Had an unexpected lovely experience after going in to get hair dye for my teenage daughter. Taylia was incredibly helpful and made all the difference by helping us choose all of the necessities without making us feel like she was just trying to make a sale.I don’t care to do much shopping at the beauty supply store, but she went out of her way to make it a pleasant transaction that resulted in my daughter being happy :)
Horrible customer service. Online it says this location is open until 8. I got there at 7:10 and lights were on and both employees (short red curly hair and tall blonde) were at the registers shrugging their shoulders saying they were closed & I was trying to show them that they should notify someone to fix their hours online. They wouldn’t even move or come to the door.
Horrible service. My daughter got there shortly before 7:30 and the store was supposed to be open until 8pm. As she walked up to the door a guy was standing inside by the door with it locked and told her they were closed when it clearly said 8 on the door
Sally Beauty associate: Would you like to purchase a paper bag for 15 cents?ME: No, thank you.*rings up and pay for purchase*ME: Oh, waif, if I dont purchase a bag, I have to walk out with my stuff in my hand?SB associate: Yes- we no longer offer plastic bags. Have a nice day.*******So prices have gone up 28% on my supplies- but I cannot even get a bag?Amazon, here I come.
Carol is by far the rudest manager on the planet . I purchased some Wahl clippers for them in the mail today and come to find out they was used. I contacted the worst customer service in history Sally’s and they told me to call the manufacturer. What a joke.. I spoke to the manufacturer and guess what they said they HATE doing business with sally because they do not have good customer service go figure. The horrible lady at customer service lied and said I was rude after spending 1 hour on the phone to do a simple exchange. I will advise corporate and Yes Carol your name will be in it as well. I hope Sally go out of business. OR the people that shop here don’t take you down COVID will......
They need to change the closing time online. Extremely disappointed that I drove over 30 minutes to come to this location. Online they say they close at 8 but they were closed at 7.
Always helpful and happy to do so. they dont bombard you when youre trying to shop, but are informative as to what they have.as for sallys as a corporation, I wish they had more sales on their makeup selection as often as they do hair.
When you open the door it drags across the pavement at it opens and closes. I mentioned it to my wife and she said it’s been that way all year. I’d suggest going to another location or competitor until it’s fixed. It’s as bad as nails on the chalkboard.
Went in today and the hair care shelves were pretty much empty. A wasted trip..thats why Amazon is taking over.
Service is good, friendly and respectful, however the shop size of this location is unfortunate given that theres a much larger location of a competing beauty chain in the same plaza. That said, if youre loyal to products that Sally in particular carries, obviously youll only find those here.
Sallys employees are always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, which is a huge deal for me. I still cant give it a 5 star because their prices are too high for the same products that I can get at other beauty supply stores. Overall, its a good store in a great location.

I have owned a local barber shop for well over a decade and my business number was no longer in the system ? Hmm, so no discount plus I was denied the use of the restroom!! Sally you have a very interesting way of supporting your customers. Ps..I dont walk around with my license on me!!
Have called 20 times in the past 8 hours trying to place a curbside pickup. No one will answer
I was incredibly disrespected by a male cashier at this location. Absolutely unprofessional and was quick to give an uninformed and erroneous answer when I asked a question. I did not have a problem with that until he chose to blame me as misunderstanding in front of his peers. Meanwhile what appeared to be his supervisor did nothing to help. Ive never had a negative experience at any Sallys location until now.

Just left... What a wonderful experience which is weird to say about a Sallys. Lol anywho, Bri I think her name was helped me so much! And took her time. I didnt feel rushed. All the ladies were so sweet. They have a nice selection on black hair care products. I still will be going to Lins beauty supply store first because its black owned... And I love her. But this Sallys is now my second choice. :) great staffing.
