One younger gentlemen attempted to show customer service skills. Young lady and senior man were condescending to me. I was ready to look past it and purchase some paint, but it continued towards me, so I walked out taking my business elsewhere. They will never know how much business they lost after talking down to me as the customer, and me walking out. I pray for them.

Im not sure whats with the couple bad reviews but Ive never had an issue with the paint Ive purchased here. The employees Ive dealt with have always been friendly and helpful. I needed to match another companies color which they did perfectly, Ive been given a discount for buying a large quantity of paint for my whole house even though I wasnt a contractor and they even re-tinted a couple gallons for me a few shades darker at no additional cost that I brought back several days after purchase.Also Benjamin Moore paint is by far the best paint Ive ever used and I hate to paint. It always goes on smooth and dries even... trust me from my own trial and error and cheapness when I was younger and dont get paint from the big box store beginning with W, if you care about the quality of product youll get at least that is.

Best paint - Benjamin Moore.

I called with some questions about paint colors and looking for some feedback. I was heading to the store that night, but thought I might get there close to their closing time so was hoping to have my questions answered over the phone so I wouldnt delay them that night from closing on time. Ive always heard great things about Benjamin Moore paint so I was excited about trying it. The woman on the phone acted so annoyed and short with me. She answered my questions, but with a rude and condescending attitude that made me actually feel really uncomfortable for even asking. Painting your house is a big undertaking, and I was just looking for guidance. I was extremely disappointed with her customer service so as a test, I called Sherwin Williams and asked the same questions to see how they responded. 100% different phone call- he was patient, thorough, and kind. Even though I have read such good things about the Benjamin Moore paint, after a customer service experience like that I am absolutely taking my business to Sherwin Williams. Really disappointing first experience with them.

I have several colors of pain from this company. I have brought the cans in before to have them entered into the system from the prior owner. Have had these placed under my ph# and was told could be placed under the home address for any new owner so they would have the colors in the future. Every time I deal with the woman or today the girl at the counter I feel as if I am inconveniencing them. The young lady today was asked if she could find our prior colors since they are custom in the computer under last owner, address. Told her what kind of problem I was having matching the finish, she had to get help to finish charging me for my paint then rang me up. I needed to have some pain thinner and she brought me a gallon and slammed it on the counter, I asked if it was safe for latex and her response was curt so I chose not to purchase that mostly due to the size. When my paint was finished spinning she slammed my paint on the counter and very smirkly said: you have an outstanding day now. I said wow thats a nice attitude! She just smiled- didnt try to correct me that she was being a smart ass. The lady next to me said oh I think she is trying to be nice....I said no, I just spent 10 min with her and she has slammed other items in front of me as well. I hate having to go to this store, only the gentlemen there have any customer service skills. No one goes out of their way to help you and no one has a smile on their face. If my home didnt have this paint all over it I would advise you to try Sherwin Williams instead.
