Awful customer service I walked in with my girlfriend in hopes of buying a purse today. We were greeted nicely by a younger black woman and the man in there was nice as well. However what ruined our experience was the second lady in there who repeatedly tried to shame us for coming to a shopping mall and not buying anything then called us brave for leaving our house. What caught my ear is whenever she claimed to never leave her house unless shes going to make a purchase which was clearly a ruse to make us leave or force us to buy something. When we decided it was time to go she said really really youre not going to buy anything this is super unprofessional and rude nobody should be pressured into buying something.

The staff there is AMAZING!! Grade A help and knowledge about the items I purchased. From a guy that know zero about purses clutches and accessories I learn a deal of things. Corporate need to glorify this store and give everybody a raise!!!

Saleswomen Vivian assisted me with a mail order return and went way beyond her normal duties. Because of her, I will now only shop at the Michael Kors at Stonebriar. As well as, refer my friends there. I normally shop the Allen Location and they have great salespeople but Vivian is awesome and earned my business from now on.

My husband has purchased two purses from here for me in the past few months and the experience has been really great. One of the purses I got as a gift for valentines day and he was able to work with the salespeople to arrange what he would like and have it ready when he got off work.Today we went in and had an extremely helpful sales lady, she showed us a couple of different bags/styles and I ended up leaving with a bag, a wallet, and sunglasses! The quality of the bag, wallet and sunglasses is just awesome. Plus, the items are super cute! I will def be coming back! 👜

Alexander 805620 was EXTREMELY unprofessional. He did not greet my friend and I upon entering the store or leaving. He did not make us feel welcomed there at all, in fact, he made us feel as if he did not want to sell us the item we were there to purchase. Please address this issue or you will lose money in the future. I wish could rate this service with 0 stars.

I give them 0 for customer service. got a Micheal Kros watch and she forgot to adjust the band so I returned and waited for the customers to leave and gave her the watch, she took it and as she was about to adjust it other customers arrived in the store so she told me to come back in 15 minutes while she takes care of the customers that just arrived. ( THIS IS THE FIRST ISSUE first come first served !!) btw there were 2 people on the floor. when I returned she said she couldnt adjust the band because it was to hard!!! I took the watch to Fossil and they did the job in 5 minutes for FREE (LOCATION: Stonebriar Mall)

I give this store 1 star because today I returned a watch that I purchased online which arrived 2 days ago to my surprised the watch is outdated the battery is dead in short not working, anyway she asked my receipt handed it to her and I’ve told her the watch came like that she said you can buy a battery to the watch shop then you can come here and we reimburse your money after that I told her nope I wanna return it and here’s what she said we cannot accept this because we don’t have this watch we can ship it to Michael Kors.com I was like I thought here what it said on the receipt I have that bar code that I can return at any Michael Kors store and this was my second time that didn’t accept my return from Michael Kors.com she said I have to wait 2 week to get,y money back after they ship it back isn’t that ridiculous?

Would have bought a beautiful handbag but was stalked like I was stealing by sales lady. I Could not turn around without sales lady being glued to me and she kept getting in my way of looking.. Very frustrating shopping experience.

The sales associate that helped us was absolutely amazing!!!! She was able to locate the watch from another store and ordered it for us. She was very kind and she has a wonderful personality.She was very personable and professional.She made us feel as though we were the only customers in the store. I wish I could remember her name!!!! The store was flawless!!!The displays were very appealing to the eye!!! If I could rate the whole experience with 10 stars,I would have no hesitation in doing that!!!! I really hope that you will take the time to find out who the sales associate was!!! She deserves to be recognized for her outstanding performance!!!!! If it helps,she has blonde hair,is petite and very pretty. Thank her for such a wonderful and delightful experience,please!!!!!!!! Thank you very much!!!!!!

This MK location is the one I always go now. Not big so not much selection but I always go this location to get my watch and bags, tots etc. there was another location I used to go and for some reason they would not adjust my watch after a month. I had already lost my receipt ( I was not planning on returning so..) they insisted I bought it from other location and I hated the drama so paid extra to adjust my watch somewhere else, why would I make a trip to you location in that case? and till today never been to that location.Not saying customer are always right but It is important to treat customer nicely.

This review is for MICHAEL KORS STOBEBRIAR MALL FRISCo TX wish there was something less then one star, horrible customer service, if someone is going to high end store like Michael kors they expect to recieve 5/5 customer service but my experience was totally opposite, went there found a bag of my choice and just because of rude, 0 customer service and ill mannered sales girl had to leave without buying anything, hopefully someone from higher management see this review and take action, savregarding customer service training for all their sales associate, save your time and please give your business to someother store, its not worth it !

Horrible customer service. Refused to resize a watch I had purchased for my girlfriend, once they decided to do it they told my girlfriend they would charge her $15 per link, once she agreed because she just wanted to wear the watch she was told it would take an hour, she was obviously just giving excuses because she didn’t feel like doing her job. This happened right at opening, there is no possible way resizing a watch takes more that 10-15 minutes. I went to the Allen location and the staff was amazing. When I went back to speak to the manager I had to ask multiple times for contact information to reach customer service as she kept changing the subject as to not give it or to not have to find it. These ladies work for commission you would think customer service would be their top priority. Store location needs and needs entire new staff or a manager that cares. Stuck up to their core.

I came on a Monday afternoon looking for a handbag that I saw on sale online, both associates were very helpful and talked me through my questions about the size and the functionality of the bag. They were not pushy and didnt try to upsell me on anything I didnt show interest in.

I can not believe how unhelpful and rude the manager was. I went in trying to return a purse that my husband had ordered and exchange it for one I liked. I get its two days before Christmas and theyre busy but she acted like I was asking her to do something crazy, like her job. Anyways she reluctantly helped with the return and when I told the manager what I was looking to order instead and what color I wanted she said they were out of stock. So I went home pretty sad that I just returned the only Christmas present my husband got me and they didnt have what I had originally wanted. So I went online to see if there was anything else I might like... turns out the purse I inquired about it not out of stock and is still available for purchase even though she said there was no way to even order it. This experience left me feeling terrible and that I dont want to spend my hard earned money at a store that some cranky old wench will collect commission at.

Same experience as the previous reviewer. the manager is rude. I was there to return my online purchases, I told her the clothes were too large, but the return reason on my receipt is too small...I asked her if they have alteration services, instead of responding, she asked me if I have the receipt... Later I asked again, and then she responded with an unfriendly tone. During the whole return process, I could feel her attitude as soon as I told her I would like to return sth.
