Excellent service. Always very friendly and helpful. I continually choose to come back for new glasses instead of going to discount store because of how well they treat you. I have at least 4 pairs of glasses here for myself and at least 3 times for my wife.

The very first time in the early 90s, I got Perry Ellis purple single plastic lenses; and all my teachers loved them on me.

I was visiting SF and misplaced my brand new glasses. Anita went above and beyond to help me get my prescription from my doctor in NJ, fit me in for a last minute exam for possible contacts as a glasses replacement, and when my glasses were found ( just as we arrived for my appointment) she handled it with great kindness, even though there was no benefit for them! Incredible customer service.

I had an amazing experience at this location. The staff was very friendly and knowledgable. They were welcoming and every question I had was answered very clearly and in depth. I got colored contacts for the first time and did not have much knowledge regarding how to care for them as well as putting them on. They did an amazing job explaining it all. I definitely recommend this place.

I was traveling to Fremont for work, staying at the DoubleTree Fremont, and I was in need of some sunglasses (duh, sunny California). I went into the store and was taken care of with the best customer service!!! The person who helped me was very patient, helpful, and nice. I bought a pair of sunglasses and actually came back the following week for an eye exam, since I was due for my annual check-up. The doctor who I saw was very professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who living in the No Cal Fremont area!

Went here today and thought it was a great experience all around.I had set my appointment up online and was greeted and seated right away The staff were all courteous and the dr was helpful and friendly too.I have been in once before when it was busy but I think having an appointment scheduled helped.I’m glad I gave them the chance as they were great to do business with.Oh yeah abs my glasses were done same day and my exam was only 1/4 if the cost I was quoted elsewhere.All in all a win 👍🏻

Great customer service, made my glasses buying experience as easy as possible. Came in to get a new pair of glasses as soon as possible, got an eye test done and got fitted, and picked up TWO pairs of glasses for a great price within a couple hours. Saif was great, he treated us like family and made it so we were able to walk out with two pairs of glasses at a great price same day. If you want fast and great customer service, I would highly recommend this place!

This is the first time in my life I saw an optometrist not able to follow a simple prescription... called me, saying the order is ready for pickup, I went on Sunday evening to pick it up... waited 30 minutes in line to speak, and saw at first glance that a) the magnetic sun clip no longer fitted on the frame which had obviously been bent out of original shape trying to get glasses on it b) the printout clearly showed they forgot to add the cylindrical correction.. both these could be caught by any underpaid technician anywhere in the world... but they missed both! I gave them a second chance and went early this morning.. the original misguided employees (e.g. Belinda) were not there but an Indian/Pakistani lady and a Caucasian with glasses.. no one had a clue where the glasses were, could not offer a date to deliver and when I said I will need to post reviews of them, they both nodded and said do it today... RIDICULOUSLY INCOMPETENT and BAD ATTITUDE TOO.. I just walked out and disputed the entire charge with Chase.. including the eye exam... who knows what their doctor was up to either... BAD EXPERIENCE... any optometrist even from the third world is more competent and diligent than these guys...

Been coming to Site for Sore Eyes for a few years now. Actually the whole family comes here. I normally get my contacts and glasses. This last time got me some nice sports goggles. Shot out to Saif for many years of great customer service. Highly recommended.

The staff did not reply to call of inquiry and rudely kept me on hold. After waiting a good 5 mins I hangup on the call and called again. The negligent staff put me on hold again, without letting me complete my sentence.Not a good site at all. Pushing business away. Owner should keep the staff in check and happy.

Amazing customer service. I had to order new sun glasses as had lost the lens of an existing one. I walked in without any appointment but Saif was really helpful. He got me sorted out with the new sunglasses within minutes, helped me to fix the missing lens one. When I explained my regular eyewear is also slightly broken, he fixed it without charge. Id definitely come back again. This was an amazing customer service.

I love coming to site for sore eyes at the Fremont hub, the fact it is close to my house also helps. My family and I been coming to this location since we were young and every single time the great team at the Fremont hub always does a phenomenal job. I came yesterday and they were busy because it was Saturday but I wanted to pick up my contacts and Saif was there to help me and immediately helped me pick up my contacts and I was out in a jiffy. I went to this place on Saturday the 27th, and while the doctor was good, the lady in the front was good but doing too much at 1 time. My husband and I were told our glasses would take 7 or more days, at that point they provided me with emergency glasses for the computer, which I was not able to see anything so I didnt bother to wear them. She told me when my glasses arrived I would have the same frames as I had with the emergency glasses(which she was trying to get me to purchase the emergency pair when I came back). I paid $60.00 deposit for my glasses and I would have to pay the remaining balance once they arrived. She called me back that night and said she didnt get my $60.00, yet I had the receipt for it. She charged my credit card to the wrong account, and told me she would have to talk to her manager about it. She called me on Monday and told me I would need to do a credit for the $60.00 since she charged to the wrong account and charge my card to the correct account.(already a headache) My husbands glasses came back on Tuesday he went to get them, and he couldnt see clear while at the store, but told them he would try them out for a day and if its the same he would bring them back. So he came home but couldnt see anything. Well I shouldnt say he couldnt see anything, but he could tell the measurements were off. We took the glasses back the same day, another lady measured him again she agreed that the measurements were off and she will need to send them out again so they can fix the lenses. She then told me my glasses would be back on Wednesday. I went to the store on Wednesday, she tells my husband his glasses were back already but mine were not. Then she tells me my lenses were back but the frames didnt come, and they had the purple frames I could have instead. Mind you I still have the emergency glasses, so I told her I had those frames that she could use. She took the emergency glasses. She then comes back to tell me that the lenses in my husbands glasses were actually mine instead of his. Im just over it all at this point. I wish I had gone some place else to get my glasses. I have never experience such unprofessionalism. I did ask for a discount. She said she would have to talk to her manager. The men that work in the front, they are rude, they dont even speak to you!! Never again nor would I recommend anyone to go there.

The customer service was great! The staff were so helpful. My girlfriend and I came into the store to purchase some contact lenses and possibly glasses for her. The store had a wide array of name brand items at a very reasonable price point. Saif was able to help us out with choosing frames and getting us set up with the doctor for an exam. Luckily Saif was able to find my girlfriends insurance provider to get us great deals on either contacts or glasses. Everyone at the store were so nice and helpful in helping her try on many different glasses throughout out the store. We felt that Saif was very knowledgeable with the products offered at their location and answered all of our questions. No hassle what so ever.Overall, the experience we had coming into this location was amazing. I will definitely recommend my friends and family to get their eye care needs met here. Best store in the Bay Area! PLUS, they have 1-hour service if you are in need of glasses quickly. The technician who works in the back is best!!!

I needed a year of contacts and was helped by Saif. He was really helpful and set me up with an appointment today to do an eye exam and was able to get me an order of new contacts. Thank you Saif!

Dr. Louie and his team are awesome. I was seen when I scheduled the eye exam and Ive never had a better or more complete exam as I had with the doctor. He was patient and very thorough: it is sometimes difficult for me to differentiate between different strengths and he was careful to check and double-check to ensure that I was getting what I needed. As a result, my sunglass rx (for which I was visiting him) is better than my eyeglass rx, which was done by another doctor. The rx for the sunglasses was processed quickly and they checked it with me twice. The sunglasses were sent from the lab quickly and when I went in to pick them up the technician who helped me was very careful to ensure that I was getting what I wanted. Ive been using them now for over a month and my only disappointment is in the lack of sun.....not that Dr. Louie and his team have anything to do with that. Ill be back by years end for a better pair of eyeglasses.

They got me to buy a years supply of contact lenses from them with a promise of completing the rebates and refunding me a significant amount of money. They never did it and they also pressured me into reserving a pair of glasses for a fee. This was about two years ago. Today I called them to get a copy of my prescription, and they claimed that they dont have a copy of it because it expired. Now, it is a federal law for opticians to provide you a copy of your prescription upon request, regardless of expiration dates. As soon as I mentioned this, they asked me to call tomorrow between the times of 11-3. Needless to say, once I get my prescription I am never doing business with them again.

Posted this on Yelp previously and now need to go to the eye doctor again and thank God I looked up my review to avoid coming here, thought I would re-share to help anyone else from a horrible experienceWorst eye doctor ever! These people are the car salesmen of eye care, I came here for my eye exam... thought all was well, then when my trial contact had an issue they refused to help until I went down there in tears and even then they attempted to charge me $80 for another trial lens so I could see. When I advised them I did not yet have a pair of glasses because mine were left at an old house she told me you should have a backup for just in case... ummm no s*$t sherlock maybe there is a reason I didnt yet have that.... just started a new job and needed my insurance to kick in. So I went to view optical across the street and was treated like gold. Even when I called and asked them to send my prescription that I had already paid for they never sent it and then said they couldnt give it to me because the doctor was with a paitient... went across the street to their place and low and behold the doctor was standing right there in the waiting room. All I can say is dont waste your time or money on this pathetic excuse for an eye care place. They surely wont be seeing me again.

I made my appointment at 2 and didnt help me until 2:15 and since i had questions my appointment got cancelled because the doctor had to leave at 2:25
