It seemed exciting at first when I enter the parking lot. As I walked in to look for certain items that Im used to finding, that lessened. Not only do they not carry a lot of items that I usually purchase. But they also seem to have a lower stock of everything even though the size of the store seems to give you the impression that there is a lot of great items that are unique possibly to that store. Its a nice story but the items are not satisfying as a customer.

Good selection but the tap room was closed. Some of the associates have issues understanding english. Very clean and has a security guard.

Used to be great - now that it is owned by Amazon, quality has gone down hill with customer service. Of course the prices havent dropped. I now go to Ralphs across the street. Better prices with about the same quality. Looks like they treat their employees a bit better. We are all losing with the Amazonation of businesses. We need to keep businesses local if possible.

The store is great, but the Amazon return is not so well. It usually takes too long for someone to show up - around 10 mins.In addition, it can be closed sometimes, and the status on Amazon does not reflect correctly.

The people working here are great, but better produce, meat and baked goods can be had.Kind of sad because the original stores were outstanding

I come to this location a lot and it’s been great shopping here for healthy and fresh food. But I’m giving one star because the Asian guy who works at self check out station was super rude and seems annoyed all the time. I hope he can get more trained for better customer service:)

Wow its amazing Fremont has a Whole Foods which is really high end grocery store. It can be really busy in there and line is long sometimes but it has cool organic stuff. Price is very very high but nonetheless its interesting to see what they have. Very amazing deli/fresh foods area with fresh foods. Huge specialized cheese selection. But it certainly is $$$$. Also they have interesting EV chargers up front. Its like a high end store in a not as high end city. It would be like if Apple had a store in Fremont, that would be amazing as well.

Worst Whole Foods I’ve ever been to. Out of stock or don’t carry many things other locations do and the checkout took 30 minutes

Always friendly. Im thankful for the Amazon locker or else I would have never stepped foot inside. And I found those green cleaning cloths that you can wash in the dishwasher there. Game Changer!!

I shop here ever so often for the food quality. But their prices are too high.

They are always low on stock and the usual items which they use to carry they have replaced it with their own brand which doesn’t taste good. Also if the product is not on the shelf they do not restock and when asked a rep they mention that it’s stocked only in the morning by evening if it’s not on the shelf you’ll have to come tomorrow.

Love this place as a vegan I stop here if Im in Fremont n pick up my vegan stuff...also pick up there vegan pizza 😋

Its a grocery store! Meat counter can have a pretty long wait. Sometimes they get your meat order wrong so make sure you double check.

Despite the many jokes in Sebastian maniscalcos act about whole foods nearly every time Im walking up and down the aisles chuckling thinking about the routine and yet enjoying the browsing experience to the fullest. We souped it up recently and probably could have browsed for another good 30 minutes. I was overjoyed to realize that not only could I pick up some soup but I could also drop off an Amazon return, as well as taking my Amazon Prime discount for a spin, too #bougie_trifecta

Good choices. Mostly clean although the bakery occasionally has flies on the bread.

Was at the Amazon returns counter and the associate working there last Saturday around 5:15pm seemed really like she would rather be doing another job. Was giving me attitude for just bringing in a return. Hoping you guys find people who actually want to work at Whole Foods.

Clean. Friendly. Hardly any wait for a register. I love their premarinated fish, gluten free snacks, chocolate bars, and fresh baked goods. Whole foods doesnt have to be whole paycheck if you stay close to 365 brand name items and utilize their sales and amazon prime discounts.

Large whole foods in the center of Fremont. The parking lot is not large so it can be quite crowded. Mid-morning, not so bad. This store has a tap room or tap alley that serves beer and wine with small plates. The restroom for the store is located there, the front left corner as you walk in. Clean facilities with plenty of space for persons with accessibility needs. Baby changing station in one of the stalls. Hand washing area is communal and outside between the mens and womens bathrooms. Hot food station has the usual large selection Whole Foods is known for. there are quite a few different kinds of prepared foods available. A good produce selection and other groceries.

This grocery store is amazing! It has everything you need! Juice bar, beer wine tasting, food to go, food made to order, groceries and you can taste most before buying! Everything is fresh and clean! It is expensive compared to other stores but everything is expensive these days! Bring your bags and amazon prime code for a discount!

This is the one of the best store for organic items. i really like the customer service . It has a lot of food variety s and bar. I usually go to this store for meat and dairy items. The store is very clean and neat.All the items are well organized and you can easily find the item what you want. It has a lot of fresh vegetables and fresh fruit. The one good thing is lunch and dinner to go menu. all the food is organic.Fly bugs roaming on the bakery’s stuff.

I love Whole Foods! They have awesome breakfast and healthy too! All the juices and fresh food you could want! I just wish I lived nextdoor to Whole Foods! I go 2-4 a week and all the staff is super friendly and nice! They always have a full staff so finding someone to help you is easy and they are happy to help you despite some of the rude customers! No more will I shop at big L grocery store it’s for losers! lol joking. But eating clean and right is where it’s at! I hope one day we all can afford this luxury I did have to work hard! But you pay for what you get and it’s worth it but if things are tight I been there too! What you don’t know won’t hurt but once u make it a priority to yourself you will know the difference!

Great people working in this store! I always feel welcome. Even though its busy, people are very courteous and friendly. They carry all of my favorite things! The produce is amazing! And the cooler near the bakery is full of meals ready to take home and cook!!

Whole foods has some unique items that are hard to find anywhere else. It is especially helpful if you adhere to a plant based diet. They monitor the number of people in the store to make sure that they are compliant with social distancing. They also appear to have lowered prices on quite a few items. I am always pleased with my purchases.

Decent sized whole foods with just the right amount of assortments, Hannah was a great clerk also. Also has right amount of baskets but not alot of parking due to it always being packed.

Great food court. Nice place to study and have a glass of wine. Very clean store and good size and variety. I think this is one of the better whole foods stores. Friendly staff also and lines go pretty fast even during peak hours.

Theyve always got the freshest products, and I feel safe and healthy shopping and consuming their items. The butcher is a blast, recommends the best cuts for any events Ive got going on and the bakers rosemary bread is great for when I make bruschetta! Always fresh and delicious 😋

The one in Fremont CA, we ordered whole hot pizza from a Chinese Lady and she forgot to put a timer she burned our pizza, never coming back.

This store is beyond terrible and won’t step foot In this location again!! They allow people crowd line after you waited 20 to 30 min to be helped it extremely pathetic. I guess this store choices who they serve and not serve I am completely disgusted that I was treated so poorly and ended up giving up and walking out without getting my things. I will for now just do other stores and Amazon fresh due such terrible treatment at Whole Foods. They need learn actually treat people correctly and not allow employees treat customers this way. I used go this store all the time but after what I experienced today will never return again.

I like Whole Foods for some items but you need to compare prices for products available at other stores such as Trader Joes. There is confusion about whether there is one main line for the cash register or not. It seems to be an informal arrangement but shoppers might decide to disregard and cut ahead of others though I have not seen this happen. I also had a problem at the cash register not accepting my debit cards. After switching to another register the problem was resolved. Dont know if this is a frequent problem. Overall I like Whole Foods. Good selection of freshly baked artisan breads and other hard to find items.

Like other customers wrote and complainted before me, I do feel that there are some recent changes from top down. Not every staff seem very happy to work there. No greetings, no thank yous, not even eye contacts, of course no good byes any more. The workers more like want to get out of there and go home sooner. pls fix this. I really loved to shop there. Please treat your employees better, Amazon!! Your customers can tell.

There is so much at this store, good variety. This cake was almost awesome, the frosting was very sweet, nobody in my family liked the frosting nor ate it. But the inside was so delicious 😋 They had one line to check out, with 3 registers open so it went by fast, no long wait.

Consistently terrible service at the food counter. Be prepared to stand around for 10 minutes and hope that an employee notices you. Today a manager needed to go into the kitchen area to find employees to help the line of waiting customers. I guess the employees assumed no one would want to order food at 1 in the afternoon.

I definitely shop here when Im looking for low carb/keto ingredients like almond flour or alternative sweeteners. Also I like the sandwich shop here. The wraps/sandwiches are well made and the people making them take their time instead of just slapping the ingredients together. Store is always clean and well-stocked. Easy to find what you want.

Ask me to write a review just 4-5 months back and I would of given 5 stars for how well the store was staffed and stocked especially during the pandemic. Now it’s clear they’ve cut staffing as it shows. The staff has always been super helpful and pleasant but I can see what’s hidden behind the smiles is displeasure from top down. No corporate, us customers are not oblivious to this! We can tell. The stocking is slim and unique items are routinely not found anymore. Furthermore some of the stocking had become rushed and sloppy. Go back to focusing more on the people, it can be done.

What makes this place an asset is their beer/wine/dining area. $1 off taps at happy hour and some nice tables at which to eat a meal. As with anything else at Whole Foods outside of this small haven, proceed with caution.Others have claimed the happy hour is 5-7pm. It’s 4-6pm.

Good collection of fresh veggies and salad bar. Found stuffs related to Paleo/keto diet.

Apart from other goods, I cane here to rate the vegan chocolate a 5 star. More if I could, I have not have a tastier chocolate cake ever. We order it now and then.

My favorite place to shop!! Always a positive experience, even during covid-19.

After spending a long time filling up a cart, we got stuck waiting on line as they ushered through amazon prime customers and made us wait. We value our time and the fact the line priority means nothing and only value amazon prime employees is a turn off. We tried to use the self check out line and another employee scolded us despite no one using them (instead of helping people check out). We left the cart full and walked out; we will not be shopping here in the future till they figure out how to efficiently serve in store customers.

Great place to pick up fresh produce or grab a quick lunch. Its busy on the weekend and the parking lot is small so be patient.

Everything is good here except the customer services.I had an issue with the checkout system when I was using self checkout, I asked the staff whose name is Natasha if she can come to help me. She was having a small talk with another staff at that time. It seems like I disrupted her chatting, she looks so reluctant to help me. She’s solving the problem with a poker face and without any conversation with me. She made me feel like it’s my fault to ask for a help from her. Natasha is so rude she needs to learn how to respect her job. I felt so upset about this experience I had in the store.

This Whole Foods is my GoTo! Almost always stocked with my essential goods and recentlyStarted having additional sales on popular products for ex( essential water) of course for prime members only. There is always staff on the floor to assist you and they keep it nice and clean. Following capacity rules and super friendly employees.

Went in Saturday morning on a mission to grab some Valrhona chocolates for holiday baking prep. Couldn’t find the milk chocolate but didn’t want to give up. Jen, at the gourmet cheese department, didn’t have anything ready for sale but saw our urgency and promised to have chocolate ready for us in a few hours. But then she went above and beyond and got it done, found us in the store and we left with exactly what we needed. Thank you!

I always find interesting new products!

I love Whole foods...the store is usually jammed packed...but today surprisingly there was hardly anyone there...a plus for sure. I got what I needed quickly...

The coffee bar fell off in terms of customer service. They have the best açaí bowls around but they are hardly there for you to get one. You go in and they are “done for the day” even though they are no where near closing time. Another time I went in and they didn’t have any açaí because it wasn’t frozen. There’s always an issue lately. They need to get it together.

Love to get sour dough from here its cheap it taste good. The place always has staff to help, clean inviting location.

What can I say, just a great store. And, some veggies and fruits are actually cheaper than at Safeway! If you like chocolate, try their chocolate mousse in a small chocolate pot. It is very tasty and it looks so cute as a dessert on a dinner table.

This is my go to place for getting groceries. One thing I like about this branch is they have Amazon drop off and pick up spot, so you can get packages from Amazon delivered here, and also if you need to return a package.Before the pandemic they used to have hot breakfast self serve, which was my favorite way to get breakfast. Now theyve stopped due to safety reason, and also the pizza section is closed as well.When its really busy, theyll make sure the store isnt overcrowded, and make people wait in line outside. The line generally moves pretty fast.General tip - the regular check out lanes are usually very long, and if you have around 15 items, make sure to utilize the self serve checkout, as its usually empty or at least moves a lot faster.

I went there for the first time and I had to look for someone to help me,they were very rude and refused to help me. Never go back there again!!

This store is a little small compared to other stores that I have visited. What I like about the store chain is the quality of their products. Produce is excellent as well as the meat selection. People are always nice and service is very good. Price is higher than other similar grocery stores. Sometimes I feel it is worth it sometimes not so much.
