I purchased my car (NEW CAR) from Freehold Hyundai May 5, 2021. There was a small scratch over right side rear tire. The dealership offered to repair the damage at later date. June 8, 2021 I drop off my car at the dealership for repair of scratch ( at this collision shop) I picked up my car today (06/11/2021) in the rain. I walked around the car, I really don’t noticed anything. I got home after rain stop and car dried. I noticed all this leftover residue and compound. I tried wiping it off with water and towel. After it dried it’s still marks from residue and compound on lower bumper plastic cladding. I only had the car for a month. I AM VERY UPSET WITH BOTH THE COLLISION SHOP AND FREEHOLD HYUNDAI DEALERSHIP. I can’t believe NO ONE CHECKED MY CAR BEFORE RETURNING IT TO ME. I HATE THAT I HAVE TO GIVE 1 STAR TO POST THIS REVIEW. Also I have to wait until tomorrow morning to see if the paint job was done good. NOT SURE IF SOMEONE AT COLLISION SHOP OR DEALERSHIP ATE ALL MY GUM ( Yes I noticed it missing I have OCD)

My experience over years with body shops has never been one of trust, however that is not the case here. My car was slightly damaged with an estimate of about $ 1,800 dollars. Gordon looked at it and said wait 2 minutes. He came out with a bottle and a rag and less than 60 seconds there was not a mark on the car. He could have said leave the car and we will start work, however he was honest and wouldnt even let me buy him lunch. Today someone this honest in his industry is hard to find. Consider this body shop as I have used them before and they do great work.

A great experience! They came to pick up my car within 30 min of my calling them (had to have it towed), and they did great work on the repair. Anytime I called, and even when I went to pick up my car, they were the nicest and so helpful!

If I could give these guys no stars I would. I would highly recommend you do not take your vehicle here as these guys have no integrity whatsoever. Two years ago I asked them to fix a rust spot on my trucks cab corner. I specifically asked them to cut it out and weld in a new piece of sheet metal as I know rust will just come back if you do not do that. Gordon Baker who is still there today, said sure no problem and gave me the price. Fast forward two years later and rust bubbles showed up in the same spot. When I grinded it down no new patch was ever welded in they simply caved it in and paved over it with bondo. They pulled one over on me dont let them do it to you too. Also when i called today telling them this they deflected blame and said i should have known better that the price didnt reflect welding in a new panel. Yes as a person that has no experience with body work I should have known that. Maybe the certified estimator should have done his job and told me that. Or maybe they should of had a little integrity and done the job the right way.

They did an awesome job on my bumper. Less than 5 minutes for the initial estimate to check the damage and confirm parts needed, and the part was ordered an in stock in a couple of days. They installed the bumper in less than two hours while I waited and everything was great. Friendly and very professional!

John at ALL CAR COLLISION is the best auto-body repair shop on the planet. I fixed my BMW bumper years ago, and to this date it is pristine. He also has a great stock of tires that I have used on my other cars, and they are still handling excellent.... thanks John

The front of my car was damaged and scratched. A man decided to drive is car along the length of my parked vehicle scraping the entire drivers side of my car. The paint and pinstriping were ruined and the quarter panel and side view mirror were dented. The first call I made was to John at All Car Collision. He talked me through exactly what to do regarding insurance and even offered to pick up the car for me. He handled everything from the insurance paperwork to the car rental for me.
