When my vehicle was hit by another car and I needed a body shop I wasnt sure where to go. Branning had great reviews online so I gave them a shot and I couldnt be happier with my decision or their hard work. Not only does my car look like new on the outside, but they also, unexpectedly, cleaned the entire interior of my car (which between the dog hair and the kids mess was no easy feat). Every person I dealt with- from Danielle behind the desk to the guy who walked me through what repairs I needed- was kind, knowledgeable, and reassuring. I would recommend Branning to anybody needing an effective and trustworthy body shop.

My car needed repairs to the entire rear, most of the drivers side, and the roof. My insurance company works directly with Branning as a reputable repair shop and I was impressed with the entire process from beginning to end. They set up a drop off time convenient for me and had the rental car company meet me at their shop. They estimated 2 -3 weeks which was spot on and they worked directly with my insurance to handle the payments. I was updated on the status regularly and simply dropped off my rental when my car was done. An extremely efficient process with the customer experience squarely front and center. I interacted with Danielle almost exclusively and she was professional, courteous, friendly, and informative. Chelsea did the initial inspection and she was also very friendly, informative, and professional. I have told many people about my experience and felt inclined to write this review based on the exceptional service I received.

Wife was rear ended and for the 2nd time we took her Lexus to Branning to get fixed. They were backed up a bit so we did not get her car in for a couple weeks. Once we did drop it off I received emails updating us on the status and when to expect to pick up. We were originally told it may be 3 weeks until we got her car back, it ended up being about a week and a half. Great work, very professional. Highly recommend Branning !

I brought my truck to Branning to repair damage to the driver side doors, quarter panel, and wheel well. Everyone was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I dropped my vehicle off on a Tuesday and they went over everything with me and gave me a timeline as to when I could expect to hear back from them and roughly when I can expect to have my truck repaired. Danielle kept me informed throughout the entire process and gave me a call less than a week later when the truck was ready to be picked up. They went over everything again when I got there and I was very impressed with the service. I would highly recommend using Branning.

It was my first time using Branning for a collision repair. The shop employees were polite and attentive. Since I was on a tight time schedule, they made sure my vehicle was in on a Monday and out that Thursday! The work they completed looked great.

Accident issue. I was hit in Rim /Tire damage. IT was only Damaged that was done, which they wrote all over the vehicle scratching the paint with some sort of green crayon, writing “4by4” across the hood, Circled every little dig or small scratch, circled causing more scratches.Please please go some where else. Over 2 Months for Just 1Rim/1Tire, First, Like to Thank Ultimate Sound, on 35 for finally finishing the job only took 35 min to Mount a Rim to the tire -& mount to truck, with 3 others mounted also, WITH NO APPOINTMENT, ! Where if I left it at Brannon I would needed to Leave my vehicle and get rental vehicle just to mount 4 Tires !?! Costing me money.BTW if you have anything after market custom on your vehicle they do not know how to research or find out what is needed, make sure you keep all your past invoices. They will need them, Never heard of a mechanic not knowing how to look up a rim size the number was on the rim that was need took nearly 3 weeks to figure out. I’m not a mechanic I pay someone if I need anything done,, lol I’m so glad I kept my 4 original tires that came with the vehicle, who knows how long it would have been without a vehicle for.Accident June 23. I just now got my vehicle up and going Sept. all for 1 Rim/Tire. & STILL JOB WAS NEVER COMPLETED BY THEM ! Had to take it somewhere else !!!! wow also no one picked up my Rim / tire that was ready for pick up, sat in the shop where it was ordered. Ugh.Just please find another shop. Please I guess. Can blame me since it was my responsibility took me 2 months for not doing my homework and looking up the information FOR THEM., I thought I would had to call and order my own rim, got to be kidding me. I would though it’s there job to know it to find out, does anyone else does the mechanic work? Look up battery sizes or what headlights is needed lol ?So glad I’m NEVER GOING BACK ! Branding is the only place to have body work done on your car, period . I have had my share of times that I needed work done( two sons) and have found nobody as professional as Branning. The best to me was not only great job, but Always keeping me updated with phone and email.

I had an excellent experience with Branning! I was immediately impressed by the facility when I arrived, its a very impressive building, and the lobby felt more like a five star hotel (I especially enjoyed the hypnotizing fish tank). The check-in was quick and my rental car was immediately ready for me. While my car was with Branning they were great with providing me updates on the work through email and phone calls, and I was pleasantly surprised to have the work completed almost five days early. Picking up the car was as simple as dropping it off, and the work was completed as expected. All in all, a great, hassle-free experience.

When I saw the damage to my front bumper after my accident I was pretty devastated. I didnt think itd look as good as it did ever again and I am planning on keeping this vehicle for a while. Well when I went to pick up my vehicle...I was blown away. They cleaned up my license plate, painted, refinished...just everything. It looks good as new! They even detail the whole inside before returning it! It was such a great experience and both people I dealt with were so nice and kept me informed of the progress and when they expected to be finished. From start to finish, I completely understand why Progressive suggests this auto shop. Although I hope I dont have to use them again, if the situation arises, I know who Ill be bringing my vehicle to!

I have been here in the past and had a great experience. In 2020 I did not have the best experience as the repair was not done correctly and I had to bring it back. They honored their warranty but made me come back multiple times because they did not check the car prior to calling me to pick it up. They seem to have fixed the car now and stood by their word, so that kept me from giving a lower rating. My advice to them is make sure a car repair is complete before getting your customers hopes up of being reunited with their vehicle. If you go there, make sure when you pick your car up, that is not at the end of the day so if there are minor adjustments, they can be done before everyone goes home.

They went above and beyond to make sure my car was restored to the best it could possibly be. I bought my car as is and apparently some after market things were done to it including the rims being painted. When they ordered 2 new rims for the repairs from the collision they arrived in a different color in which they come from the factory. They color matched the rims and touched up the 2 older ones. They contacted me many times and explained everything clearly to make sure I understood and was happy with what they were going to do. My car looks even better than before the collision. My luck has lead me to need repairs on my car 3 different times now over the past 2 years. I’ve brought it to Branning each time and each time the repair work and quality was spectacular. If you need body work/repairs you can bring it to Branning with confidence. They do a great job. I hope I never have to but if I ever find myself in need of body work/repairs for my car again I’ll be bringing it back to Branning.

I can not even begin to tell you what a great experience it was using Branning in Freehold for my collision repairs. When you drive into their lot with the beautiful building and landscaping. One mechanic took my car in and was very friendly as well. After my car was repaired there was a minor issue that was discovered and the manager promptly took my car back into service and repaired it at no cost to me. Although I would not wish needing auto repair on anyone, if you ever do need auto bodywork Branning Collision Center in Freehold is the ultimate place to go. My car was hit in a parking lot when a kid attempted to park next to my vehicle and hit my bumper. What I thought was going to be a headache of an ordeal, dealing with the driver’s insurance company, it was the most smooth, seamless, easy, stress-free process. When I brought my vehicle to Branning Auto Collision I was amazed, I thought I was at a hotel! I did not feel like I was in an auto body shop. I was greeted professionally and my vehicle was repaired as promised in 3 days. Manny made sure my car was completed to perfection and the rental car that the insurance paid for picked me up there and I was able to return the rental to Branning Auto Collision as well. I felt like I was their only customer with the attention, care and professionalism given. I loved the constant updates through text and email to let me know when my car was going to be ready and Danielle was able to answer any of my questions as she managed the front desk. The best auto body I’ve ever known of and I truly admire the sense of the “non-auto body feel” with the accommodating lounge, coffee and comfort. They did a quick live review of damages at dropoff (in the rain). Then gave me a timeline of 5-7 business days. And on the 7th business day the vehicle was ready. They sent status updates along the way via email each morning which was helpful.It was nice that there were no surprises from a time or cost perspective.

I was considering using Brannings Collision Center because I had a bend on my hood. I did not continue with service because they had to availability the day of which is okay. They wanted to set an appointment for the following week and I informed them it is too far awar but I appreciated the help. One of the men insisted to look at my car and he told me it would be a $1300 job to fix the hood of my car! I was told I needed a replacement and paint job which was insane because the damage was not even bad! I was very upset I had left with that information because I did not believe the price would be that much. Luckily I had found another body shop and they were able to fix my hood for $50. What a price difference! Although I did not proceed with a service at Brannings I am upset that I had left with misleading information. No doubt the facility is extremely professional, but I encourage anyone who does go there for a repair has a general knowledge on what they need done. Do not get ripped off even if they do an immaculate job!!!

This is the second time I have been there. I went to the east Brunswick center and the whole team is very professional. Everything broken was fixed correctly and the car was deep cleaned. So much that friends asked us that did we wash the interiors. Lol. Superb place for your work to be done.

I was told 1 thing and something else happened ! They got the truck mixed up with another truck and we called everyday until almost closing the guy calls and says it’s totaled ! After I was told they were waving the 35 a day ! The tow truck was 100.00 it’s right on the bill ! They rip people off ! And take an long time to get the vehicle right ! This could have been totaled the day after it came in! Peep should learn how todo their jobs properly !!!!!
