Very sassy female staff answering the phone. Was very unattentive and wouldnt give her name when asked prior to transferring to manager Richard. Who was not very friendly or helpful either. I understood store closes soon and we all want to clock out when time is, but common really guys

Worst store to go to ever. They will do everything nice at the beginning to get you but once you become a member everything is an issues that you have yo deal with it. The store manager are the worst they are not professional and don’t care about customers. Never come back to the store again.!

This store is the worst store when its come to customers services and the store manager Robert even worst. I always buy everything from this store i have Ipad and 4 line all Iphones, I normally exchange each devices every year or every year and half. I had bought a screen protector for one of my phone the guy that took care of me that day was having some technical difficulties so when he asked at the end of the transaction he asked if I need the receipt which I reply back nah really? I didnt realized that the guy gave me the wrong item. I went in to exchange showed them my account account with the transaction and explain to him why I did not have the receipt, but the store manager said We cant exchange for you unless you got the receipts. this store should have better customer services and when its time to exchange devices or to buy anything then this store is not the correct one. I being their customer since they first open up but will never visit again. You should have staff and better manager to understand customer needs, its was not my fault the your employee did not gave me what I paid for it, not my fault the he had go back and forward 3 times to the shelf and at the end...he still gave me the wrong item. Robert is also the worst store manager, he was rude and not professional make me wait for about 30 minutes to tell me at the end I can do anything for you.

I’ve come in a couple of times to this store. Usually employees are nice but the manager, Isaac, always has a very condescending tone with his customers. I thought it was just me but other friends who have T-Mobile and have come to this store have said the same thing. and he was yelling at his employees, that’s no way to treat your workers!!! Please do better with customer service!

Good and normally quick service. The staff is knowledgeable and has helped me with many of the issues Ive had. Though there are some things they cant help, I find that they usually have an answer (good or bad). The staff is hit or miss on friendliness but they know what they are talking about which is sometimes more needed than friendliness.

Went in yesterday to get a new phone ! And they were extremely very helpful so happy with the customer service all the staff were nice. Yoly was very nice and made the process extremely fast and easy. Defiantly satisfied!

Put an illegally parked sticker on my car before I could go in and buy a new phone. Had to take money out thr bank first. Lost a customer before I could even walk in the door.

Overall ok but they seemed very under staffed. And it is inconvenient to have the person helping you constantly stop to tell people who walked in to give them their name. 1 suggestion is to have a dedicated person taking names to let the others help the customers instead of the constant interruptions.

This is usually my go to TMobile store, since theyre a corporate office, they usually have everything i need. I bought a Timex smart watch for my daughter 2 weeks ago. We opened it and nothing worked. After 2 days of being transfered between Timex, TMobile customer care and tech support, they discovered it was defective. I took it back to this store where I sat with a very nice gentleman who worked on trying to set it up for almost an hour. After all that time I was told it is in fact broken and they have no more in stock. 2 weeks later and it still isnt in stock. I called 611 and expressed my concerns, he said sorry to hear that but Im not retail so theres nothing I can do I then took it upon myself to call every single TMobile store in Nassau county and no one has it. Then Im told that Timex removed all watches from the stores because theyre having issues. Yet no one said this to me and Im now not only paying off a broken watch but Im paying a monthly phone bill for a watch i never even got to use. I am aware this isnt entirely this stores fault, its all of TMobile as well as Timex but reguardless Im irritated and my 6 year old continues to cry for the surprise she earned and was told about but cant have. I only gave 2 stars because the employees are polite.

The day after Christmas I decided to go get the new iPhone XS Max in space grey. Unfortunately many stores were out of stock. After visiting the T-Mobile in Oceanside and them not having the phone they called over to this location to see if they had it and they did. When arriving, I told one of the customer service representatives that I had jump on demand and wanted the phone previously mentioned. He said he didn’t think they had it in stock, I became a little annoyed because well the representative at the previous store had just called about 15 prior. He said he would go check. Before walking to the back he hesitated and then went to speak with his manager who then followed him to the back. After about 10 minutes the customer service representative came back and asked for my information which I provided to him. He then informed me that for this phone T-Mobile no longer offered jump on demand. At this point I became even more annoyed because I spoke to numerous T-Mobile customer service representatives about what I wanted to do and they never said anything about this. He then told me he could not help me unless I paid a large deposit. I then left the store and got on the phone with customer service who told me that what this representative told me was untrue. Personally I believe that they already had a buyer for this particular phone and did not want to sell it to me. Regardless of the reason I was lied to and treated in a very unprofessional manner.

The workers are helpful, but there customer service needs work, they take to long at times to help other clients sometime the wait time is more than 30 minutes, they should work on those who only want to make payments to make the wait time shorter.
