Either the coffee machine is broken or they dont know what is extra hot means!. It is as warm as my kids milk bottle. You need to drink up the entire tasteless cup to get to the flavour part.

I got a nice and warm brownie. Perfectly warm, melted in my mouth. The inside of the store is pretty spacious and is perfect for studying.

Barista was super awesome. Orders were on point and quick service. Highly recommend 👍

Is Starbuck is a place that I spend most of my time around it or in it and I like Starbucks a lot I like two drinks and I dont like the prices compared to other coffee shop stores like Peets Coffee which is ridiculous over there compared to prices and the coffee doesnt taste much good

Mobile order not put out for me. Girl chatting, cleaning counter while I stood nearby. Finally she hands me drink from some back area.

Pricey for a basic cup of coffee. Quality is good. Theres a charge for refills; IMHO refills should be free like they were way back when. Dennys still gives free refills...

I love the setting here, the space, the counter. But theyre out of product more than any Starbucks Ive ever known, even with a full cabinet. They leave display servings of food out but cant sell them because theyre stale. So its a Q&A. Do you have pumpkin bread? Lemme check.... no, were out. But the piece in the cabinet? You dont want that, its stale. Ive been in there at 3 pm to find at least half their baked goods sold out, with the cabinet full, and the staff unsure of whats left without going to check.So go for coffee, and they even have beer and wine. But skip it if youre hungry.

Great place! my evening walks end with me picking up a hot tea from this place. Wash room is a bit dirty though. Courteous staff. They have a couple of single sofas in there as well!

What services friendly baristas

This is by far the very best Starbucks that I have ever been to hands down. The staff there are all very friendly, courteous and efficient. I have not one bad thing to say about this Starbucks at all. As a matter of fact I pass about 20 of them on my way to work just to go to this one because everyone from the management down are absolutely the best! Keep up the good work guys :-)

Dirtiest Starbucks I have ever been to! There was someone wiping down the drink pick up counter but clearly nothing else. I am an avid customer, as a matter of fact I am at one now, and have never been to one this dirty. Plus my drinks werent right and the staff was not all that friendly.

2 girls working at Starbucks are so rude,0 customer service skills,they have the attitude their doing you a favor by taking your order.They represent Starbucks company period and definitely are a liability to the organization.

This Starbucks is quite good, the place is quite clean, theres ample space, and its not too loud. It can be busy in the evenings though. The staff was quite kind to keep the doors open past the closing time for a bit to use the restroom. Theres plenty of options as usual and staff can always recommend something new to try. Its conveniently located in a complex next to a grocery store and other convenience stores.

Open later. Consider coffee shops as something I believe should be open 24hrs. This was awesome. Thank you. I was tired.

Nice seating, good location with plenty of parking spaces. Only drawback is the service was kind of slow on my last visit on a Saturday morning. But I will come again

2/12/20 while I was in th shop the fire alarm went off. I waited to see what the staff would do....NOTHING. All of the customers stayed inside, I left. No one left the building and stayed out side 20 min.Safety?? I dont think so.

Id recommend ordering on the Starbucks app. This place has a pretty frequent customer base at night, and Ive never regretted ordering early and waking past the like when I arrive.

Not sure what went wrong, both my grandson and I got food poisoning. My grandson had milk and I had coconut milk so it must have been the chocolate... having worked in food service for years I know that they dont always clean out the containers often enough. It was the only thing we had common in the day.

They were super busy on a Sunday morning, still got my order in a fairly decent amount of time from mobile ordering it. Baristas were polite and helping customers with questions.

Most of the employees are really good customer service and they recognize customers which they like to drink. But one or two new employees are very slow and still need to train better customer service.

There are a lot of seats: high chairs, tables, booths. Booth seats are nice bc there are outlets conveniently underneath. Dig the open vibe with 2 sides having glass walls.

It’s actually an awesome Starbucks in the Fremont area! Pretty spacious with sofas! The baristas are nice too!

I was totally disappointed. There was only 1 employee out front after he took my order the next customer had a special tea drink he wanted so the employee got someone else out to help him. The second employee proceeded to make the tea drink ignoring another person and myself. After finishing making tea drink he answered the other customers question and finally made my iced coffee. The place was dirty and garbage cans were full. Totally disappointed

At the city center location. Perfect location if you want to grab a bagel sandwich from Noahs next door and pair it up with Starbucks.

The quality of service has declined significantly over the past few months. The baristas seem to be in no rush to get to the customers. Most of them seem to have an indifferent attitude. Today, Sunday afternoon, the barista saunters over after I had been waiting for about a minute (seemed like a much longer time), chewing gum, indifferent and almost flippant attitude asks what I want. Things werent this bad few months ago. The trash cans seem to overflow and the bathrooms messy. They need to get their act together.
