here tomorrow, along with the fact that we had paid to have it today. They said they could not do anything about it. Apparently there was no.manager on duty. Avoid this place at all costs.

Baskin-Robbins is a long-standing chain and this one was entirely consistent with the others. The ice cream was good. The butter pecan was full of chunks of pecans the scoop was large. The service was friendly and expeditious.

Very nice lady helped me today she didnt have all the ingredients for the orange sherbert freeze but offered a smoothie instead. I thought she was also very efficient and calm, while working both registers and assisting her coworker. Great Job!!!

It only got 1 star instead of 0 because that wasnt an option. They were out of waffle cones and had made no effort to resolve that. The staff was a complete joke. The man that took our order had 1 glove on and moved the trash can with that hand, turned around and wiped his glove on a paper towel. The first guy took our order and walked away, the second person took our order and had no idea what they were doing. It took 10+ minutes to make a smoothie only for it to be horrible. None of the staff had any regard for cleanliness. Will never return to this location.

The staff was so nice but couldnt find the ice cream we wanted.. the inventory seemed under expectations

I went to buy the Stranger Things Steve Funko POP, that is an exclusive to Baskin Robbins and this franchise chooses to rip off the customer by high jacking the price by almost three time more most other locations all over the county were only charging retail of $ 12.99. So only because I am a collector I paid the price of $24.99 when they had one on display and priced as $ 19.99, and the manger said he could not change the price !!!

Very few flavors on hand. Am told theyll be in tomorrow but never are.

Terrible service. They close at 10pm. Got there at 9pm and was told 2/3 of the ice cream was unavailable. I will take my business to cold stone or Dairy Queen
