Not sure why but both me and my friend agree they dont taste as good as the union city one. Im guessing they are not as fresh since union city one is a high volume store.

Nice place with good fresh bagels in the near around 1 miles where it is located. Definitely worth trying to go and try regular bagel and raspberry and lemon flavored bagels. We went as family of 6 people and we are happy with the quality and price too..!!

I find this location to be a great alternative to sit down and do some work than the other coffee place that is way too crowded.You already know that the original glazed donuts are a must and the coffee is good too.The customer service is great! Dropped in after getting second Moderna shot at nearby Kaiser office, so close, could not resist. Nice little store, no donut making machine to admire. However the donuts are equally delicious. Parking is easy. Got my coffee and two donuts, easy peasy. Its been a while since I had a donut, the lady was nice enough to let me gawk at all that deep fried sugar glazed wonderfulness in the display case before ordering. Did I mention that ifyou show them your covid vaccination card they give you one of their regular donuts for free?

This is a very small location it is very cute very clean and the staff was friendly. But I noticed that the red light hot donuts are not as good union city of location!

I came here early in the morning to buy donuts and get my free donut as i showed the employees my vaccination card. They included the free donut on my receipt BUT THERE WAS NO DONUT IN THE BOX. It was my fault for not checking but your employees suck lol

Drove more than a few miles to this location, thinking to get a Mars donut today. One girl told me they didnt have them at that location, and so I ordered two regular glazed. Another girl came from the back with--yup, Mars donuts--but told me they were pre-ordered. So I left without the Mars donut and went to the Union City location. I will never go to the Pacific Commons location again as they are clearly not a customer-pleasing management.

The donuts aren’t fresh. I went there an hr when they open. I took a bite as I was walking back to my car. It taste like it’s old and over night. And way too much sugar like it’s layered over night with sugar to make it seem fresh. I went to another place to get the same donut and holy moly it’s night and day. It’s way better.

Always fast service. Doughnuts are delicious. The store is always clean.

We were supposed to get a free dozen of special graduation donuts. My daughter was so looking forward to the ‘2020’ donuts, but we got there and were told they “ran out” of those special donuts. We got there before 7:30 am! And they were out already? Did they just have an allotment of 10 boxes? Up to here is a 2 star rating. Another star is added because they did give us a free dozen regular glazed as a consolation. Suggestion: Have some more stock next time for special occasion offers!

Don’t ever order coffee from this place. I’ve ordered americano small and got JUST ABOUT 20ML of coffee. I thought there’s something wrong with the machine, so went and a head and asked the person who served coffee to me but he said that’s it, we only give that much for small size and he said he doesn’t give refund, if I want I need to pay again and get one more. I left coffee then and then and told him, if you want more money just ask, I can try go give but don’t cheat on the name of coffee. Pathetic

I am disappointed, I seen that there was fresh hot donuts being made and I stopped to buy some. I didnt realize it until I was already out of the store, but the donuts were cold. And tasted nasty. Next time I will be sure to make sure I get warm donuts like the sign said. And yes, I ordered a dozen glazed 😖

One of the best donuts you will every have. Especially if you get them hot and fresh which are made right in front of your eyes. Wasnt as busy as I thought it would be. Just a couple of people before us. They have a ton of variety too.

Finished shopping in the area, looked up places in Google Maps to get a coffee and doughnut, saw the Krispy Kreme open till 10PM and took the 5 minutes drive there. Arrived there 9:56PM, parking right in front of the door, headlights shining at the door, they come to door and lock it. I point at 9:56 at my phone and at their opening times. Finally they open and tell me that I have to come during opening hours. I tell them that Im here during opening hours, and they tell me that they close 5 minutes early and that I have to come during opening hours. We go in circles a couple of times and I explain that if they want to close early, then why dont they adjust their opening hours. Then Dustin tells me that he doesnt need to be lectured how opening times work... Well, that was fantastic service, just continue that way.

The donuts are amazing BUT The store management does not seem to have a good monitoring on their business info on Google Maps. I ended up going all the way there and they were closed and had to correct their operating hours myself on the maps. I would reconsider the management system if I was Krispy Kreme

Theyve canceled my deliveries multiple times. Im not sure if its one person doing it or if its getting done by a supervisor. they shouldnt cancel orders that were placed ahead of time. Waited 4 hours for them just to get canceled.

They make the donuts smaller now and cut off on the quality, little of filling

Back when they first cane on seen the Donuts were really good. For some reason now, the Donuts are way way way too sweet. I think I read that they were changing the recipe but cant be sure. If youre into super sweet and need that Sugar high then try them out.

Im not the greatest fan of Kristy Kreme doughnuts however if you are this store has great tasting ones. The service is very nice and friendly. The seating area is kept very clean. A good place to get a sugar fix.

Donuts here are quite good, but only the raised ones. The cakes and old fashions are not as good as some places. The benefit is they make their raised donuts on the spot so you can eat them as fresh as possible . Coffee here is decent too.

The crew here at the Fremont location are so awesome. The donuts are melt-in-your-mouth yummy.

Super friendly service; but, they gave my order of 3 donuts to a couple who had ordered a dozen. Just took a peek inside my 4 coffees as well and none are what I had asked for. 😅

They did not have the Friday chocolate donuts for $2 and the cashier added my reward points to another persons account.

I never jumped on the bandwagon in high school but within the last few years I encountered their Boston cream donut which is my favorite! The whipped cream filling one is strange and not the same as the tasty pudding filled. The original glazed is still everyones favorite but not mine. The original is low calorie though so keep that in mind... Anyway the donuts are relatively cheap and theres always a Groupon deal. I havent tried the coffee or any drink to comment on them. I believe you receive a free donut if you download the app
