I want to find the person who did the decor for this place and have their offspring (though my image doesnt do it justice -- that was just to show my son the variety of shaved ice bowls they have). If there were anything less fattening on the menu I would come here perhaps and write, but this is really a place to come with friends, have boba, and share a huge icy bowl of goodness. It feels good, though, just being here, very nice!

Have been here twice and had the hot love milk tea both times, the Boba is the perfect size and the tea is great too! My husband tried fruit teas with jellies both times and was pretty happy with the customization options available. Just a heads up, they dont take cards for checks below $10 so if all you want is one drink then youll need cash. The place itself is cutesy and clean, and they also have bingsu

Taro is my favorite bubble tea flavor and Hot Love makes the best one I’ve ever tried! Why? The milk is organic and you can really tell the difference! Tastes so much cleaner and fresher. They use real taro, which is crushed, so you get little pieces in each sweet sip.The store is really clean and has a beautiful, welcoming ambiance too. Can’t wait to try out other things.

I ordered the Matcha ice cream green tea & Japanese matcha LatteBoth where delicious, the drinks had a clean presentation they where Not overly sweet.The service was professional & they patiently answered my questions.They definitely are taking precautions towards keeping distance to keep both customers & employees safe.

Great little gem tuck in a forgotten plaza next to American High School with great decor. The shaved ice is surprisingly delightful and the milk tea is exquisite. Be warn that they go on the sweeter side

I really wanted this place to be good. Came here twice. First time, service was really slow, but drinks were decent. Second time, service was again ridiculously slow, then on top of that, they informed my sister that they ran out of her drink AFTER wed ordered and sat around waiting for about 20 minutes.

So good the quality is amazing the service is great the wait was less than 5 minutes after the nearby high school got out and I Normally go to T4 but I’ve definitely decided to continue to go to this one instead they gave us free egg rolls and the tea is organic.

Food, drinks, and shaved ice (Bisu) are decent. Service is not bad. But I wont recommend to order shaved ice (Bisu). Because when I ordered it, the clerk told me I need to wait for 15 minutes or more. Because I wanted to different flavors, then I will need to wait for 20-30 minutes. The reason is that they need to clean the machine each time for different flavors. So the efficiency is kind of... But you could still buy drinks here.

They don’t take to-go orders and they frequently run out of a certain flavor for binsoo.

I ordered Taro Lover with extra taro. But actually there is no taro at all… It just tastes like taro… I dont know why they charged me the extra fee… By the way，the taste is not good.
