Just picked up my glasses from here! I needed my lenses from my glasses changed in time for my flight which was exactly a week from the day I came in and Abdul was able to get it done by Friday! (Dropped them off on Sunday) literally in less than a week and I pretty shocked because most places take 2-3 weeks. I was really happy working with Abdul, he took care of my glasses exactly the way I wanted them to be and within my time frame as well so I will be definitely be coming back here!

My husband has a fairly complex prescription for eyeglasses, and he was very impressed with the quality of the glasses that he received from View Optical. In addition, the service was efficient and prompt. We would highly recommend View Optical.

All of the staff are friendly, helpful and professional plus the Dr is great and answers any questions you may have. It is always a positive experience going to this office.Abdul was really helpful with the contact lense training and it helped a lot.

Purchased glasses here and the measurements were incorrect... went back multiple times to get it fixed, still incorrect. I eventually gave up because the process was a waste of my time. I went back at least 5 times and the prescription is still incorrect. Joseph and Amanda were helpful is trying to fix the glasses, however, my eyes are just not adjusting to the new prescription and/or their lens. The axis is slightly different than my current glasses, so Im not sure if its the material or the axis change. As much as I tried to make it work, I do not have the time to waste going back. Staff is very friendly and accommodating so I gave them 5 stars.

As soon as you walk in you will notice every one wearing a mask, ready to help and welcoming every person. My situation is a little different I had glasses done from another place ( not mentioning the name) I could not see anything from them. Amanda had me do an exam with the doctor, they figured out that my prescription was all messed up. Then she recommended a pair of glasses for me. She explained my vision insurance very well. She also took measurements for my progressive lenses with new tools. She took a picture of me on a pad and showed me how the angel of the frames are calculated. I was so happy with the service here and from all the staff. To my surprise my progressive glasses only took 4 days and they were ready. I received a text, email, and call. It’s so efficient, how they made sure that I know my new pair is ready. I highly recommend this friendly office

The store owners are very nice and helpful people. They do their best to accommodate you and help you all the way from choosing a pair to working with your insurance. They are very knowledgeable of the insurance coverages, types of frames that fit your face, and making sure the glasses fit you. When I first came here I was looking for glasses with extra rhinestones, they had a couple of pairs but not exactly my style so I got a stylish Koali pair. A few months after for my next appointment they added a much larger variety of glasses with nice decorations and rhinestones just because of me. I had at least 15 pairs to choose from this time. This was so sweet I could not believe it. They even worked with me to maximize my coverage, were very patient and called the insurance to make sure I was getting the most out of my plan. I have been going here for the past three years with my husband too and will continue to go. It is a great store a few minutes away from home.

The lady working here is very kind and professional. Although I had not purchased my sunglasses there, she was willing to adjust them. They now fit my face much better. I will look them up when I need a new eye exam or glasses--thanks!

The wife let me know about View Optical because of their great inventory of Oakley frames which I prefer. I found the staff very helpful and was extremely impressed with the digital equipment they used to fit my glasses as well as their extensive inventory of sunglasses and eyewear especially the Oakley brand that Im interested in. Turnaround time was fast especially with my special prescription (tri-focal) and was insurance preferred.. Picking up was great too they ensured I was satisfied with the glasses before I left. They accepted my companies HSA and insurance with my carrier. Many thank will return again. Will be back next year.

I had purchased contact lens for the first time and wanted to learn how to use it. I took an appointment at View optical and spend around 40 mins learning how to wear contact lenses. I was very nervous but the employees were very friendly and made me feel comfortable the whole time. The amazing part was they did not charge anything and gave me a bottle of Bio-tru solution for free! 5 stars for the brilliant customer service!

This place is AMAZING. I have not had my eyes checked in four years and each employee and doctor I encountered was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. The process of getting my eye exam done was easy and not at all complicated. One of the employees walked through different styles of glasses until I found the perfect one, and I was astounded by the large amount of high quality options. And lastly, with my insurance, I paid way less than I thought, even with added features for my glasses. I intend to keep coming here for my vision care and I highly recommend that you come here if you’re looking for a place to get your eye exams done/looking for glasses :)

Life Saver!!! Amanda was super helpful! Im traveling from out of town and my luggage was lost by the airline. I needed to get some daily wear contacts and no one had any in stock or could get them to me sooner than a week. I called View Optical and spoke with Amanda who informed me she could order the contacts and have them in the next day. I only needed 5 pair to last me for the duration of my trip until I can get home, and Amanda checked to see if they had a sample pack in the store and told me to come pick them up. Her excellent customer service is very much appreciated during a time that I was panicking dealing with my lost luggage issues. Thank you for having compassion for me today and being the little ray of sunshine I needed today. It was truly appreciated!!

Great customer service. I been coming for my eye exam and glasses 3 + years, my daughters and I are always happy with service and patient from each individual staff. We go every year to check our eyes they always accommodate my timing request. I saw other review with 1 star .. I was very surprise. Something we have to understand is that Doctor prescribes and makes recommendations depending on our needs and what is best for our eyes if you chose to go for it then we paid to get it done from the optician and period. Your eyes will have to adjust to changes if you cant then services were given as per you request. It is not charity is a business with policy to follow. Im sorry but I always get great service and most of the people here have been given 5 stars. If you want good service good price and good glasses go to view in Fremont.

I tried calling 5 places before I decided to call View Optical. They had the lowest price for an eye exam, and was able to meet with me the very same day. I could not, so I went the next day. The doctor took very good care of me, and ensured that my new prescription was a good fit for my eyes, since the last time I got an eye exam was 2-3 years ago. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. They are a little hidden, but worth finding.

They helped me out with contacts when no other place was helping me because they ripped and I was out of town and did not have any extra. Every other place was being rude and difficult but they helped me out with a one day contact. Thanks to them I could drive home safely without worrying about my vision :)

Had a pleasant experience at View Optical! Dr Ling Zhou and the store employees are very professional and thorough in how they explain the details and take care of their customers. I liked their swift response and would recommend Dr Ling and the store for anything related to eye care.

I would have to say one of the best eye places I have ever been to. I was able to to see the eye doctor and pick out my new glasses the same day without an appointment. I also broke my glasses a couple of weeks later and they fixed them for free. The customer service here is amazing, and I will be going to them for all of my eye service needs as long as I am in the area.

View Optical was great! They were super helpful and helped me find exactly what I wanted. I work pretty late and the only time I can go get glasses is after 7:30. So I was very happy to find that they were open to 9p during the weekday. Amanda was very helpful and was able to get me all setup very quickly. Big thumbs up!

I just completed vision examination and purchased glasses. The experience and customer service is amazing and I am very happy. Dr.Ling is caring and explains things very clearly. Aiyssa walked me through different set of frames and spent enough time patiently explaining me about frames and giving me ample time to decide. I pretty liked the way she took me pictures of me in the tablet with different frames to help me make a decision to select the frame that best suites.. Finally I came out of store with confidence and smiles. Great service. Despite my awkwardness, the people here were very understanding and considerate.This location is physically small and getting here from I-880 involves an annoying U-turn however this is completely worth it. They have two entrances; the rear entrance, which youll use if you park in the back, immediately opens into the eye exam area.

Im really happy that this new eyeglass store came to Fremont. I was really fed up with where I used to buy my glasses, and this place was like a breath of fresh air in comparison. The Optician, Amanda, was very kind and helpful and the selection they had was great. Im sure anyone can find a pair they like....I also just learned they have a Dr. now so they can check your eyesight right there in the store.

Awesome service! Lost a screw on my sunglasses. Tried few stores before, but they couldnt find the right screw cause its tiny. I came here just wanted to try my luck. They had the screw that fitted, fixed everything within 3 mins, and free of charge .

Can make an appointment online, super quick service, open past work hours for me so thats a huge plus. I ordered contacts, it only took 2 days and i was able to go pick them up.

Beware of this place if your glass does not work in the first time. Im a returning customer and was a satisfied customer until now. I actually referred many of my friends to this place, which I will definitely revoke.This year after my exam, doctor suggested progressive glass. I had no idea what it is, but they strongly recommended to go for it. After receiving the glass, to my surprise, it did not work for me. I was filling dizzy, there are blind spots on both sides, and everything looks convex or concave. There is no way I could have driven with those glasses. They also found the measurements were not accurate. When I gave the feedback, they changed the glass to single lens. But here is the catch - they charged me $40 extra for the progressive which they are not willing to give me back because they have a policy to not give back any money after the glass is ordered! The lady I was talking to was polite, but the owner (male) was extremely rude and did not want to even listen to my point and was just pointing me to the policy. She also agreed that this glass was not suitable for me since I drive car and not 65+ year old! Did I look like before that I dont drive a car or 65 years old? I feel like they just wanted to increase their profit and what how much money they can claim from insurance, they really dont care how good the glass should be for their customer!Finally, they were ready to pay me back my whole copay when I told them Im going to share my story online. Of course, I did not take the money back. Its not about the money, but its about how they treat their customer. Hopefully they will learn it someday how not to cheat their customers!

Dr Ling Zhou is the optometrist of this shop, she is the best Orthokeratology doctor in town!Searching for a good doctor for my son, I contacted and visited 12 different local doctors who are fitting ortho-k lenses and found Dr Zhou is the most experienced. She is the master of two Ortho-K designs (all others only one): GOV (the same as Golden Vision) and WAVE. After doing my sons eye exam, she recommended one design that fit my son the best. Now my son has 20/20 vision during the day time without glasses.I recommend Dr. Zhou because she is very knowledgeable and provides best service. The price is more reasonable than other places. Again, she is the only doctor providing two designs.
