Ever time I come in here everyone is so nice and helpful! I would drive out of my way to just come and shop here! I think she name is Anna, but she was so helpful and went out of her way to help me find a certain product. Keep up the good work!

Recently switched to this location and I was so pleasantly surprised at how friendly the staff was. Everything was well stocked, clean and they were even nice enough to give me a mask when I left mine at home!

Love this location! Had the best service and a nice employee named Itzel helped me pick out products. Staff was friendly and helpful, would highly recommend.

Every single time I I have been in this Over the past 2 years i have All of the ladies in there have always been more than helpful and go beyond. I cut mens hair and Ive needed help doing some chemical work and they have been very helpful and correct in everything that Ive ever asked now and I know Stylist can be a handful but they have always been so help. I will say I have been To about 4 to 5 different Armstrong locations everyone from Garland to Denton and this 1 is 1 of the cleanest most organized locations and I love shopping there actually go out of the way to shop at this one

This location is by far the most accommodating supply store i have visited. They will help you get exactly what you want and bend over backwards to meet your needs. Im not easy to please and i have never been let down EVER!! If distance is an issue i would drive 100 miles to get the service i get here!

Richard & Delia are AMAZINGNESS! We went in, shopped around and got exactly what we needed....and also got PERFECTION CUSTOMER SERVICE! I purchased the small travel sizes of the Awapuhi shampoo and conditioner and Richard immediately suggested the Time to Enchant gift set giving me also the Limited Edition Perfume roll on!!! Love it! Love them both and appreciate the savings suggested!

Definitely not my go to place. I’ve gone on 2 occasions and they don’t have anything in my list. The employees look miserable, not a friendly hello, you almost feel invisible walking in. My first visit I was immediately asked I have I shopped there before and do I have a card. Not sure what that’s about as I can clearly read the signs that say professionals only. Any who I proceeded to look for things I couldn’t find there as this location was closer to home. But I will definitely stick to the Plano location and the Allen location. They are the friendliest most helpful associates. Now I see why this location has such low reviews. I will never go back. I’d rather order from Cosmoprof and pay shipping than shop here. I know they’re the same entity but Cosmoprof was always my go to store in TN and GA. Friendly staff and always had items in stock when needed. Oh and I did notice that this location was a lot more expensive than the other 2 stores I’ve visited. Buyer beware and shop at your own risk.

This use to be my go to place for my products. The last 3 visits they had not one thing on my list. Time to use a new Armstrong.

Seriously overpriced!The line I get at other Armstrong’s in the metroplex was $1 more a tube! Luckily I was only get 6 tubes I needed for the weekend but I will not being going back! And the shampoo and conditioners were $2-3 more a bottle! And staff isn’t very friendly

This place is completely bad service and really really bad on exchange or return every things here is final they wouldn’t let you no fu@k option to return this is r ridiculous how you do a business if purchasedSomething customer that not satisfied and not allowed to return what type of retail this is, I would never go back and highly not recommend this place!
