Made an appt. With geek squad But needed to cancel. when you call the Central Park location no one answers after you sit on hold waiting for about 10minutes, after pressing buttons and going through a number of prompts with the automated system. I called 3 times! First never got a response and I hung up. The second time I wasn’t getting a response but somehow got myself to an attendant in another department which put me on hold after confirming my personal information and me telling her I wanted to cancel my appt. She Returned to the call to tell me she’s going to leave a message to have my appointment canceled. I think all is complete at this point but later get an email message from Best Buy about seeing them soon at my appointment, as if it was not canceled. Trying to not be a no-show, and courteous potential customer that needed to cancel my geek squad appt. I called back and sat on hold AGAIN. The phone call finally started to ring and sounded as if someone was going to answer, but instead I got hung up on. Well, I tried. That was a horrible customer service experience all because no one to answer calls with assistance.
