My preferred Starbucks than the one further south on Preston. The drive-through, although a bit inconspicuous, is significantly better designed than the other one. Service was friendly and accurate. Both outdoor and indoor seating available. Space may be limited but the setting was clean and tidy.

Fastest Starbucks location and always have everything. Not to mention they are so quick and the staff is always so friendly! Wish I lived closer to this one but they make it worth the drive from the colony.

I came here today after craving Starbucks for SO long. I did a mobile order and did a custom drink, unfortunately they ran out of a syrup I usually like and my order came out more bitter than I like. I asked the barista if there’s anything she could do to make it sweeter, she added syrup and it still wasn’t. But she still took it again and added more cream and it was perfect. I wish I got her name, but whoever it was thank you so much for your great service

What a great Starbucks! This location has a very cozy atmosphere with exceptionally friendly staff! The people working while I was here today (Amanda, Rachael, Veer, & Raquel) were all doing an exceptional job. This was my first time visiting this particular Starbucks and I was immediately greeted by Rachael when walking in the door. I could tell that each of the employees were friends and genuinely enjoy working with each other, which trickled into a really positive and fun experience for customers interacting with them while getting coffee. Amanda made my latte and it was delicious. :D She even went the extra mile by making my second drink extra hot so that it would still be warm by the time I got to my next destination. I enjoyed getting to chat with her and also meet some of the other great staff at this terrific location. Highly recommend! :)

I always use the drive-thru and I regularly have great interactions with Diana. She is incredibly warm and kind. She always has a smile on her face and her positive attitude is infectious. Not only does Diana provide excellent customer service every time, but she is also very efficient. Shes SO good at multi-tasking and keeping the line moving. Starbucks is lucky to have her and I hope she gets the credit she deserves.

Its fine, always crowded, but quality of food and coffee on par. Drive through moves along but rarely offered a bag & I am typically purchasing for a family of 4 nor stoppers for coffees and I am the only one in the vehicle. Customer service could be improved slightly here. One time, without a bag, cheese Danish slipped right through the bottom of the faulty wrapper & onto the floor while turning. After that experience I now simply slow the attendant at window down and request everything I need for proper packaging prior to driving away. 9 of 10 times I am asking versus it being an offering for a $30+ order

Starbucks is great however they need to up their game on cleaning....place still looks un sanitary. I am noticing more and more they are unorganized and inefficient behind the counter. They were training someone new this morning at rush hour and the line of cars at the drive thru was double the length and very slow. You would think their manager/supervisors would know better than to train people during rush hour. I fire managers for this level of incompetence !

As usual i get my Venti Match green tea frapp ive never had a problem with this location but today i received my drink with with chocolate in it, keep in mind i didnt ask for chocolate in my drink, my friend got a chocolate drink and my drink seemed to be mixed with the same blender without being throughly rinsed, unhappy with my drink and VERY unsanitary.

Im in the process of moving and its been really stressful. I ordered a coffee in the afternoon and got my 4yo a snack pack protien box. The Uber driver forgot it and my kid was in a fit. I was at the new house with nothing in it yet. No food or snacks and my husband had my car so I couldnt go anywhere. I tried calling Uber again and again but I couldnt get through. Finally, I called Starbucks and spoke to a super hospitable lady. I believe her name was Ash but Im not sure. She offered to bring my kids snack for him. It was an act of kindness that I really needed. My kid was really happy.

Wow okay! What a Starbucks! So friendly, and they give off a more local ~vibe~ than other locations in Frisco.Fast to get my order, and I havent had a wrong drink yet.Rachael, Anabel and Raquel were extremely kind and laughed at my jokes which is always appreciated.

I used to love going here, but the past 4 times I have gone, they have either messed my order up, or given me a wrong order. Today I ordered a mango dragonfruit refresher and I got coconut milk. Just plain coconut milk. I am disappointed.

I love my Vanilla Bean Frap with 2 shots of espresso and my ham and Swiss egg sandwich in the early morning. The staff are great but I would appreciate some eye contact from certain people. Its not good customer service to never look at the person when you tell them to have a good day. The young lady that I speak of, has been working at that location since I started going there 7 years ago. Overall, she is polite but somewhat of an introvert and if you like to keep to yourself, you might not want to work at a place where you constantly have to talk to people.

I drive by another Starbucks to come to this one every single day. By far the best one around.

Visited this morning and the wait time was extremely lengthy. When I was finally able to get to the window, the young woman working the window was extremely apologetic and didnt charge for the drink. Even had she not comped my drink, I appreciated her acknowledgement of the lengthy wait. Great service recovery at a consistently great location.

My absolute go to Starbucks! I never had a problem! Always such sweet people working. Today I had an order that was big they did mess up but they handled it with SUCH politeness most starbucks places get very frustrated but I never had a starbucks go above and beyond! I love this location! No other locations can compare to this one.

Calm, comfortable, and collected. My wife and I prefer our drinks from this location. Everyones always friendly, taking time even when they are unbelievably busy. When a drink isnt quite right (mistakes happen) they are the first to fix it and make things right. Overall a perfect representation of the Starbucks name.

Never get my order right. I ask for EXTRA caramel syrup and every time I go to the window and receive my order and get my drink I do not have any caramel syrup in it. I am upset and frustrated. And when I ask them to correct it they get frustrated with me. This is unacceptable. Do better.

I’ve never had an issue with Starbucks but Sean impressed me. I ordered a drink that would take place of their Matcha. I guess he picked up my “um I’m not too sure about this” vibe and literally said “Hey, go ahead and try the drink before I charge you” Super nice dude!

I drink Starbucks on a very regular basis, and consistency across stores is very remarkable to be honest....except with this particular store.I have stopped for coffee here approx 5 times, and 2 of those times, the coffee has been un-drinkable. This isnt rocket science folks, and for what they charge for a cup of coffee, its just not worth it.

The best coffee in this area, simply the best. Their service is fast too and the food offerings are improving and very good too. I will surely visit again as it is 5 minutes from my home.

I treat myself to Starbucks once in awhile but not often, too expensive. But I dont understand why they dont have decaffeinated coffee at most of these places. I was told it one place that theyre big Urn that they make the decaf in broke, and the owner didnt want to buy a new one. Well considering caffeine is so bad for our bodies, are bones and hearts. I know its a natural upper for some people. Men and women both need to watch their caffeine intake

I’ve been going to this Starbucks location for over 2 years. For the first year, the service and coffee was consistently good. Over the last year there have been a lot of staff changes, which has resulted in so many INCORRECT orders. My husband orders the simplest item on the menu - a venti iced coffee. Somehow this is incorrect almost every time we go. No classic syrup. No cream. Hardly any ice. One time, he ordered a venti white mocha, and the only thing in it was milk. (An entire cup of steamed milk)Mistakes happen from time to time in food/beverage industry, but this is almost an everyday occurrence. We bought a Nespresso and while we love Starbucks, we will no longer be going anymore because we’ve wasted so much money on incorrect orders.

So there are times when the line at this location is extremely long. However thats no indicator of service levels. It moves fast. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The drinks are always good. Im picky and I had a favorite at my old location where I moved from so my barista was great. I was afraid when I moved here that the quality of the drink would be totally different. But nope. They made it even better somehow. Theyre really good at making a Venti Half Base Hazelnut syrup with Almond Milk, Sweet Cream Cold Brew Whip with a dash of nutmeg Frappuccino. Its a favorite on my list of Starbucks in the area. I recommend this location for sure.

I got my drink and all my stuff, but it took 40 minutes for them to get a CAKE pop and sandwich. The employees did not know what they were doing and not paying attention to the costumers. I like Starbucks, but I don’t like this one.

I will legit go out of my way to go to this store. The customer service is unmatched. The gentleman today (long curly dark hair) was so patient with me when I swore I hadnt received my daughters drink. Just to turn around and see her holding it. The gentleman who looks like he surfs on the weekends gave her a couple jokes and just makes you feel so welcome. Ive never felt like a number or just another latte. This is by far my favorite location in the country. 🖤

Did a mobile order, waited longer than the 3 to 5 minute estimate from the app in the store, took 3 to 5 minutes just to drive there. Drive thru was moving fast and others were walking in and picking up their drinks.Finally got a chance to ask someone about my drink and it was ready the whole time, just over by the drive thru window and not by the walk in pickup area.Got back to the truck, took my first sip, and it was a luke-warm flat white.... Guess I need to use other locations if I want a hot coffee.

Hit and miss. They often screw up my orders.. They are way too busy due to Drive thru. Its a usual Starbuck experience. I dont recommend highly of this place, other than for convenience and quick service. Theyve been known to screw up my drinks several times. But they did re-make my drinks so I cant complain about that experience…Update:I no longer recommend this location.They keep screwing up my drink.It’s specifically stated “No ice, no water”and you keep putting ice into my drink. Are you reading the custom made drink? Why am i paying expensive $5+ drink if the order is not made properly?? This is “consistent” in this location.Inconsistent order fulfillment!I won’t be going here anymore.

Not sure what to think exactly. Guy at the window said Yeet when he handed me my coffee. I went home and told my wife and needless to say she was furious I had been yaught like that. I frequent this Starbucks most weekday mornings and the staff is exceptional. Very friendly, call me by name, and cheerful in all weathers. Nice zippy WiFi too!

It was OK. Coffee was good but it was so crowded and people were really rude about sharing a table. Getting a refill proved to be frustrating. The guy got a call in the middle of my refill and walked off. Ill be back and hopefully it will be better.

This is a good Starbucks location thats frequently packed. Extremely small parking lot. If there is no parking readily available, chances are there wont be seating inside for you either.

1.5 hours until closing...2 employees working on shutdown procedures (I understand that because I worked at a restaurant). However, I stood in line while they both looked at me and kept working on their projects. I was about to get their attention, when one finally approached the counter to ask me if I had been helped. Then drive-thru employee noticed me and realized I had been waiting.After I gave my order, I watched as 3 employees played around, throwing cups at each other. I also understand the importance of fun, team-building, and relationships at work. However, watching an employee make a drink while wearing a cup on her head didnt seem appropriate. Yes, theres more. Then, when I looked for my drink after returning from the restroom, I did not see it. I made eye contact with the staff, and nothing. I sat down and looked again, and then one employee with a oh, by-the-way look, said, heres your drink.Ready for this? My drink was warm. I asked for my tea not to be scalding hot.This isnt the end. I sat down to take a one hour call using my headphones (not little earplugs, but the noise-reducing, over-the-ear kind). Just as my call came in, an employee had cranked up the store music. When I walked over to ask the music to be lowered to normal level, I overheard a man, who had just entered the store, smiling and nodding and pointing upward, state how well he liked the sound. By this point, I decided to sit outside, which just happened to be unlit and creepy. The end.The moral of the story is...

So I recently went into this store and ordered a Venti Matcha Lemonade. I watched the black apron lady make my drink all wrong and she didn’t even know how to make it. When I asked her to make it without water (it’s not supposed to have water in it) she didn’t even ask to take my wrongly made drink and pour it out. Also you use the tea shaker so the matcha does not get chunky it was very upsetting.

They were very busy due to the rain, but my frappucino was still good even without the requested caramel drizzle!

Make sure you have checked your drinks before leaving this place. I have never had any problem w Starbucks until now. Both times ordering white chocolate mochas, and both got screwed up. One was because they only gave me steamed MILK, with no espress and syrup. The other was only espresso and MILK, with no white chocolate mocha syrup. Whoever is the manager of this Starbucks clearly needs to quit.

I hate leaving reviews like this. But I’m not thrilled at all. I usually go to the location on Eldorado Rd almost every other day. I order the same exact thing to the point I know my price by heart. This location my total was about .21 cents more for some reason. And also my order was done incorrectly not once but twice and I just took the second cup made. And lastly I wasn’t offered a receipt which I never take anyways but I would’ve like to know why my total was higher than usual. Overall I’ll stick to other locations because this one doesn’t have it together.
