I came here in January to get my hair colored.The service I requested was an all over color with balayage.I wanted black all over with orange balayage, I had a picture for reference to give my stylist Lindsay a better idea of how I wanted it.My hair is about shoulder length (grown out bob).I came in with a mess on my head, previously had a faded burgundy which Lindsay managed to get out woohoo! She bleached the parts for the balayage highlights which lifted pretty well for them to become orange later.She washed the bleach out, towel dried it then applied the orange, wrapped it in foil, then applied the all over black dye. Washed that out, dried it and styled it. I loved it from what I could tell, the balayage highlights were a little too close to the roots for my taste, parting my hair down the middle they look too uniform which is a bit tacky.The next day I went to style my own hair and noticed unevenness with a few of the highlights, it was a very harsh line... that I was definitely not happy about. The color washed out after two showers. I felt that I really over payed for this service... I was really hyped to find such a cool environment to get my hair done in.Not to mention I was getting my hair done for a maternity photo shoot I was having the very next day, I had not had my hair professionally done in about 5 years so I was sort of let down and out of pocket.I will probably not return :(

Needed to find a new place that was reasonable for cut and color! I found Gracie and she is amazing! She really took her time to cut and color exactly what I wanted and I could not be happier. Very modern and friendly place. I am going to bring my kids here too. They practice safe distancing and wear masks at all times. The place was spotless and super clean and new! Oh, did I mention prices were reasonable? Yeah, score for this professional mom!

I saw Mary after a year and a half long break from salons after a terrible customer experience. She was very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. She had the utmost patience with me and my anxiety, and thats before we even get to the haircut.Im not very picky and pretty bad on deciding the details, but she took the time to explain my options and helped me decide the best way to go.We shaved the side of my head and trimmed up the rest of my hair to maintain condition. Mary even offered me a line at the part, and its honestly a wonderful touch. She did a gorgeous job of trimming and keeping as much length and texture as possible (at my request. I dont like blunt cuts on my hair).The results and experience exceeded my expectations entirely, and I didnt feel judged at all, which can be a struggle for some of us. I cant stop staring at myself in the mirror, and Im so excited to go back sometime soon to get my hair colored.

What an unprofessional people. I did an appointment today for hair color, A WEEK AGO. They sent an email to confirm my appointment and I did. Today, they said that the “stylist” (Kaden or something similar) called that she cannot make today. What an irresponsible person. Nobody called me from the stupid hair salon to inform me that the stupid couldn’t make it today. The owner does not have any idea what is happening in his shop. Don’t recommend that place. They waste my time. What an disappointment. Shame of you irresponsible. GO TO ANOTHER BETTER PLACE.

I had Mary Ladera as my stylist. I hadn’t gotten my hair cut since 2017 after a bad cut. Not only were they sweet and very kind, they gave me the best haircut I have ever gotten. As long as Mary is there, I’ll travel from Arlington to Frisco to get my haircut. I wish I could remember the name of the guy who managed and/or owned it but I can’t (I’m so sorry). He was also kind and great and making patrons feel comfortable. 5/5.

Brayden was wonderful. He understood what I was looking for, explained the process and got me exactly what I was looking for. He was upfront about how long the process would take and that it would take stages for the final look. I am allowing my natural white hair to grow out, and he took my yellow and brown hair to a level where it can do that and look very nice while it is growing. Would recommend Brayden to any of my friends.

I’m so happy I found this place! I’m a trans guy who hasn’t been on hormones very long so I frequently get misgendered and given a feminized version of the haircut I ask for, but one of the first things this place did was ask my pronouns! My hairstylist Gracie was fantastic and I got just the haircut I asked for, and the other stylist that was there seemed really nice too but I didn’t catch their name (sorry!) The place was very clean and took Covid precautions very seriously, which I was happy to see (including masks always on, a forehead temperature check, hand washing/sanitizer, and social distancing between stations). I also had booked the appointment for a short haircut ($32) because I wasn’t sure if I’d need just a buzz cut ($19) but as I was checking out Gracie caught it and only charged me for the buzz cut! I’m SO glad I found this place. Definitely worth the 50 minute drive for me 😁

Gracie was absolutely amazing!! I had gotten a haircut the day before at a TONI&GUY studio, but they gave me a cut I wasn’t happy with. I went here the next day and right off the bat, Gracie asked me my pronouns (they/them) and immediately made me feel welcome. It’s an hour out of my way, but I’m definitely a lifelong customer now 👍

Very welcoming and comfortable place. Got a great hair cut and had a relaxing time while there. Really easy going and accommodating staff where you can make an appointment online and even reschedule online if you are running late...like I was. Its a bit more expensive than a cut at great clips or sport clips but with the ability to make an appointment and have a beer while there...worth it! Will definitely be back.

Im not going anywhere fun right now anyway so nows the time to do it.Mary cut my chin length Bob until all the red was gone. Moving to a new area is so awful sometimes specially when you have to find the “new spots” well in the search for a new place to get my hair done i got one of this flyers that give you coupons, and they were offering a free haircut for new clients at this place, so i decided to try items i don’t regret it one bit, Nicky was awesome, since the minute she picked up the phone until the time i left that place, she has a great personality and well my haircut was great! I love my new hair! She gave me her opinion but was not pushy at all and let me decide what i wanted !

Hello, not sure how to respond to your comment. I appreciate you reaching out. I have really thick hair & felt like my hair cut was rushed. Ive never had my hair cut dirty and I even selected to pay the extra to have it washed. At the end I was asked like it was an after thought. That was weird. Also, because time was not taken like it should, I went home and had to cut some myself because there were clearly pieces still much longer than others. Either, the person who cut my hair is not experienced or just didnt care.

It was my first time here and i loved it! their space is very clean and so aesthetically pleasing? the person in the front (gracie? if i remember ) was really nice, she helped me get signed in along with the COVID-19 safety procedures!i didnt know the first wash was free, so it was a nice perk! and i had my hair done by miss mani, she took care of me really well from washing my hair, cutting and styling it! i would definitely recommend this place, if you live in the frisco/plano/allen area!i will definitely come back again soon for a trim and bring my family here 🥰
