My wife’s car had a softball size rust spot on the back quarter panel. Sebastian and his team at Auto Pro took great care of us. They did a fantastic job on the car itself, they did the job very quickly, they communicated with me through the entire process, and when they returned the car the interior was cleaner than when I dropped it off. The woman who greeted me as I walked in was very friendly and helpful. The entire experience was top of the line. Since then I brought another car back to them and received the same experience. This team takes care of their customers, they are family owned, I won’t go anywhere else.

Me and my boyfriend dropped our car off here after we had some minor damages to the rear end. What a professional team and excellent service! My car got hit by a snow plow. Was able to drop off car a day later and within 4 days got car back in good as new condition. Staff was helpful with getting rental vehicle and keeping me updated with status of my truck. Was able to get back a few days early as well so that was pretty awesome. Highly recommended

Dealing with car repairs is always extremely stressful but Ive never had a better customer service experience than with this company. Sebastian kept me updated throughout the entire repair process and also personally saw to it that our truck was towed to our house when I was unable to have someone help me to go and pick it up. The truck was also cleaned, inside and out, brought back good as new by a friendly tow truck driver! I have never written a review but they really deserved some praise from my experience.

Kriss krone of Allstate insurance declined work on steering component damaged from collision compromising safety for cost cutting. This is unacceptable! Job incomplete with dirt and dry footprints and scuffs on replaced parts. Shop did not have two screws to install license plate holder and fog lamps mismatched and shotty workmanship. Drove truck to my insurance agent of 15+ years, and she was embarrased for me. I have to spend my own money to professionally complete my truck in my driveway.
