They are friendly but terrible if youre going for cosmetics. They had a hard time matching foundations and do talk behind your back(in Cantonese) if you take your time trying to get the perfect product. Id highly recommend if you already know what you want.

I came in here for cosmetics, not their spa service. The sales lady was helpful but the prices werent competitive, at least for Shiseido.
