Went here for some nuts and bolts and was wowed by the selection in bins! Found some shirts and work jeans also. They have a lot of items so if you have time to browse and are a hobby guy or a busy farmer, youll be interested. Stop by and give them your unbiased try and you will surprise yourself!

Overpriced and just all around disappointing. Went for a supposed half off plant sale... Im surprised there werent more dead plants for the lack of care their garden center seemed to be getting.The cashier, however, was great.

The store has decent stock, but this particular location probably has some of the worst customer service and employees Ive seen out of the 9 different rural kings Ive been to. Honestly I probably wont return if its not a last resort

Wow what a store! This place is where I will come to shop for boots and small tractor parts. The store is very clean and organized. The restrooms were spotless and didn’t smell. The customer service is great. Was looking for starter parts and a team member asked me if I needed help. Very happy with Rural King.

I have been a customer of Rural King for 3 years now and I have never seen it this unorganized. I stopped in today to pick up bird seed and other basic items and waited nearly 20 minutes in line. There were only 2 cashiers available at the return desk. The one cashier, Alivia, who has helped me several times in the past, called for more associates to help ring out customers multiple times and not a single employee came up. I’m unaware of the other cashier but she was fabulous as well. Both of the cashiers stayed professional and kind despite being so busy.I went through Alivias line and she apologized to me for having to wait and had me in and out once I was able to check out. She always has the best attitude even when it’s busy. She has always been so helpful with getting my bird seed every time I go in. She’s always working hard! If it wasn’t for her, Rural King would have lost my business by now!

I used to enjoy shopping here, but they seem to have a difficult time keeping upper management and the chaos that occurs due to this revolving door is apparent. More and more there are items that wont scan, are missing UPC codes, prices are often not posted and no easy way to find out, the employees are stretched too thin and (some but not all) seem bothered when asked a question and do little to help you find the item. The cashiers up front often run double duty with returns and answering phones and this often causes lines to drag to a stop. My last visit, I spent 25 minutes in line with only 2 people ahead of me, watching all the angry faces in the lines surrounding my as missing prices, tags, and a huge return of used batteries ground the whole store to a halt. What I assume was the new store manager didnt seem to even notice what was going on around him. All of this on top of a store that gets more overtly demonstrative of their religious and political leanings and the praise and worship music that gets piped into my ears. I used to go here almost every day, but I avoid it like the plague.

Stopped at the store in Bellevue. First wed been there. Had a mix up on bird seed, got to the car and found it to be animal food. Had to lug 50# back in. 😞 Other than that one of our favorite stores, prefer Mt. Vernon

We drove about an hour to get there. It was nice but there wasnt anything we couldnt have gotten at our local farm store.

Employees are under trained and 4 were just standing around while there was a big line up. Marked down items were not rung up correctly and now I have to wait 2 days for my money back and it already took 20 minutes just to do 2 items for return. First and last time going there I wont waste my time.

Nice selection of work clothes. Many brands such as carhartt and they carry a lot of large sizes. Good selection of items to farm and home.

This is a depressing store, you walk in and instantly your energy level drops, one good thing they give free popcorn so thats definitely a plus, they need to update there atmosphere, honestly the place reminds me of a flea market or a poor mans tractor supply, and I dont even like that place but its updated at the least

Sold me a gun that wont chamber a bullet and refuse to do anything about it. Ruger also is doing nothing about it. Both garbage wont buy from either place.

I have purchased many items from this store. Prices and service is great. The manager goes out of his way to help you for anything. If you are a customer, he will do anything to make you happy. This manager is top notch. He is the best around

I was working for a manufacturing facility not too far away and we needed a emergency part for one of our presses. Instead of shut down the line, I had an idea to run over to Rual King and check to see if they had something similar due to them selling farm equipment. Sure enough, they had the right part and it was able to keep us running. I do not know where else I could have found this part on such short notice. I would have had to order it online and then wait for shipping.

A no frills shopping experience and that is NOT a bad thing. Store is always clean and the lighting is not the usual harsh glare of most stores. Good quality products.

The gun counter staff alone gets 5 stars. This is a great store to shop and has a fantastic staff at their gun counter. If they dont carry certain items they arent afraid to direct you to small local businesses that do. Thats extremely impressive because it shows the customer truly does come first and that if they cant take care of the customers needs they can direct you to a local business that can.

Love Rural King for their tools and garden supplies. Staff are always willing to help. The free popcorn is a bonus as well ( once we get past this pandemic).
