I was greeted with smiles when I walked into the office. I attempted to sit down but before could I was off to have my eye X-ray. Those tests were quick and I returned to the waiting area. Five minutes later I was greeted by Dr Jones. The Doctor wanted to know as much as possible about my eyes and how they were feeling. He made me feel comfortable and did a great job. I will always come back to this eye office.

Dr. Williams was extremely professional and explained everything so I could understand. His office runs like a well oiled machine and I was in and out quickly.

The office staff was rude when I said I could not use their hand sanitizer. She mumbled under her breath of course you cant then snickered. Otherwise the doctor was great and very nice.

I’ve had my eyes examined at this office multiple times over the years. The doctors and staff have never failed to be courteous, friendly and professional and I never hesitated to recommend them to others. Until my 10:15 exam Saturday, Aug. 15.Front office staff were kind and professional as always, no issue there. The issue was Dr. Kruti Patel, who examined me. It was the first time I recall seen by her and the exam was perfunctorily and abruptly conducted, to put it politely. She asked some basic questions, which is fine, but when I took a minute to try and explain one I couldn’t answer directly she literally sighed and rolled her eyes at me.I would kind of understand the unprofessionalism had I been trying to engage in chitchat, or it was late into a long day. But it was early morning and I was no more interested in idle talk than she was.Did she do a good and thorough examination? I guess I’ll find out when I get my new glasses.Would I continue to recommend Williams Eye Care? I can only answer ‘maybe’ to that one.

Dr. Williams is an excellent doctor! He made my experience enjoyable and I was done in a reasonable amount of time. Staff was friendly and helpful as well. I am a newbie to wearing glasses now!

Williams eye care is a great place to go for an eye exam. They are ready for you to come into a clean environment minimal to 1 person in. The staff was pleasant and friendly, great customer service.

Make sure you check/call/confirm the appointment time if you make an online appointment, as the system will change automatically and will never notify.One star is just for this inconvenience which has not happened for the first time.

Great eye exam although I had the female doctor and she just wasn’t really professional. She came and got me from the eye glasses place while chewing food. Like, couldn’t you have waited to finish eating before you came over to get me? Nonetheless, it wasn’t a bad experience just could have had more professionalism.On the other hand, Tricia next door at Lens Crafters was very polite, helpful and professional. She was amazing and I’d gladly come back to her for more glasses!

I have been a patient for almost 20 years. Williams Eye Care is the only place I trust todo my yearly exam. The front desk staff is friendly and the facility is very clean. Dr. Williams truly cares about the patients and any questions I have he answers/ explains until I understand. I will always go to Williams Eye Care until he no longer practices. It was very clean, I feel comfortable in the office since you entrance, there is hand sanitizer and they check your temperature after some questions and then you are allowed to entrance, the front desk and doctors are friendly and all wear mask which help to be in at good safe environment:)

Our new puppy ate both my glasses and my sons. Our normal doctor was not open due to Covid. We used to be patients so we thought we would go back. They made my son do the Optimal which I told him not to. They also charged him for new contact fitting which was ridiculous as he has worn contacts for 10 years. They also charged him, but not me as a new patient. He walked out with a bill of $126.00 for a 19 year old. Mine 2 days before was free. I feel like they took advantage of not only my son, but the Covid situation. We will not be returning!

Amazing staff Nydia and Joey were so sweet and patient with my baby. Susy was super quick and not scary with the eye puffer I hate that thing. Dr.Kruti Was so patient and detail oriented. Just great experience overall I’m definitely going back!

Starters: from the moment I entered, I found the women at the desk to be VERY professional and had an excellent, welcoming demeanor. The waiting room was busy with phones ringing regularly. They both handled the callers patiently and adeptly with the perfect touch of humanity and professionalism required of a medical team member.Appointment: Dr. Williams is an OUTSTANDING clinician. He was informative, professional and, most importantly, highly skilled and knowledgeable. A wonderful bedside manner (which Dr. Williams possesses) is somewhat inconsequential without a wealth of medical knowledge and the ability to apply said knowledge to patient care. Many practitioners are either smart or congenial. These traits are often mutually exclusive. Dr. Williams is the rare clinician who is both kindly communicative and HIGHLY skilled.

Dr. Jones and his staff are the consummate professionals. it starts with their simple easy erasable application, to the different eye checks they do on a variety of high tech ophthalmology equipment to sitting down with the good DR. to get all your questions answered and fitted with the perfect prescription. We love Kathryn who runs the administrative side of things and her staff makes everything run as smooth as clockwork. My wife and I highly recommend Williams Eye Care.

Awesome place! The optometrist and staff were amazing. Emily helped me pick my contacts and taught me how to put them in. She was so patient and friendly and good at explaining. The doctor was very nice and knowledgeable. I didnt feel rushed at all and it was a great experience.

After coming here for several years, I was very unhappy with having to wait for my appointment. There were people standing along the wall, all the chairs were full, and they took people without an appointment. I love my eye doctor, but this is so disrespectful to me. In the past, I have been able to sit as I waited for the doctor to call me, and I was seen by the doctor within about 5 minutes after the nurse ran all the tests in first room. Im not sure what has changed, but Im not going to be a part of it.

Ive been coming here for 3 years and the staff is always friendly and patient with my sons ages 8 and 15. They assisted my oldest with learning to wear contacts. Dr. Jones jokes with us to make things fun. I love this office and will continue to use them.

These guys are amazing! I lost my glasses today and didn’t have an appointment (and my prescription was expired on top of that). They got me in immediately, gave me a full exam in record time and had a guy from lense crafters waiting for me when I got out! Best service ever!

First of all, go to Macys upstairs and next to the glasses spot. Great customer service, they get you in and out without a lot of nonsense. Everyone there is very kind and professional.

Ive bee a patient of Dr. Jones at this clinic for more than a decade. He is always very thorough, explaining the results of my exam and making sure to get the prescription just right.The assistants are always polite and thorough about testing and hygiene.Sometimes I have to wait for my appointment, but its worth it.

The front desk staff was kind, professional, and prompt and I plan to go back! However, I will not see Dr. Patel again. She was condescending, rude, and unprofessional. I have seen 2 other eye doctors, so I’m not a newbie. Her explanations were rushed and frustrated, followed by constant eye rolling. I forgot to bring my old contacts box (my bad!) but it was as if she couldn’t let that go. Maybe she was having a bad day, but as a paying customer her demeanor and attitude were completely inappropriate and borderline hostile.

Great quality eye care with a convenient mall location, also right next to a LensCrafters. The wait times are very reasonable and service is cordial. I would recommend making Williams Eye Care your optical caregivers of choice!

I was thrilled with the personal service and thoroughness of Dr. Williams and his office. Dr. Williams went out of his way to discuss all the different ways I could keep my eyes healthy through lifestyle. Ive been going to him since 2008 and every time Im there the office is full of patients and friendly staff. Its easy to see why when you spend more than a few minutes with Dr. Williams.

Everyone was professional and courteous. Dr. Egan and all of the team patiently answered all of my questions. Dr. Egan then walked me next door to lens crafter to explain what I needed to the eyeglass specialist Tara. Tara was also knowledgeable and patient. It was a great experience.

Went online to make an appointment and the next evening I was having my eyes examined. The wait time after arriving was minimal, five minutes or so. Everyone was very nice and cheerful. Dr. James Jones was professional and quite personable.

I went in to return a shipment of contacts because my eye doctor put the incorrect brand on my prescription. We had called ahead to make sure that it would be okay the previous day and the doctor said itd be no problem. When I went in the three ladies at the front were absolutely the rudest people. They told me they couldnt take it back because it was opened when it was clearly sealed. And then they began to tell me that I need to figure out what Im doing because Ive become an inconvenience to them. I reordered the correct pairs and when I told my father about this he went in after to see what had happened. A women who was not in the room the first time I went in told my father that I was rude, demanding, and that I was cursing. I know those of you reading this do not know me, but I do not curse and I work hard to be nice to everyone, especially those who are rude to me. We proceeded to cancel the order and they continued to call me a lair and called my father and I crazy. This was the worst experience Ive ever had at any doctor. I will never return. Ive never felt so humiliated. Ive never seen employees band together to lie in order to hurt a customer. And I dont understand why an employee who was in there the first time did not speak up when I was being attacked. Stay far away.

This was my first time at this location. The service was outstanding. I have never had any luck when my eye exam was done by lencrafters (outside of texas). They never took the time to find contacts that work. I told the Dr. what I had been told in the past and he said they werent taking the time to get a proper fit. This visit, the Dr.was spot on. Will keep going. The office was booked with patients. You better make an appointment ahead of time. I walked in, and they had already found my insurance information. I got in a few minutes after my appointment time. Very happy with the service.

I was waiting for my appointment when Jessica came into the office. The ladies at the front desk seemed nice to her; I heard no problems as she got her refund. Although I wasnt paying complete attention, it sounded like she had ordered the wrong contacts and one on the ladies was trying to make sure she was happy wearing the ones she was now ordering instead.A little later, her father came in and began to throw a tantrum. He accused people of humiliating his daughter, and when the ladies at the desk said no, he said they were telling lies and that he had everything on video. I wanted to speak up, but he was so upset, I was worried he might be violent.I want to say that I did not see anyone treated badly. My experience with the staff and the optometrist was very professional.
