Dealt with a lot of paint companies and today was one of the best experiences Ive had in a while. Only needed a few quarts for a repair job and the big guy that helped me made me feel like I was painting a whole house. Great guy and service. Sorry I forgot his name.

Mccormick has some great products we use them on a lot of our projects. The guys have always been professional.

I don’t recommend this place at all I run a small painting business and always had a wonderful experience with the store manager Jason . He always made sure everything was right and always helped to get to my car . With the way the world is right now I still have a business but it is hard to get jobs to do so that I may feed my family and pay my employees. I contacted McCormick and asked for my favorite staff member who always gets everything perfect for me and he wasn’t there so I did enquir when will he be available and I was told he was let go . I couldn’t believe it with this pandemic we need to take care of our clients and our employees and to terminate a manager that was so good and seemed to really care about his work I just can’t support this company any longer and will be taking my business to a better company that takes care of their employees!

The employees and knowledgeable and polite.They go to any length to be sure you get the precise color you want. They guide you to the best product for your project! I highly recommend this store.

Excellent paint and great customer service

Ive been coming to McCormick paints since 1970. They sell the best quality paint money can buy! Now they have paint dash which helps you tremendously with not having to rush to the paint store they bring the paint right to you same day! The staff at the fredericksburg store has the most knowledge in the industry! No better manager than Jason go see him!

I visited the new location, with its immaculate showroom. I had some leftover paint and stain that they gladly inspected, stirred and shook. Jason and Eric offered their expertise answering my questions. My house, finished in Cabot stain and McCormick paint, is getting a refresh after over 15 years. Update: 04/18/2020I wanted to do an update on my review and say how dis heartening it was to find out that Jason, the manager was let go. He was the only reason I started using McCormick paint in the first place. He was always extremely helpful and I was so impressed by his knowledge and professionalism that I only went to him for my painting needs. I always recommended people to him and they would call and thank me because he was so helpful. Trust me I have dealt with other paint stores and most of the time they acted like they didnt want to bother answering questions or help to troubleshoot a problem you were having. Jason always went above and beyond. I will no longer do business there because he was the only reason I even went with McCormick like I stated above. In addition now seeing how the company treats their employees who have been there for years(Ive been dealing with Jason for approx seven yrs) will no longer get my business. I will also inform the people I had recommended there of this as well. Its just very rare you find someone who clearly enjoys their job and takes pride in their work. Companys should be rewarding these people not letting them go in my opinion.___________________________________________Ive been using McCormick paint for years. The Fredericksburg store is always clean and stocked. The manager Jason and employees are always courteous, knowledgeable and go out of their way to see that you get exactly what you need. I just remodeled my bathroom. Jason recommended eggshell in lieu of my normal choice of semi gloss. I was very hesitant but went with his recommendation. I used the primer and then painted. The paint color was exactly as the swatch and It turned out beautifully.

Been working with McCormack Paints for years. The outside sales team has always been very responsive and helpful in answering technical questions. The boots on the ground staff in the store always provide great customer service, and have our products ready to pick up every time. Wonderful guys that helped me with my colors all three times in the past few months. Paint colors are beautiful just did my bathroom and bedroom plus had my kitchen and dining room done as well. They worked b.c with ne when a color just wasnt right and fixed to a better color combo I love.

What I can say is the guys at this location are great people, But there paint use to be one of the best coming from a family of Painters thats used there products for years no issue what so ever but that all changed now there paint does not touch up and all the upper management will do is give you more Paint instead of be willing to give the contractor money back or even tools for that matter at least with SWP if theres a Paint issue do to the Paint not performing they will give you the Paint and write you a check for your time fixing it. Very dissatisfied with there Paint!
