Good location customer service has been good the last two times I came in I signed up for a membership and got a box with a bunch of samples and a free protein shake as well. Joni I believe his name was very knowledgeable and helpful and honest.

I went to GNC store 03192 which is located at 39308 Argonaut way, Fremont, CA 94538. I bought a shaker which is displayed at price $8.99+tax at the shelf with all other shakers but when I went to cashier, it came out to be $9.99+tax. I told about this mistake to cashier. I also shown price displayed on shelf to cashier. He gave me a excuse that lot of times, customer put merchandise at wrong place. There were more than 10 shakers which all are displayed at price $8.99+tax but those all are $9.99+tax and I also confirmed same thing which cashier as well. I also told cashier that this is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT but he refused to correct price which is displayed on shelf. I paid for shaker at $9.99+tax which is total of $10.91 and politely ask for cashier name. He told me, his name is Jacob but purchase receipt shows name Alex in consultant section. So, I dont know he gave me his right name or not. I also asked for his manager name and he said her name is Ara. Manager was also standing right behind him and I also confirmed her name as manager and she said Ara. I am also attaching copy of receipt and picture which I took in store which was showing shaker and prices on shelf. I bought blue color shaker which is second from left.

I have been coming here for a few years now and the staff has always been really nice. I usually come in for energy drink and protein bars and theyre usually stocked pretty well.

I used to shop at GNC for numerous items when I needed to lose weight and purchase supplements. I rarely go in there now to shop as the prices are a bit out of my tight budget. Nonetheless it is good place to shop if you need something special that isnt available at the grocery store.
