The optometrist was very detailed. She catches little things through my retina pics. Front desk Michael was also super helpful and nice. Great experience overall.

Dr. Juhee Lee is a great Optometrist. She was very thorough with my eye exam.Target Optical has a wide variety of frame selection and the opticians were all very helpful!
Dr. Lee was super nice and patient with me throughout with my exam, her and the staff made feel comfortable and taken care of. Shernan and Angie especially since they took care of me during my visit! My dog says thank you because now I can see him!:-D

I was pleased from the convenience of booking online to the courtesy of appointment reminders to the doctor being on time and the state of the art technology used. The office was clean and sanitized every time we moved. When picking frames, I asked for help and got really great suggestions. The girl at the front helped working out the best deal between my insurance and out of pocket. The frames were ready on time and when I picked them up everyone was very helpful to ensure they turned out right. All in all a great experience.
Shernan is great. The only reason I came here because of him. I used to go to vision first I. His prior tenure. The moment I came to know he is at Target Optical I started come here. He provides excellent customer service, look after the client needs and provides several to make it cost effective. He is a huge asset to any organization he works for. I had a very positive experience at Target Optical. The doctor was very thorough and explained everything she did along the way. She made sure of my comfort levels with the prescription before confirming them. The staff at this place were really helpful too! Ive dealt with 2 of them and they were very knowledgeable about my insurance and helped me get all the discounts I was eligible for. The price of the glasses are also much cheaper here (I found the same frame I got a year ago from a different store at least $50 cheaper here). My glasses were ready fairly quickly too. Overall I recommend this place and will continue my business with them.

One of the worst experiences Ive had since the pandemic and post. Crazy to think people can be horrible at customer service after so many jobs were lost.The review privy:Prior reviews of this business are great and thats awesome; in my case its about returning glasses my family decided to decline after they were a gift (we never even picked em up)Review:H O R R I B L E process, customer service, convenience to the customer honestly they need training ASAP and understand how to process a simple return, maybe they dont know how to do? or change the commission bonus structure?Purchased around $1,400 in services and goods from this optometrist and Im in and out of state for work. Called in 4 times in separate occasions to try to return glasses we never picked up and they in their possession the entire time (again my family decided to change their minds after the fact -- post check up and purchase of glasses they wanted — Raybans)1st call - my manager isnt here to do the return I cant do it2nd call - hi Im the manager and were pretty busy can you call back on a slow day?3rd call - waited and no one picked up (after put on hold)4th call - you need the receipt I cant do it without the receipt.I stated I have my card number, the order number, but I dont have the receipt (within the 90 day grace period and again I NEVER PICKED UP THE GLASSES!!! They literally had this entire time)Flew in from out of state to handle this issue. Calling in was constant failures as she was avoiding every which way to return the glasses.I walked into the business and luckily they weren’t jam packed busy with people lining up all across the store to help little ol’ me return my glasses. So glad she can pencil me in with the usual storm of customers she handles everyday. I got there and mentioned I am from out of state and I would like to receive a refund for my glasses and she literally repeated everything she mentioned over the phone and said its going to be hard and she may not have a copy or a possible way to return them. At this point I’m very frustrated and she clearly doesnt understand that I flew in to take care of this and was very combative from the start on why would I ever return glasses and “how “dare I” type of attitude.After her explaining to me for about 8 minutes that the only way to return glasses I never picked up, they literally had in their possession the whole time, and if she doesn’t have the receipt she wouldn’t know how to return it (mind you she’s the “manager”) and I would just be out of luck and I would have to awkwardly take the glasses that I couldn’t return, and have never picked up, to show my proof of purchase for a return? If you’re confused about that last sentence imagine me standing there, looking at her, with her looking at me like “well? what do you want me to do?”Moral of the story here - I literally did everything in person where I couldve done 2.5 months ago over the phone. That took 10 mins max in person (8 of those minutes arguing with me she has to look for it with the possible luck of finding a green flamingo or my receipt)

If you know your prescription and if you know you have to buy the same contacts year over year, then why bother going elsewhere . The lady at the reception is very helpful and quick . Target is part of the out of network plan for most of the insurance BUT their prices are also way cheaper than other opticals. So in a way you end up paying the same or lower than going to other opticals. I would definitely recommend giving a try to them.

It only took my kids 5 minutes for the eye exam! The eye doctor only tested only 2 measurement lenses twice and that was it!! That was ridiculous careless for eye exam!
Please save your time from going here. This review is on the workmanship of the frames and lenses. I purchased ray ban frames and lenses from target optical and I have to get them switched out 3 times! Every time I got new lenses and frames, there were scratches on the lenses or the lens would be popping out and not fitted into the frames or the frames would be broken. I tried to return the glasses because I didnt want to deal with target optical anymore and the worker told me Ive wasted all of their money and I couldnt return them! In the end, I came back another time and the manager was able to return my glasses because it was within their 90 day time return guarantee. I do not recommend that anyone going here to purchase lenses or frames because the quality of the eyeglasses are not good. The workers inside target optical are all rude and all say different things that contradict each other. Please save your time and do not go to target optical. I suggest going to Lens Crafters or Costco Optical instead.
