They replaced and installed 2 new headlights for my VW Jetta. People were friendly and did great work! Giving only 4 stars just because it took a little over an hour and a half. I dont blame the workers for that since they are understaffed.

As the ruler of the galaxy, this is the only place I allow my fellow decepticons get serviced. They always keep them in tip top shape. Also they dont like Optimus Prime.. ALL HAIL SUPREME OVERLOAD MEGATRON. *ANGRY CAR NOISES*

The customer service is horrible, they locked us out in the cold and kept our keys. Once we got our keys they laughed In our faces. Charged $30 to only change 2 lights. Then when we got our vehicle they didn’t even fix what they said they did. Highly upsetting but no surprise because they bust our oil pan when changing our oil. Won’t go again.

Past 3 times I’ve been there it’s always a 2 hour or longer wait for an oil change. One person in the shop and one at the register. Wish I could give a negative star review. Why would anyone want to wait for a long period of time when there are other places to go and the wait will be much shorter and customer service will be much better.

Went in to have my tire looked at because it was going low and an oil change. Took two hours for just an oil change and they said they couldn’t find anything wrong with the tire. Even though I told them it was a possible bead leak to take the tire off. They said we sprayed and dunked it in the dunk tank. They never even took it off the rim to check the bead leak. Went back they told me it might not be fixable. They are fairly new tires. I took it to Jensen auto and it indeed was a bead leak. If I could give them a negative five stars, I would 😠

I waited 20 minutes in line to be told that they would not even look at my camper tire which had a slow leak in it somewhere, they said unless it was the valve stem they couldnt do anything for me. Now I am not a tire guy or I wouldnt have been there in the first place so I had no idea what was causing the tire to lose air, 3rd time I have had bad luck there, shame on me for giving them so many chances. This was the last time I will try to give them my business, it always seems like they dont need it.

Bought new tires on a Sunday had a blown tire following Saturday. Wal mart would do nothing for me and actually charged me to fill a 1/4 hole in the tire. 6 days for 60,000 mile tires. The warranty I purchased was apparently only for rotation of the tires. Total b.s from them will NEVER use them again. Would have never if it wasnt on a Sunday that I needed the new tire.

There is a toothless older lady with some anger issues in the tire and lube center, she was at the front desk today and didnt help me at all. She was aggressive and mouthy. It was the worst service that I have ever had. I couldnt get myself to utilize the services at this tire and lube because she was such a witch. I drove an hour to get to the damn store and she just ruined my day. I am shocked that she even has a job, she didnt have her teeth in so she was gumming, just a very rude and disgusting person that ruined my experience and I will definitely not be going back. She was training another employee that was equally as gross and obnoxious as her.

My day was filled up with no employees showing up and took 4 hours to complete a 30-minute promise time. Not that employees fault but Walmart needs to get their act together.

Fremont Nebraska walmart sucks. 3rd time in 4 months i have been here for a tire repair and they always find something wrong and will not fix. This is the LAST time i will come here. On a rating between 1 and 10.....it is a - 14.

After their second excuse for not being able to sell me two new tires, I just figured they werent interested in my business.

One computer working more employees inside, than working in the shop bays, im not gonna be held waiting for more than an hour for an oil change and rotation.
