Ive ordered 5 pieces of furniture through them and out of 5, 3 came damaged. One was damaged even though I paid for white glove delivery and the other 2 items were completely shattered in the packaging, with no outside tear on the package. Its been weeks and the issue still isnt resolved. On top of that they want me to pay $200 more for the replacement of 2 of the items. Dont order from them. They dont value their customer and their items come damaged.UPDATE: The damaged furniture came in October, it is now MARCH and still no replacements. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

I really like Zuri, their showrooms are good but also is their website pics of rooms designed with Zuri furniture. Zuri employees are great to work with and delivery and setup is 5 stars. I have bought many pieces from them over the past two months and I am totally happy with each purchase. The quality of furniture pieces are first class, the beds, nightstands and matching dressers, full wall pictures, consoles, bar stools, end tables, coffee table. Two bedrooms decked out and full living room all Zuri. Would like to have the bedroom nightstand lamps they show pictured on their website but they dont carry them. Very happy with Zuri!

I purchased a leather couch and a bed with them online.The quality of the product is very good.The sales team is very helpful, knowledgeable about the product, and responsive.If it only depended on the above mentioned, I would give them 5 stars. However, the post-sales customer service is not good and if it depended on them I would give them 1 star.My bed arrived and one of the parts for it was wrong, I called them and they said that they would get in touch with the responsible sector and then would get back to me. It took them days to let me know what the next steps would be and even longer to let me know when the part would be sent to me.The missing part of the bed has arrived in my city 2 days ago. Since then I have called them once and sent 3 e-mails asking when they would be able to deliver it to me and I STILL have not received a response with a date.Over all, good product but be ready to have to work for it if anything does not go as planned.

Worst customer service I have experienced. They couldnt deliver furniture in time agreed upon. Ordered and paid for in Aug 2020 and now it will not be available until May 2021. I cancelled order and they couldnt process credit on my visa because it was expired. I called the bank and they can process credit on expired card. The worst part is the sales rep, Anthony @ the Frisco store, didnt care at all and offered no assistance.

We bought 8 of these chairs...4 via Amazon, 4 via Zuri Furniture. We loved these chairs when we got them. We wrote a raving review. But we didnt even get 2 years out of them, before the welds holding the base to the chair failed.Zuri hasnt responded, and Im guessing wont as the warranty was only for one year. So buyers beware, these are nice chairs and functional, but wont last. We are taking them to a welding shop to be reconstructed...mainly because we have 8 of them and while individually it isnt worth it, it is for the set.I wont be shopping from Zuri again. Great looking furniture, at moderate to expensive prices, but LOW Quality.

We got a bed here and it was good. It was very quiet so it was kind of weirdOk I totally take that back, we got the bed today and they gave us the wrong size railing thing to hold up the mattress. This is definitely a bruh moment. My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined.

MY WIFE WALKED IN AND WAS ASKING THE SALESMAN/MANAGER FOR HELP TO ORDER A TABLE AND THE MANAGER WAS EXTREMLY RUDE DIDNT EVEN GET OFF HIS DESK. I SHOWED UP 10MIN AFTER BECUASE BEHAVIOR. HE HAS THE WORST ATTIUDE FOR A MANAGER. I WILL MAKE SURE CORPORATE KNOW ABOUT THIS DISRESPECTFUL MANAGER. IVE ORDERED MANY PRODUCTS BEFORE BUT AFTER HIM WE ARE NO LONGER INTERESTED.

I bought 2 bar stools and they are great. We all love them, great back support, stylish, and comfy to sit on. The delivery took awhile and not my favorite part because they just left the boxes outside my house and the box with bases of the stools was super heavy. But overall quality is good and lets hope they are durable. Will buy more furniture from them.

I purchased an office chiar which is rated at 8 hours up to 400 pounds. it is the most comfrotable chair Ive every owned. I was having hip issues before but they are subsiding. I would recommand one of the chairs to anyone. Just be careful, they they are so comfortable you will fall asleep in it.

I really like the selection of furniture these guys have. I also enjoy the fact the staff is never pushy, and they won’t scream at you for asking if you can order online or on the phone later (which tells me they are not on commission).We have a marble table that we purchased about 2 years ago, and it’s been fantastic so far, zero issues.

I took off one star only because delivery was longer than I expected. Every time I checked, their website only said not in stock. When I ordered there was no indication that they did not have the lamps in stock, in fact I expected they would be shipped in a standard time frame. It would be nice to be given an estimated delivery time if for no other reason than to give one confidence regarding a company one is new to. That said, the lamps I ordered I so love, the quality is great as is their price. Even though I took off one star, I would order from this company again as many of their products are unique, their quality is good, and all items came safely packed.

Their customer service was helpful in answering the multiple questions I had before I ordered, and their prices were great. The bed frame was a good quality. I will say though, they told me it would ship in a couple of boxes so I asked for curbside delivery...they dont tell you that those boxes arrive packaged on a 6x6 palette that they expect to leave outside your door (the poor delivery driver who had to disassemble it to get it to fit into my apartment complex!)

I was extremely pleased with my experience with Zuri. I ordered a marble top console table. The sales representative went out of her way to measure the table top for me & sent me a diagram. The table arrived exactly when I was told & the person who was assigned by Zuri to help assemble the table was competent, efficient and pleasant to work with. The table itself was excellent value and the workmanship exceeded my expectations. I would recommend Zuri without reservation.

I think one of the few things that makes up a great business is having excellent customer service. Zuri definitely checks that box! I did need their assistance after I bought one counter stool. I interacted with their sales people at the store and Micah and Jon were helpful and professional when engaging with me. Zuri is definitely a well-run business with excellent customer service, that is rare nowadays.

$200 dining chairs falling apart. Filed claim with extended warranty, took 10 months for replacement to arrive due to item out of stock. Their delivery came out with replacement that was defective. refused delivery. had to call them back. set up appointment for delivery following week, but the next day UPS delivered when we were out so I couldnt refuse it. The legs had poked through the bottom of the box and were hanging out. Chair wobbles. Will they make it right? Stand by.Update: raising my rating to three stars vs. one due to the excellent efforts of Kane, who took ownership of the problem and saw to it that a non-defective chair was delivered as scheduled. Three stars because the original chair should not have broken so easily, it shouldnt have taken 10 months to replace it and once the item was finally in stock, it shouldnt have taken three tries to get a non-defective replacement delivered. Glad to see that the company is making an effort to raise their service standards. Wishing them success as modern furniture is definitely our style.

I LOVE ZURI. Did a kitchen renovation in August and wanted seven counter stools. Bought one to see if I liked it and loved it. Placed the order for the other six but only two were in stock. Those came right away but unfortunately had to wait 10 weeks for the other four. I never say this, but the ten week wait was so worth it. The stools are beautiful, comfortable and everything I wanted. Everyone at ZURI was super professional and s delight to deal with. Even with the extended wait, would definitely buy from them again. 100% satisfied!

Would have loved for you to have the same concern then. We werent given any options after you inspected the faulty furniture about 4 years ago. You took the furniture and then stated you wouldnt be able to repair it. We asked for our money back but you stated you would only give us credit towards another purchase.

I purchased a left-hand return desk, which is a beautiful piece of furniture and functional as well. Unfortunately, I was sent a right-hand return desk which was not going to work in the space. Zuri handled the problem well, sending me a new desk and providing workers to repackage the wrong desk before taking it away. I was afraid they would require more in the way of proof of the problem, or that they would try to tell me they sent what I requested, but they were kind and gracious on the phone and in emails. Next time I am in need of a special piece of furniture I will come back to Zuri.

We had the white glove service. So wonderful to have them set up the bed and take all the shipping materials. Love the bed!

THE WORST FURNITURE STORE EVER. THIS IS AN UTTER CORPORATE SCAM!! YES, IT IS A SCAM! We went to this particular store and it was nice. The items looked gorgeous. The store was awkwardly quiet though as we were the only customers on most of the visits. Although the items looked good, the price tag was insane. An office chair costed $900. We bought many items and the total price was about $5,000. We placed our order and even confirmed with the designer and we thought everything would be fine BUT a week passed after we placed our order and there was not one single word giving us information about the orders progress. Then we understood that Zuri had COMPLETELY forgotten about our order. We called them and they put us on hold for many hours. After 15 full minutes of lying, they finally admitted that they forgot about the order and they said that we would have to wait for an extra week. After a minor argument, we agreed. On the day that we were supposed to recieve the order, we took a leave from our offices and did not get pay. Then, Zuri came up to us and told us that the order would come after AN ENTIRE 2 WEEKS. My wife ended up losing her months paycheck. We lost quite a lot of money. After 2 weeks, people came and gave us our 20 boxes of items and left it out front and refused to even take it into the living room or upstairs. They left and we began unpacking the boxes so we could self-install our items. HERE IS THE BIG PROBLEM. All of the items were severely damaged and then we understood that we had received items that were already used by others and we were asked to pay full price. We called Zuri and we spent 5 hours on the phone. After I gave them a firm warning, they admitted that they gave us items that were refurbished and they did it because they forgot about our order so they got some items that were meant to be sold for half the price and they just gave those to us. What do they think? They think that customers are fools. We went to the store to tell the salesmen about the major mistakes and inconveniences and one particular salesman told me to be quiet becaue another cusomer was shopping and we were going to make the customer go away. I ended up telling the other customer about my experience and that customer left and expressed to the Zuri staff how their service was disgusting. One of the salesman started YELLING at us in a very rude fashion and we just left the store. Poor... not even poor... stupid customer service. Also, only 20 boxes arrived. I have to wait for 2 more weeks for my other 16 boxes to arrive. ZURI DOES NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS AND ONLY VALUES MONEY. PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE OR YOU WILL SUFFER AS WE DID. WE ARE STILL FIGHTING FOR A COMPENSATION!!!

I bought several pieces last year.1. I bought a Vitali Chair and Foot Stool. The foot stool was packed badly and the leg of the footstool was next to the leather. The foot had a huge dent in it. I called the store and I was told that it would go away. It did go away. It took 8 months.2. I bought the white art Buffet. The one that I picked up had over spray all over the top. I called and left several messages. No one ever returned the call.3. I bought the ego Barstool. In one year the foam is crushed and I had to replace the Barstool.I bought marble lamps and they have been good.I also bout 4 cantoni bar stools at the same time all 4 still look like new.The customer service is terrible. I will not purchase anything else from Zuri.

Worst customer service this store has got ! only go to store if you plan to get delayed (two months minimum) on delivery of your furniture. Store is absolutely no if you are buying a house and planning to buy furniture from them. They will make sure that you are not going to get it on time. They will keep promising you that its coming its coming and they will call you just 2 days before delivery date and say they screwed up and now you can only get it after two months ! I didnt read reviews here and had to reschedule my house warming just because of them, as I had no furniture in my house!Management is so bad that you keep requesting call backs and keep emailing them - they never gonna turn up!! because they screwed up !folks save your self some time and please do not think of going or putting any money on their furniture!! just pathetic experience I had with them ...
