My appointment at this site was seamless. The staff were very friendly and served me very quickly.

I had an issue with a car I bought from another individual. The muffler was rubbing on the rear tire. He had work done at another Monroe. Fredonia fixed the problem. No charge. I do not think they were obligated to do that. Highly recommend them.

I was an hour away from home on a Sunday evening, stranded with a flat tire and all tire service stores were closed. Called Monro anyway hoping to speak to someone since they were the closest store to my location. Scott answered and I explained I had no way to get my car to his store. He unexpectedly went out of his way to where I was, took my wheel back to his store and brought it back fixed! I am forever grateful for his kindness. Scott was truly a knight in shining armor!!

Ok I have made great friends at this Monro muffler in Scott and Jonah. I got a nice set of tires for a great price and now put them on my girlfriends car and those tires I drove in a serious accident. The black lion voracios weren’t affected by a 65mph rear ending where I was stopped. A garage in buffalo that did the bodywork didn’t fix the exhaust I needed. I was hit so hard that my entire exhaust bent forward. And Scott called it right out when I went there die a oil change. And stuck up heavily for me where another local garage really didn’t show enough effort. All the while I’m trying to afford a long time planned weekend family Cleveland trip that means so much to Our 2 year old daughter. Also paying for rental car after rental car and local Enterprise helped me out huge. Scott ultimately made this trip possible by sticking up for me with the 3 rd insurance adjuster this whole time. And not to mention he drove my car over to basil so my exhaust could be put on my car. Me and my family are truly grateful for Scott amd Jonah. Thank you so much for making our weekend trip to Cleveland a possibility! The best garage in our area is this Monro muffler. My story is a powerful reason why!

Unfortunately we got a flat tire while on the 90. Pulled off and into Monro. Hoping they would be able to assist. Counted 5 bays. Only 1 was occupied. Several employees were standing about the empty bays. We figured we had some luck after all and would be in an out. The manager told us it would be several hours (at least 3!). When we asked if it could just be plugged we were given the same response. Went across the street to Walmart. In and out in 15 minutes.

Had appointment for car inspection. Quick professional, friendly staff. Fair price. Thank you!

Jonah was the best person Ive worked with at a garage. He listened to all my issues with the car even though I had an appointment for an alignment. He noticed issues that couldve been detrimental to my safety and called about the issue. He and his team were amazing. Ive never left a garage so happy with the service (customer and professionalism and quality work) Definitely returning soon! My new place :)

2 weeks ago went to get a gift certificates For our son for oil changes . There was the new guy who didnt know how to do it. Thats understandable I can accept that. He said Ill find out come back. Came back again and he was on the phone with someone trying to get it done and he couldnt. Again thats acceptable I understand. He took our number and said hed call us . He never did. Now its the Friday before Christmas, Also want to state that we live in South Dayton which is far from Fredonia and Jamestown not a quick hop skip and a jump. So now I call the Jamestown Monro. The young man said he knows how to do give certificates and he will be there, after I explained my situation. I said how late are you open and he said 7. THAT Would have been his opportunity to say but I leave at 5 and no one else knows how to do them . And thats exactly what happened so now its Saturday in South Dayton and nowhere to get a gift certificate for an oil change. Never again

Wonderful experience would definitely go back. Helpful friendly people. Had a bit of a wait but saw my car the same day and fixed the problem easily. Extremely appreciated them and their customer service .

I needed help with a blown fuse for the part in my car that charges my phone and even though I told the guy I have an extremely long trip home he just told me no he wouldn’t do it and that nobody out here would do it because it’s a Prius. Just last week, I had about $1200 worth of work done on my car. With everything that needed to be done, this was very reasonable and Tyler is awesome. He seems to be very knowledgeable in his field and helps put it in terms where anybody could understand. He also informed me about the drive card which makes me happy as well. Present day, I sit here waiting for my snow tires to be put on. Awesome prices, awesome customer service, and an all around awesome atmosphere!

I have been there several times, for different problems. Each time, the problem was fixed pretty quickly and I didnt think the prices were too bad. Tyler is awesome! He does his best to get you in asap and he is very personable and knows what he is doing.

I threw a tire while traveling home to MI and got towed to this Monro on Saturday night. Fortunately they were open on Sunday and I was there first thing at 9:00a when they opened. Tyler, the manager, was terrific to work with! He bent over backwards to help us get back on the road that day, even though he had to stay a bit past closing to do it. I would highly recommend this shop and these guys!

Scott Cooper, manager extraordinaire, definitely went above and beyond for us. He just took over management of this location a short time ago, and is shorthanded, and therefore closed on Sundays. We broke down on I-90 and our tow driver thought he was open and towed us there. Luckily, Scott happened to be there working on a family members car. Though technically closed, he took a look at it for us, told me what was wrong, and even allowed me to work on it in the shop. I cant even express how grateful we are to him for his help and his next level humanity and caring attitude

Our truck broke down on the way to go to Indiana for a family emergency. Monro was the closest and only place open. Tyler was amazing. He stayed 15 minutes past closing time to get our truck fixed and get us back on the road! He is an amazing person! And provideded amazing service! Definitely recommend this place.

Called the shop today to see if they could get me in to fix my belt and the manager got me right in and gave me a far price as well. Service was awesome and quick. Got told 2hours and it only took bout 1 1/2 hours and it was done. If in the area again and I need something looked at definitely gonna give Pat a call again

I purchase a vehicle Lexus LS 430 in Chicago heading homebound to Athens New York. car broke down right off the Dunkirk exit on the Thruway. I park at Home Depot and walk to the shop. And from my personal subjective observation I came across one of the most honest professional people passionate service managers in a long time in this industry. He was very realistic about my situation and gave me reassurance. The mechanic Pat was quick and precise. I would say the only gripe was the part that I needed (alternator )which I thought it was common part for a car took considerable amount of time to arrive. But overall its a shop well recommended thanks again Tyler for your professionalism and empathy.

Was in from out of town and needed an inspection on the same day. They were able to fit me in right then and did the inspection in less than an hour. Staff was really helpful and friendly, especially the manager, Eric. I’d highly recommended going here if you need any work done on your car!

Worst managerever. Went there the other day for tires. And gave me the worst service ever. Said he couldnt find any good tires for me. Because i wouldnt be able to afford them. Little after talked to one of the tecs and finally and quick they found some tires. 🤦 worst experience with a manager.

Stopped in today with no appointment and stressed out because my car was making a terrible noise, they got me in immediately and checked out the car and fixed the problem with in a half hour. Super helpful and friendly, extremely grateful for them. Will for sure be back.

Ive almost always brought my cars here for basic services for over 10 years. Always a good experience. Cheap, quick oil changes, no surprises on costs and everything has always been explained before work done. Generally a cool group of people working here too.

Drove all the way from Missouri before getting a flat tire in Kennedy. No one would help us until we came across this place. The man stayed passed closing in order to help, trying 3 different tires before we found one that worked. 100 percent recommend.

They really took care of me and my wife when our car broke down when I was from out of town. And found the part we need and got it there that day and for a good price and didnt take advantage of us for being stranded.

Oil change took an hour & was incorrectly done.This ended up ruining my motor. If I would have checked their work(ei. Was the oil filter correctly set? Was the correct amount of oil filled? etc.) I would have saved my cars motor. And in that case might as well have changed my own oil! Beware of their service!

I dont usually write reviews but felt compelled to do so based on the the unexpected circumstance that brought me to this location. Im from Buffalo and I purchased a vehicle from Pittsburgh. Upon my return home a wheel sheared off the car and left me stranded on the I-90 just outside of the Fredonia exit. Naturally furious and in a panic, I asked to be towed to the closest shop which happened to be this one. The tow truck and myself were immediately greeted by an extremely sympathetic and friendly Tyler. Simply put I have just never encountered this sort of customer service at any repair shop that Ive been to before. Him and the mechanic Pat immediately got to work on a resourceful way to get 3 wheeled car off the truck and onto his lift without creating any additional body damage. Tyler worked out a few different repair options and a detailed diagnosis of what could have led to the wheel flying off. This was especially helpful in addressing the car dealer who sold me the vehicle. The repairs were done very quickly and without any issue. This would be the only repair shop I would use if I didnt live 65 miles away.

Oil change price is great but the wait time is crazy and they are ALWAYS behind schedule and make you wait even longer. Some of the employees are nice and some have no customer service skills. Just being real!

Service was fast but he told my wife on her car that the 2%oil change soon was just a light and nothing would happen to her engine. And that was the manager that told her that. Then I asked them to check my transmission fuild and the manager never did . I will never take my truck back there again. Oblivious the manager and want to be techs cant do a simple job. LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMERS. Then about 2 days ago my wife took her car back again and they had a coupon for 19.99 for oil change and they charge her almost 60.00 dollars REALLY

Didnt have the part and wasnt helpful at all when we didnt know the area and was stuck in a snow storm when our windshield wiper transmission went. The part was extremely over priced when we went to another shop. We found out it was alot cheaper elsewhere. They also charged us $60 just to tell us whats wrong and that they didnt have the part so couldnt help us. They were awful.
