The entire staff (Kim and Tammy) are courteous, professional and oh so helpful. These are my first hearing aids and they are WONDERFUL. Not only have I stopped hearing in black and white, and now hear in color, Kim and Tammy have assured that they fit well, and that I know how to operate them. There is no question but that Elevate is the BEST. If anyone has any question about where to go, I strongly recommend that they travel (however far it takes) to Fredericksburg and visit the Elevate team. They are the GREATEST!!!

I bought hearing aids from Kim in Jan. 2018. In the last two years I had spoken to her once to get a replacement part. IE no problems with hearing aids. I got a notice to come in for a checkup. I went and she ran three tests and interfaced with the hearing aid program. She tweaked the program and it sincerely felt like I had new hearing aids. Took the better part of an hour and there was no charge! Hearing aids out of warranty, I had not paid a dime since Jan 2018, Kim and Tami could not have been nicer or more professional and effective. Folks, I dont know about you but when was the last time you bought something two years ago, had no contact with the sellers during that time and THEY ask you to come in and spend an hour making sure you are a happy customer? Central Park Hearing reprogrammed my hearing aid even though I did not purchase from them. They got me in quickly and gave me a free hearing test then adjusted my aid for a reasonable charge. They then took the extra time to explain some things about my aid that I was unaware it could do.Customer service was excellent and their caring attitude was a refreshing change in todays get them in and out as fast as you can world.In sum, a caring customer oriented business.

Ive had Phonak hearing aids for over two years. Ive never been truly satisfied with them and was about to put them in a drawer for good. I couldnt seem to find anyone who could properly program them... until I met with Kim. She did a new hearing test and then expertly programmed the devices based on those results, offering me suggestions on features that no one before ever offered! Now Im very satisfied with the Phonaks! Thank you Kim.
