Natalie and Eileen were amazing! We were acknowledged and taken care within minutes of entering! Went in to get a new phone for my father and Natalie made sure to get us what was needed ! Will definitely going back to this location for any questions or concerns !

Yesterday I had a problem on my monthly bill, for some reason my bill went up for no reason.Today I went to the store and Chris & Zach helped me.I really recommend those two guys, they really know what they doing.Both of them were able to fix my problem super fast and in a very professional manner.Thanks guys!!

I came in to purchase an iPhone 12 pro and politely waited for the couple in front of me to finish their transaction. I was acknowledged by the sales associate helping the customer in front of me and was told “they would be with me shortly”. I walked around the store while waiting browsing phones and accessories. There was a second associate who knew I was waiting as well as she sat on the computer right next to the other associate. After about 15 minutes of waiting patiently another customer walks in and says he wants to look at phones and the second associate got right up and helped him directly in front of me while I was waiting. Then a third associate came out and helped me only to tell me the 12 pros are ship to only. I told him about waiting and being cut off by a customer who walked in after me and he didn’t care. Terrible service especially considering I’ve been with T-mobile forever.

Love Tmobile and thankful that this store is so close! Purchased 2 new phones tonight there from Seth - great guy great service! Normally takes a while to finish the purchase but tonight was such a quick in and out transaction! Thanks Seth!

Giving this place a one star is a understatement.save yourself the headache. My experience is ongoing 6 months now still haven’t got a refund and the district manager said he can’t help I’m stuck in a ongoing loop and out 2k this place is horrible Seth is the only guy keeping that store afloat seriously hats off to you Seth I’m sorry your stuck in a store where your manager and district manager makes you look bad . They should just close this location down . Been with T-Mobile 9 years and never been through so much headaches.

Chris and Seth were fantastic! I have had cell service since 1995, this has been the most pleasant experience Ive had with a cell phone company. Thank you! The exact plan I needed for my family, exactly when I needed it. It feels so good to shake off the shackles of Verizon prices, plans & horrible customer support. Verizon is using the pandemic to stack money in the accounts of its shareholders, and offering NO help to its client base at a time we all need the most help! TMobile seems to have grown into a truly client oriented company. The chats are very easily used to resolve questions & prevent unnecessary trips out of the house, but there are qualified, knowledgeable, truly helpful people at this location for any needs I may have, which is a huge relief, as Verizon had gotten nearly impossible to get in contact with. Thanks Tmobile, Chris & Seth!

I paid 1300 dollars for a phone and the case I tried to return was past 14 days so they told me to just buy an otter box from them. Youd think they would make an exception. The case doesnt even cover all the glass on the front so now I have a case I dont want and a 1300 note ultra with a cracked screen. Thats pretty weak. Yeah it was in the fine print buried but t-mobile advertises a 30 day try it out or whatever. Thats clearly more BS.

Such a great store! DRonne (Ronnie) and the female employee (I forgot her name) were sooo nice! They were respectful, helpful and not pushy at all. I would highly recommend this location. UPDATE: management are cop outs and afraid to come out and deal with problems and I have had a lot of problems let me tell you! Sales staff are still nice but management are ....well I cannot think of a nice word for what I think they are!

Just go to another TMobile store. I used to like this store but never again.The relationship between a business and a customer is predicated not on when everything is going well - but no when something isnt going well and it has to be fixed. This store gave us a defective phone and handled my children and I like we were some tacky people trying to get over on T Mobile for a $180.00 phone. My bill equals that monthly. I bought that phone 10 times this year! The store manager I spoke to was dry and unworkable. Every single thing I posed to him - he had a retort that was suggestive. He was fully unwilling to work with me. He claimed the phone had water damage. I suggested it could have been defective when I got the phone. (I bought the phone and a day later it just stopped working) We all know that technology can be unpredictable at times and devices can be defective. It is totally plausible.My daughter uses her phone to receive therapy daily from when she was rapped at her high school in the parking lot. Thats right. This is the importance of having that phone. It is for her daily therapy. That is not this guys business to know, but it IS his business to be better to his customers. He claimed his regional manager supported him. I asked them, listen guys, you work here. You must know some options available to me to fix this problem. I do not want to have to pay off a phone that we can not use and purchase another one at the same time. Nothing. He was actually going to let me walk out of the building with no resolution.The only one bright light was Seth. I am mentioning him because the entire time ( I know he doesnt know I was watching him) but he looked flat out disgusted with this managers behavior. He at least suggested I reach out to Samsung because the phone was under warrant.Here is the worst part. I looked at the manager and said, I am not done with you guys, I am going to report this. You know what this hateful person said? Of course you will. He actually said that. In my opinion he should go to a training for race relations because I am very sure he was dealing with that in judgement and he does NOT need to be a person in charge of making decisions.This is step two. I have already written a formal complaint and mailed it to regional and national corporate offices. Will never go to this store again.

I have T mobile and service in this area and out of state is horrible!! Good friendly staff though and the phone service is not there fault but cant give it more than one star because bad phone service.
