I asked my designer, Kim Wofford, to not let me make expensive mistakes. She shared honest opinions with me, but let my vision prevail. I could not be happier with the result. My new living room is just what I hoped for. Classy and comfortable. A place where my guests enjoy visiting and I enjoy curling up. Thank you, Kim.

The most important thing for us was that the sofa was very comfortable for lounging around, watching TV.  Not that style and color didnt play a large role but that was second to comfort.  We had a perfectly good style and color sofa but it just wasnt comfortable.  We shopped all over the place and after trying the sofa at Ethan Allen (EA) several times we decided it was perfect.  We liked the way the floor model felt but we also tried EAs tester cushions.  Karen came out to our home with several fabric samples and found the perfect color in our room.  We had to order the sofa, which actually took less time than expected to be delivered, YAY (5 stars)! However, here is where the 2 stars come in, when we sat on the sofa and it felt like we were sitting on a pretty HARD surface.  After about a week we decided to take our cushions into EA and see if the floor model had the same cushions.  To our surprise when we put our cushions on the floor model they were VERY comfortable.  We went back home and sat on the new sofa and we HATE the way it sits. I can only guess that the decking part of the frame is made differently than the floor model because the cushions are the same.  Of course since it is a custom order sofa there is NOTHING we can do about it.  We now have another VERY uncomfortable sofa to sit in for the next 10+ years.  I wishing we would have just lived with what we had or spent few thousand less. Oh, I forgot to mention they didnt do a very good job with the nailheads.UPDATE:Todd told me he would have a service guy come out to look at my sofa and then he would call me a couple days later. I wondered what he could do but was willing to have him come. He did fix the nail heads but could do nothing about the comfort of the sofa. Todd stated that the cushions would relax but it is NOT the cushions! As I stated, I took my cushions into the showroom to put them on the sofa and see if it was the cushions, IT WASNT! Todd has yet to call me back since the service guy came out on Dec 22nd. It is now Jan. 29th. I feel like once my review showed up the gave me lip service.Honestly when I brought the cushions into the showroom my sales lady should have done something right then and there. Never will I purchase anything from Ethan AllenADDITIONAL UPDATE:After calling the showroom several times they finally got Todd to call me back. I told him I would be willing to trade out my sofa for the floor model. He agreed and about a week later we received the floor model. We are pleased with the sofa now but am not sure I would make another purchase at EA.

Ms. Elaine who is supposed to welcome you into their store was very unprofessional and treated us like we didn’t belong. Maybe we weren’t dressed to her standards but that’s no way to treat a customer. All things work out for a reason as we found exactly what we were looking for at La-Z-Boy and was treated with respect. Been an Ethan Allen customer in the past but won’t be in the future thanks to Ms. Elaine.

Love my spaces! Have Ethan Allen furniture in my bedroom, great room, living room/sports bar. Now, my focus is on my dining room. Picture is of my new Grifton buffet. It is beautiful, fits perfectly and great storage which was so desperately needed. Designers at Ethan Allen are unbelievably amazing. For me, it is a collaborative experience giving my opinions and choices with my original Ethan Allen designer who has known me for the past seven years always giving her the final word which is always the right choice. You cant go wrong with Ethan Allen furniture. Feel the love!

I have been working with Sandra Steele at this Ethan Allen store for the past five years. I used her for my living room, piano room and my breakfast/dining area. Her work is amazing. I have received many compliments over the years and I still love every item I selected. Sandra is easy to work with, allows your ideas to come to fruition but also steps in if something just wont work with your vision or your budget. We stayed within budget and our furniture still looks new and beautiful. I highly recommend this store and Sandra. Additionally, my style is traditional with a modern edge and I really feel we were able to achieve this. My home feels truly special and timeless.

Purchased a beautiful tufted sofa. Delivery team was great, plenty of contact and awareness of arrival time, they were careful and friendly.

Everything worked out perfectly. Terrie helped me all one afternoon and was awesome with her advice and knowledge. The delivery - all the way to Wichita Falls - went well also, with the delivery team arriving on time. They were courteous and pleasant (despite a sweltering day) and moved out the old stuff and moved in the new stuff professionally and quickly. No wall dings or door bangs! The furniture is solid and very well made. I have received a lot of compliments and it was worth the time and effort to travel to the Plano/Frisco area to shop. Also impressed that they delivered over one hundred miles away. Thank you Ethan Allen!!!

I had a great experience, the customer service and professional advise on personalizing the couch I purchased with chairs and tables was outstanding! We needed fabrics that would look elegant and hold up to a great deal of wear as this was for a reception area at our Title Company. Ethan Allen came through wonderfully and ahead of the target date given. We could not be happier!!

We ordered a table from Ethan Allen and when it was delivered, we noticed that one of table leaf inserts completely didnt match the rest of the table. The delivery gentlemen took pictures and submitted to the corporate office, who basically said there is nothing they would do. I am still trying to resolve with the store directly and it has been ongoing for over 3 weeks. Still no resolution. I would think that when you pay over $5,000 for a table and chairs, you should get a quality product and excellent service. Still waiting on that also.

Love the customer service and in home decor support I received from Terri. I feel like my new home is turning out exactly how I wanted. The sofas and rug I purchased for my living room are perfect! Im waiting on the Nikita Console table to show in a few weeks. The furniture is exceptional quality, and was made and delivered even before the scheduled date. Debra, our design specialist, helped us pick out shades as well as coordinating fabric for drapes, pillows, table runner, and chair upholstery. She made several trips to our house to make sure everything was done to our specifications. We are very pleased with our living/dining room update.

Our experience with Terri Myers is excellent every time we meet with her. Our home is becoming gorgeous with Ethan Allen furniture.

Jeannie Long was our sales associate and she did such a great job of giving advice to furnish our bedroom. She let us take our time to check out the entire showroom, then would check in with us at just the right time to answer our questions or give us ideas. We have never had such a smooth and seamless furniture shopping experience. We are very happy with the quality of our furniture and the delivery process was very professional and timely. BEWARE! I seriously don’t know how this company is around and can treat their customers like this. I do wish I checked reviews here before purchasing from this place. They do not care about you once you hand over the credit card. Our delivery date has moved from 4 months to 5 months now. The reason? There is a manufacturing delay. And how do I find out about this? When I call to check on the status a WEEK from when I was told it is due initially. I do not trust this company. If you have a manufacturing delay you find out NOT the last couple weeks of the 4 months. The sales folks are very nice and promises are made at the time of sale. about how the estimated time is the longest possible and it may even be shorter. Oh and how we will be given a status weekly. I had to call every single time for a status. Also, They lock you in. Fine print says no cancellation within 72 hours after the purchase. STAY AWAY TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!

I have been shopping at Frisco Ethan for at least 6 years, possibly longer. My designer is Kim W. and she has done an amazing job on my home. The staff is always friendly and helpful. This is the third EA I have shopped at over the years, and it will be the store I return to even though I will be moving out of the area to the South Lake area.

After working with a sales person over tge course of 8 months, she told us that our $7,200 order would gave an additional $398 delivery charge. She knew our address fir the entire 7 months abd never said anything. What a waste of time.Update: we received a call from the local store today. Corporate actually reads the reviews and through the local store offered to provide us free shipping. We already found something else so we didnt accept but we were impressed they reached out.

Not a fan. Called ahead to ask if they had a certain chandelier in stock to purchase off the floor. After confirming, I drove all the way out there only to be told they had the small size not the large I called about and specifically asked for. Told me I could order it and it would take 6-8 weeks to deliver. I left and will never return.

We have some very good quality furniture that was still in good condition but had faded badly from exposure to the sun. We wanted to have it reupholstered and have an ottoman produced for one chair. Our designer helped us select fabrics and identified an upholsterer. They picked up a love seat and custom ottoman, a wing-back chair (for which we wanted an ottoman), an upholstered chair and ottoman with casters that we wanted converted to solid feet, and the seat cushions from six dining room chairs. The reupholstery was excellent but the ottomans for the two chairs were a bit too tall. Our designer worked with the upholsterer to define how much to lower the two ottomans. They picked them up and made the modifications and returned them and we are very happy with the result.

Our beautiful new couch and chair were delivered this morning. We are thankful for our designer Kim who helped us choose the right pieces and fabric color to coordinate with our rug.

Our designer, Deidra King, is beyond excellent! She listens and understands our needs, and she is very creative in bringing together an original design tailored for our family! Plus she is an absolute delight to work with and has exceeded our expectations! Didn’t pay much more for my furniture at Ethan than I would have somewhere else and I got to pick my fabric, cushions, style of sofa, and color of legs. In addition to that, a designer cane to my house, measured the space, and presented me with several different options and price points. Will never go anywhere else for quality furniture!!

I have lived in the DFW area for 32 years. 22 years in Southlake and 10 years in Frisco. I will be replacing my dinning room table and chairs for my 50 weeding anniversary gift and spent 8 hours of my day today visiting 5 different furniture showrooms to research a specific need I have with the size of the table so it will accommodate 10 chairs. I meet many helpful and polite people. At Ethan Allens in Frisco, my experiment started out just like the previous 4 stores. l was greeted by the friendly and helpful receptionist. She called a designer to come to the front desk so she could answer my questions. While talking with the designer, another employee walked up and joined the very friendly conversation I was having with the designer. She pretty much told me I didnt know what I was talking about and was so rude I just wanted out of the store. In my 32 years in this area I have never been treated so rudely guess I wasnt carrying an expensive designer purse so I was fair game😔

I havent been that impressed with the furniture designs and even less impressed with the associates working the floor. Save time and skip this store.

We were pleasantly surprised at the wide range of styles of furniture that they offer here. Their prices seem okay, too, if you can catch them on one of their major sales.
