Dr Abeyta is just awesome. She explains my condition very clearly in plain language and makes an analogy that I can totally understand. Very professional. She makes you feel very comfortable and is very patient.

These folks are the best. Although I had the choice to go VA, I chose to stay with these guys to purchase the hearing aids. Not only for the convenience, but I really trusted them. When I walked out, I felt like I got everything I needed. And I can always call them for any issue that can crop up.

They are professional and so friendly. Thank goodness they have never ending patience! Dr. Abeyta is the best, she makes you feel comfortable and reacts smashingly when you have not a clue-- she will explain until you get it.Definitely a wonderful establishment to do business with, recommended to everyone.

My first experience with aids started about Nov., 2018. I really love them. Didnt know I needed them in the beginning. The staff is wonderful and had so much patience with me. Things are better now. I have worn hearing aids for twenty years and cannot emphasize enough how important it is to find an exemplary audiologist. Dr. Kim at HRC is without the best in her field. She understands the needs of the hard of hearing. She will fit you with what you NEED, not promote features or options you don’t need that make your appliances much more expensive. Another thing, the staff is great, they treat you like family and work hard to ensure your comfort in the process. I love Dr. Kim’s approach which allows all the time you need to explain your needs and hearing difficulties. In closing, if you are hard of hearing and have never worn hearing aids, remember two things, no appliance will give you perfect hearing, that’s not going to happen, but they sure add so much to your quality of life. Second, put your hearing aids in and leave them it. The brain has to readjust and relearn a new way of hearing. Sorry to be so long winded, I just want those of you that have a hearing problem to go to a place where you can be fitted properly. Give Dr. Kim and her wonderful staff a call today. Bart Baker
