Stopped here for a drink of some tea with some boba tea. The place was clean. The staff was friendly, with quick prompt service. I will definitely be back again to try other types of teas and the different flavors. The tea was amazing

I have never tried any type of milk tea and I decided to try the Black Sugar milk tea... different but good! Staff was nice!

Used to love this place but they got rid of my favorite drink. The new drink was also not great. Also tipping culture has gotten worse. The default options are 18% and higher. It felt like they want to make you feel bad for not tipping when you stood in line, placed, and picked up the order yourself. Granted, they are not the only ones doing this nowadays.

Awesome place to quench your thirst. They have so many selections of different ways to get your tea done. I really enjoyed my Black ice tea with guava syrup and mango pops.

I want to give zero star rating. We got there and it took about 20 mins for someone to come out to take our orders, even though I could see several people in the kitchen looking out. After I got my order they had the audacity to verbally ask me if I wanted to leave a tip with my credit card. Typically these places don’t put you on the spot asking for a tip verbally. These people gotta be high. Don’t go unless you wanna spend $8 on a mediocre drink you need to wait 30 mins for.

Fast service, clean bathrooms and to top it off, the Thai Tea was fantastic. The boba was fresh and they didnt add a huge amount of ice, so I got a good amount of beverage. The staff was friendly and welcomed us in. I will be back!

Absolutely love the bubble tea here. It’s basically a Texas version of classic bubble tea and it’s my absolute favorite location of the chain, and favorite bubble tea overall. When I visit Texas from New York, this is my first stop of places to go.

One of the best boba tea cafes in the area. Always friendly staff, who actually welcome you and smile when they speak. Great selection, theyll even let you sample any of the boba add-on options if you arent sure. I recommend the lychee popping bubbles in your tea.

This location is awesome. Im in here or ordering delivery online at least 2-3 times a week. Super friendly staff and make you feel welcomed. Great variety of drinks. Love this place!!

Love the Taro Milk Tea!

I got a mango black tea and it was absolutely delicious! The girl making our orders was super sweet & worked very fast (it was kinda busy due to our larger family and other people in line).My sister got a coconut milk tea, and although she got 100% it wasn’t super sweet, nonetheless if you don’t like bitter boba pleasepleaseplease get 100%!!! My parents got a yogurt based strawberry banana smoothie (we were pleasantly surprised as all the ingredients were natural & really brought out the flavors of everything), as well as a strawberry lemonade.I definitely recommend this place!!

We are addicted!!! My 12 year old and I love them. I think asking if someone will tip while theyre standing at the register is unprofessional but just kindly smile and decline if you choose not to and they shouldnt mind.

The Mango smoothie is absolutely sublime! Would recommend for sure. They also allow you to choose the sweet level. Tried several different flavors, you really cant go wrong, be adventurous.

Very quick and friendly staff

Horrible customer service. Asked for a classic milk tea with boba they ended up getting my order wrong. i let the cashier know politely and her response, “i asked you and you said no” in such a rude manner and ended the conversation like that, thankfully one worker saw the incident and helped me but wow!!! never coming back.

The place was great and so was the service but I did get sick due to cross contamination with something that contained #gluten. They do offer items that contain things like cookies and this is likely the culprit. I have been to several bubble tea places and have never had this issue but think it is just location due to the products they have. If the mixers are not cleaned between creations then this can happen. Truthfully the drink tasted fantastic...it was just sadly not something I can have which is suburbia only a 3 star.

This was my first time to try this place, and I really liked it. I made my own drink of jasmine green tea with mango flavor and popping boba. It was delicious. I really dont like the tapioca boba. So I dont know if it taste good or not. My family have tried their slushies and smoothies with also popping boba and they enjoyed the drinks as well. I like their board games that you get to enjoy with your family. I will definitely come back to try other flavors.

Honestly...it was my first time coming to the place and they said that the most popular and most wanted drink was the iced milk tea with the black sugar, so I tried that and it was like totally DISGUSTING. I was going to throw up on every sip I took. So if thats their most popular... The staff and all were pretty nice but I wouldnt go here if you rly need some quality Boba. Overall the customer service was good just the actual drinks werent. Thats all.

Went in asking for a mango bubble tea. Ended up taking 15 minutes for that one large drink. Its a good place, if you have a lot of time on your hands..

Good tasting bubble tea. Bubbles were just right consistency drink was less sweet than expected. Kinda shells a little funny in there though, not in a good way. They have a cool lounge area with games like cards and Jenga that you can pay while you hang out and do your drink.

Ordered a coconut milk tea with boba. The tea itself was pretty watery and based on that I would not return. If you like your coconut milk tea watery, youre in for a treat because the boba itself, the little black balls, were the best that Ive had. They had a perfect texture and I couldnt get over how well done they were. The flavor of the tea wasnt disgusting, but rather disappointing.This is a review of the beverage I consumed and does not reflect the excellent customer service I received while at the location. The employee serving me was professional, kind, and attentive and I have nothing negative to say about the service at all.

Love the drinks here especially the ones with mango in it. I like the idea of having an option to add different topping to your drink. You have lot of options to choose from. The menu is little complex, but the staff here is more than happy to assist you in selecting your drink.

I truly enjoy all of the locations. This location use to have the ginormous cups, but they had to discontinue it due to inability to mix the drinks properly. I do miss the huge Spotted Cow drinks though.Atmosphere - 4/5 - Typical bubble tea place. It loses a star as it needs additional games other than Jenga.Service - 5/5 - As always, they make everything the way you want it ordered.Food/Drink - 5/5. Good smoothies, sometimes it gets really crowded and only one person taking orders and making teas. The last time I ordered a smoothie with the tapiocas, and they were very chewy and not good tasting.

Big fan of this place. The staff have always been super friendly and patient, which is important when you bring in a pair of kids who just cant figure out what they want. Im a happy repeat customer.

What I like most about Fruitealicious is that no matter the location the flavor is consistent and the staff is friendly. Ive gotten both the smoothies and teas and both are done really well, and better than most other boba/bubble tea places.

Had an awesome experience the first time I visited there and just got addicted to their black sugar trifecta. Went back several times and made my friends try it too. Love this place and the staff are also super friendly.

Was always my favorite place, have to get it once or twice each time I come into town. The mystery drink and mango lasso were favorite. 3/5 stars...only because menu has changed without some of the classics...very disappointed. Thats what separate this place from other places...now I will have to try other places.

The staff is super friendly and easy to get to know. Theyre always happy to explain drinks and give samples where they can (some drinks simply cant be sampled but if someone JUST ordered it, you can have a taste of the excess) Pretty good variety of drinks and flavors so you wont get bored of the same thing.

I always loved coming here until I used their restroom. Both restrooms were filthy, toilet paper on the floors, with doodoo smeared on one of the toilet seat. It made me want to vomit. After using their bathroom, I lost my appetite so I couldnt finish my bubble tea. They should really invest in a custodian...

Boba tea is either hit or miss and this place does a great job. The lemonade could use a bit of work though.

Tried bubble tea for the first time. Service was pretty quick, staff is decent. Value for money.

Very disappointed! I heard tonight that the employees were treating a handicap customer unfairly. They asked the customer to see the papers for her service dog, which is very rude and illegal. I’ll never go back to Fruitealicious after this incident.
