I went to pick up an online purchase I decided to go when the store opened thinking it wouldnt be crowded (wrong) place was controlled chaos 🙃. The store associates were so helpful and friendly. The gal that helped me with setting up my phone that I purchased for my sister listened to my questions and concerns and explained what my sister needed to do on her end. Im glad I went in person I left feeling confident.

No clear lines, no social distancing, store layout is flat and pretty boring because it’s in a mall (think large rectangle) but once Jessica found me, one of the floor managers, she signed me in and I waited even though I was 17min. Late. This was good service. Now, my 3 star review is more for the Genius Bar appt process, no clear way of inputting serial number to check possible repair options… had to drive in sat afternoon traffic to arrive, wait, and then be told they couldn’t run any diagnostic nor could they service my MacBook Pro speaker because it’s considered “vintage,” and they don’t even repair or make parts for it. C’mon, Apple, this is why you are accused of selling $$$ products and then forcing loyal consumers to continue upgrading to newer models when the older ones are still running well, with just a few minor parts needed… :(I looked at the “genius” and said, “so, that’s it? Nothing can be done? I just have to purchase a new MacBook for clear sound?” She replied, “invest in a Bluetooth speaker!?”

Had some problems with my iPhone, they helped me out I am satisfied with that. We also took 3 classes they offered iCloud basic, iPhone basic, & Draw, Sketch, & Paint I recommend all 3, I never knew how much I didn’t know about the capabilities of my Apple products. Anyone can attend it’s like a test drive, they will let you use their equipment to take the class, I thought that was pretty cool. Thanks for reading, and clicking like is appreciated.

Mark is apparently a regular employee lead and represents himself higher than a general manager and does not allow customers to share their poor experiences with his managers. If a customer requests to speak to a general manager, he should have the ability to share his bad experience

Don’t spend your money here, you will wait over 2 hours and still won’t get help until you ask someone multiple times. Even when you might be spending over $3,000. I was thinking on getting the MacBook Pro and the new iPhone but after waiting 3 hours for just the phone I decided to go somewhere else and maybe even get it cheaper anyways.

Employee scheduling appointments (Andreas) was so rude and unprofessional. I asked to be signed in and he just looks at me rudely. And points at a dot at the end of a line with no one around except me. And says stand on that dot. I look at him like he is crazy. I stand next to the dot. And he points at the dot and says to stand on the dot.I said look are you going to sign me in? He says its for social distancing. So I said then back off ur not on the dot. And he gets closer. At this point Im done. He was a very aweful person and passive aggresive. It was an awful experience. NEVER will I go back to that store. I know apple is popular and my daughter wants a watch... But NO WAY!

Dropped an broke my iPhone X and they tried to upsell me a new phone for an hour then ultimately told me they couldn’t even try to fix my screen because “diagnostics” says it won’t turn on after replacement.It was working before I dropped it and you can see it working even with a broken screen yet it won’t turn on?Terrible

I walked in to try and talk to someone about a broken iPad. I was aggressively stopped and told I needed an appointment, and they pointed me in the direction to do so, but were sure if theyd be able to today. The information isnt the issue, it was the way I was aggressively approached, and the attitude I was given for not knowing I needed an appointment to even get in the store. She was very rude, and unprofessional. It was very unnecessary.

My iPhone XS developed a touch screen problem and therefore stopped working. The phone is barely 2 months out of warranty. The phone service from Apple surmised the problem to be hardware.. There were no open appointments to diagnose the problem for 2 weeks anywhere in Houston. There was a suggestion that I go to Oklahoma.I run my business on the iPhone. I am therefore frozen from doing normal business transactions.After days to find a solution, I luckily located an open appointment with Best Buy in League City a week later. I waited a week for the appointment time, and then got a call from Best Buy on that day to tell me that no one would be available for my appointment (they did not show up).Then Apple support advised me later that the Best Buy people are not as competent as their own people.Finally I was told (by this time I had spent 4 hours with Apple support people on the phone) that I could mail the phone in and Apple would diagnose the problem. So Im guessing another week to get a quote.And it will likely be a $579.00 charge which is $100.00 more than the offer I got from Verizom 14 months ago.The pandemic is bad enough, but Apple Customer Support compounds that pain because employees are not able to now work from home without the critical iPhone instrument- no phone numbers and texting.If anything, this is worse than idiotic customer support - it should be a crime!!!Suffice to say I will be very reluctant to engage with Apple again in the future!

Brought home an iPhone XR after purchasing it at this store. It was fully sealed before I unboxed the phone. Straight out of the box, the phone had zero charge. It didn’t last a day after fully charging it. After 6 hours of use, I was down to 60%. I understand that mishaps happen and something like this is not unheard of. However, it took me two tries after being passed around like a soccer ball between two store reps, to get my replacement. The rep who did help me was friendly and quick and I was out of there. I received no useful assistance when I asked the first two reps about switching over my AppleCare+ plan. If you work for a company you should at least have enough product knowledge if you’re selling me a service. Don’t just hand me a 1-800 number and say “they’ll take care of it.” I’m glad I’m not having any issues with the replacement device, but I’m likely not coming back here again.

We made an appointment and waited 2 hours since they spoke to us to enter the store, we still had to wait 1 hour more inside the store so that they could sell us a cell phone and the sellers inside the store do not attend until you look for them and bad way!!!

You have to make an appointment to get in and the security and personnel working the line outside get 1 star. But once you get inside the people are great. I took a MacBook Pro for in for warranty work on the keyboard. Not only did they take care of that they replaced the battery. So my little MacBook is like new. I got it back in 3 or 4 days thru Fedex....

This store would be getting a zero to negative stars. We had an appointment for today to have a repair on an iPhone that was scheduled in person a week ago at the store. Left work early today to arrive to appointment to find the store closed for the day. No phone call to let us know. Was not contacted at all. Now have to wait at least another week according to online scheduler. So glad customer support is not a priority and are wasting people’s time and money during current times. I would love to have a corporate representative reach out.

Not good customer service. I called to make an appointment only to be told theres no need to make an appointment. But when I got into the store they said I should have made an appointment. The staff said the earliest technician would be no earlier than 4 hours, and they will text me and I have to arrive immediately or my service will be canceled. Well I cant stay there for 4 hours. I have to work!

After talking to to someone online to return my iPhone, was advised to ship the phone or take it to an apple store, so I took it and waited in line, just so they can tell me that at the moment they are not receiving phones, that it will need to be shipped... Do you want a bad costumer Service? Definitely apple has it, my boyfriend purchase 3 phones! One lost, (they refund after one month of purchase, because it has to pass 3 weeks that is the time they give you to received the phone,even if ups say its lost haha) he purchase another two together, one he got it in a week and the other one still no charge after 2 weeks of purchase. He decided to cancel and had to go to another state to get the phones( unlocked phones), apple spend a lot of money for publicity and they cant have iphone 12 available, plus they say that it takes 2- 3 weeks to get the phone ( BIG LIE), of course they gave us a coupon of $45 dlls discount that we couldnt even used because they didnt know how to, haha. And just now we purchase airpods, put an hour to pick up, but we decided to come earlier because we where close and it says ready to pick up, and of course they say come back at 6, they didnt want to listen or help us, I canceled at the end because that time is because its an appointment but the funny thing is that I was the only one in the store at that moment hahaha WHAT A JOKE!!So if you are purchasing beware of what can happen, because you are going to find a lot of people not willing to help you to get your phone or money back fast. =D

I was directed to an Apple Store by Apple Care. Just go to the store, they never turn people away Says the Apple Rep. Ok says I, Ill sashay on down to the Apple Store in Baybrook Mall on 11/9/2020 in the afternoon around 2pm. The Apple Care rep could not book me an appointment, bohoo. No worries the good folks at the Apple Store will help a poor soul even if the same employees at the call center cant, sure all I need is the fluff taken out of the charger port. I get to the store, an apple assistant is at the door with a uniformed security guard. Unfortunately, there has been a disconnect between the call center and the store. I will be turned away. Ok, well time to get something straight with Apple. Lets call Apple again from the number listed on the front of the store, maybe the number I called from google search was a wrong number. Although they did ask a lot of questions regarding my phone on that call. I take the number down and walk away from the front of the store. While overlooking the candy store garden in the shopping mall I call Apple again. Going through the motions with the assistant on the call again I explain the situation, remove fluff from phone so it can charge and I can call my loved ones, no I dont want to pay $300+ for a new iPhone 6, I just want the fluff out of my phone thats all, Ill be buying an iPhone 12 anyhow, can you book into the store sometime soon please, no worries Ill come over in the afternoon if needed, I need to call the store?, I am calling the store, Im actually right outside of the store, Im calling the number thats on the front of that store.... so heres the thing pretty much up to that point I wouldnt have posted on here but during my call to the apple outside of the store, the armed security guard stands beside me. Whats that all about? No raised voices from me and not causing an obstruction. Ok this is weird, not only cant you get booked in, you cant walk in, and the store number wont do anything, you can even ask at the store to make a booking, when you need to figure whats up they send a security guard to intimidate you. Maybe they though I was loitering...? Although I did explaining why I was there to associate? So strange... Apple Baybrook and Apple in general start treating your customers with the professionalism that that has built your brand, not with what I experienced.

Just a suggestion. Delivery services such as Postmates, should not have to wait in the long line with the others. Keeps your customer expectations low if they don’t get their products in a timely fashion. They are paying more for the delivery than the “average joe” right?

My family and I have been long time loyal apple customers since the 1990s and spend thousands of dollars at Apple yearly, yesterday (February 29, 2020), being no exception. In December I brought my iPhone X in due to battery performance because the battery was lasting about three hours of charge time, and I constantly have to charge my phone about three to four times a day. The battery performance was at 84% at the time. My phone was also still under warranty at this time, hence why I wanted it replaced then. They refused to do the replacement and flash forward to today when my phone now is not under warranty, and now says I need to have it serviced (still at 84%). I brought this up to the tech today and said this was frustrating and unacceptable since I am back for the same issue when it could have been fixed in December when it was under warranty. I asked to speak to the manager and she said there was nothing that could be done, but I could get a $350 credit for an upgrade. I’m sorry, but I am not here to get an upgrade on a phone that is six months old and a new one is coming out in six months. Not to mention, I told them not to break my screen protector because I was not going to be paying for another one, which they did, and I had to pay for another one. This is a ridiculous way to be treated when someone just spent over $1,300 the day before on brand new Apple watches. After this experience I don’t know if I will be back.

Very personable service. My boyfriend and I went to have an iPhone and an iPad checked to see if they needed servicing and the iPad was just needing a little tweaking and it was good to go. The iPhone needed too much so we decided it was better for him to get a new iPhone 11 Pro Max. The young man also took the time to check out my old iPhone 6 X+ and he found it to be in good shape so we saved a bundle there too. Service was exceptional!
