Great supermarket for all your needs.Huge parking space. I like the veggies section as it has fresh products with a lot of options. Self check out is the easiest and fastest.

Super Walmart, so you can buy groceries and everything you expect to find at a large store. Curbside order pick up. Plenty of parking. Limited number of cashiers and long self check out line. Masks highly recommended, although apparently not required. Sanitizer and masks available for customers to use. One usual complaint is the lack of prices and items on the wrong shelves. Other stores and restaurants in the shopping center. Clean bathrooms. Plenty of parking and shopping carts.

Store was neat and clean.... Shopping cart return too far away in the parking lot.. so there are carts EVERYWHERE customer service is hard to find... But overall was a good experience

I wish I could leave 0 stars. Ive been using Walmart Delivery for over a year and Ive never dealt with anything like this. My order was not only not left in front of my door, but it was left outside a random gate with absolutely no identifying information. Ive never had a delivery not left outside of my door. To leave an outside like this is irresponsible. I left a message with store, I highly doubt anyone will contact me. And I wont hold my breath waiting for a refund or replacement order.

Staff was nice and polite. Came to return my purchase and Becky at the counter was awesome. And did I mention that she was fun? Not all Walmart employees are rude and boring.

This store is consistently dirty, under-stocked, but the worst are the employees. Don’t EVEN think of going through a check out line. If you do, don’t expect a “hello”, any eye contact, or a “thank you.” IF you’re fortunate, they might grunt when you say “hello.” I am not exaggerating. They might put 25 pounds of merchandise in one bag, and 1 item in the next and you’d better like it. But they won’t speak anyway. They’re all surly, nasty zombies. I don’t know why I repeatedly expect better. It’s not going to happen.But they always fulfill their reputation as nasty, indignant, haters in a filthy store that generally has 1/4 of the stock on the shelves. Save yourself the trouble snd go to Target down the road.

We came here looking for a yellow shirt or vest, and asked an employee (Joan I believe) for help. She found us an orange one and said if we really need a yellow vest we could borrow her Walmart vest.

Well stocked store. 3 walmarts in the vicinity.nothing to complain about this one.

Went to load cash onto a card to send money to a friend. Tried three different cards, and it wouldnt load to any of them. There were issues with several of the registers. It was a complete waste of time.

Went to get an oil change and was not given an eta for starting, however it took over 2 hrs. The waiting room was like a heat box with a carpet blower going.. I guess it was used to circulate the air. There was no electrical outlet(s) to charge my phone. The TV had constant interruption of picture clarity, which tells me there was no cable..So, the tech that performed my oil change did not place a paper cover on my floor mat, so when I got my car back, my floor mat had oil all over it. I thought it was customary to cover the inside of customers car. Very disappointing. Took it to the service manager and he was not happy to see it. He did proceed to clean it and so I waited another 15 mins. By the time I left, my floor mat was not dry and I drove away not happy.Walmart, please update. Provide your tech people with car covers so that the customers car is not left in a mess as mine was. Install outlets in the waiting area so that if someone is waiting at least they can charge their phone. And last but not least, can you please Install basic cable in the waiting room while customers are waiting or just take the TV out.Thank you.

GREAT PRODUCTS BUT LESS SELECTION THAN I AM USED TO.

The place was clean and well stocked, no complaints on my end with this visit.

Do not use their online delivery service. My daughter and I have ordered online delivery many many times without any issues. Last night I placed my online order to be delivered today between 10-11am. They no showed so at 1pm I called to be told that they called and we didn’t answer so they left. They did not call. So they say they will reschedule. I then speak to the store and a man gets on the phone and says our groceries were loaded in the wrong vehicle and how sorry they were and that he would have the store repick my items and deliver it to us between 4-5 pm. They no show again. I’m offered a credit for my $300 groceries I did not receive but it may take 5 days to get my credit. Are you kidding me, I have to feed my family, so you take my $300 and can keep it for 5 days and I get no groceries. So this time when I call I’m told the driver tried to call and got no answer and he couldn’t get in parking garage. Lie again, you can use the outside door to get to elevator and straight to us. They have not called once and now have lied three times. So I finally suggest that we will meet them downstairs and haul our groceries ourselves but no that isn’t going to happen either. I finally ask if I can just come get the groceries and am told yes come to the store and get them. Unbelievable, we pay a yearly fee for delivery but can’t get delivered and lied to repeatedly. I wasted my entire afternoon on the phone and they offered us nothing. No delivery No discount No sorry we wasted our entire Saturday. Never an issue before, something has changed and they have no clue what they are doing. On the way to the store now to get groceries, I can only imagine what’s going to be wrong with my order. This store needs to work on their customer service skills. Honesty always wins over lies. We are all human but lying is unacceptable.

It is 11 am on a Sunday and there is only one register open. Although I understand that Walmart has a tendency to push their self check outs, let me assure you that the store up the street at 423 on El Dorado has cashiers and so does the one in Prosper at this time of the day... not sure what is going on here. Also...had to point out to the manager that bathroom was extremely messy, even for Walmart standards (I didnt have extremely high expectations) but every single stall had toilet paper on the floor, there was no paper towels in the dispensers and there was trash all over, not to mention you could tell the toilets had not been wiped down in more than a few days...e

THIS PLACE ISNT WORTH RATING. Everytime I go during business hours 8am- 5pm their customer service is ALWAYS CLOSED & manager always says they are under staffed, but yet you have 3 or more employees huddling doing nothing. Look at pictures of their customer service department before 6pm.This is a true ghetto Wal-Mart.

What can I say big disappointment 😕 took my sister there for breakfast the floor had guacamole on the floor it table to the right had been clean a knife was on the floor under the table. Oh I havent gotten to the good part I ordered a omelets that was hard not soft an my pancakes were tuff I told them I wanted nothing more 😅 My sister ordered the Philly cheese steak all the meat was in the middle drizzled with a little sauce no worries we wont be back.

Staff were super friendly and helped me locate Aloe Vera water. This store is one of the better Walmart’s in the area.

To be honest, whenever i go to this Walmart store, im having hard time finding what I need. Most of the stuff are disorganized. Many shelf have lot of empty boxes. Maybe there is no staff checking their displayed items that needs to ne restocked.

Bought breakfast, lunch and dinner to enjoy at my husbands nursing home. Always dependable!

My daughter said to visit this Wal-Mart. They have the best top end groceries and a huge variety.

Horrible customer service waited 45min for someone to unlock the baby formula and never got it. I told the lady upfront said she can send someone I said no I waited 45 min I rather go to another store her responds “ok that’s fine” and walked away. Wow, I’m done!!!

Usually the staff here are hardworking and friendly. Only bad thing is not many checkout counters are open with staff.Very long wait with return lines, most of the time.Should hire more staff to keep customers happy and to exit fast.Adding to my previous review:Why does Walmart not have more check out lines open for the busy customers anytime I go here?Went to Chick-fil-A few minutes ago next to this Walmart. Ordered food to go, they got the food to me literally less than 4:00 minutes, with a great customer service!!!!!That’s called good customer service!!!Walmart got greedy hiring less full time employees and keeping huge profit, in my opinion!!!!! This Walmart feels like they have less stuff than others but still has a decent selection. Its always hard to find someone that can help you or answer any questions though.

Always dirty and unorganized. The employees hate their job and refuse to help you, when they are around. If you ask a question, heaven forbid they have to get off their texting and actually do their job. Most of the time the employees are hiding, rude or outside smoking.Also they NEVER have popcorn chicken.

Bathroom review... very clean and LOVED the kid sized sinks! How brilliant NOT to have to break my back lifting my toddler while juggling my purse and telling her not to touch the sink! Sooo much easier having her able to reach the water on her own!! Even my 3yr old contented this place looks great! 😀

This Walmart was supposed to open at 6 am but at 6:12 am the doors were still locked. I wasted my time waiting and was almost late to work without what I needed to purchase.

The location at 380 & Custer was having card system malfunction issues, so they were only accepting cash. I didnt have cash, so I went to the Preston & Hickory location in Frisco instead.Coronavirus safety precautions are firmly in place, gratefully. Masks are required, and if you forget yours, they have some available with the entrance attendant outside. The regular checkout lines were a little backed up, but, as usual, self checkout went by quickly.My main shopping purpose was to get lunch drinks for my daughter and a baby memoir book. Apparently, Walmart doesnt carry baby memoir/craft books. Admittedly, I shouldve googled or checked their app first, because nothing came up when I searched those locations. They were out of stock on a lot of the Caprisun drinks, including the one my daughter favors. I found a decent lunchbox for her, though, which Id forgotten she needed. Our preferred toilet paper was fully stocked, too; so that was convenient. 4* overall.

Worst service ever. It took 45 minutes to refund a $5.00 item with a receipt.

As busy as it was, they kept the lines moving quickly and orderly. Store was cleaned out pretty much from the holiday shopping. I was able to find a store worker to help me locate a few items and they did have what I came for.

With no more cashiers you would think that would free up stockers and just plain people to help you. No, still the worst service ever.

This place has it all! Well organized shelves and appropriately placed to find everything you need from daily necessities all the way to prescriptions. If you are looking for savings then this is your place. The greatest place on earth.

Today was the last straw. I order every week. This is the fifth time I have had an item that expired the next day.. someone needs to check the expiration date before it us delivered. Today it was port phops

They never have everything I need to prepare my meal. Always seem to be out of the simplest things which means I need to go to a different store for the missing items (thick/zesty seasoning mix). They also direct you to the wrong aisle for frozen bread so now Im wasting time looking for it.

Clean looking store and the employees I came in contact with were practicing Covid-19 safety guidelines...A number of items that I was shopping for were out of stock...A bit surprised by that...One thing that Im a stickler for are carts out in the parking lot and there were carts all over the place...A bit of wind and smash right into a customers vehicle..In addition, there was only ONE register open, yes, ONE...All the others were self checkout...This location is a it is what it is...

I like this Walmart. Its not usually crowded when I go. I can get what I need and self checkout. Theres always someone there to help if needed. I personally think I should get pseudo employee discount 😉 for that self check out.

Stock is limited of popular things so this store is frequently out of necessities we buy.

Customer service = less than 1 star.They cant even fill up a pick up order correctly and when you call to talk to a manager, they put you on hold for over 10 minutes and still, I wasnt able actually talk to anyone!! Im still trying to get a hold of the general/store manager.Theres a Target nearby, best to shop with those who care!!!

It is Walmart, and as far as Walmarts go, it is clean, organized and well stocked except when people were hoarding the toilet paper during the beginning of Covid19.I have been coming here since its been opened, years ago and we have always had a good experience.They are doing what they can with masks and sanitizing, I havent seen any issues with people not wearing masks or seen anyone wearing those lace masks thats all over Facebook.I cant believe I found out about their drive thru pharmacy which has been a game changer.I didnt realize how clean, well lit and organized our Walmart was until I visit other locations.

You can usually get in and out quickly. A large variety of items such as coffee ☕ to car batteries, electronics and more, staff is always happy to help you, just ask politely. Always remember to treat them with respect even if something goes wrong like the registers go down. Its not the cashiers fault. Believe me they want to help you as best as they can...remember to wear a mask while in the store you can possibly save a life without even knowing it.~MikePs. NEVER has more than one cashier. Never. I’m sorry but I’m not doing self checkout every time I’m here—especially when I’m buying large quantities. Not seeing prices any cheaper considering wal mart wants everyone to scan and bag their own groceries.

Best selection I ever saw at a Walmart, everyone was friendly and helpful, well managed, if only all WM were this good...

I used the pick-up option prior to Covid-19. I rarely had an issue. I consistently have problems with my orders, now. Poor food selection, no substitution options provided. I have to go back into the store for items not given to me, and email about poor selections. See the rotten strawberries I picked up 30 minutes ago. This option currently wastes double my time.

Tired of not having checkers to check us out after weve done the hard work of shopping and Im trying as hard as I can to stay out of Walmarts all together

They need to open more scan & go registers, there was a long line of people waiting to check out. Thats the least they can do since they dont have cashiers.

Very clean and well organized store. The staff does need more training in various areas but what seems the most they need is a more informed and respectful employee. Some do just push you off to another employee or some ignore you.

Walmart is always a great place to shop. Everyone that works there are friendly and helpful!! We go to the Supercenter and the Neighborhood Market in our town.
