A buck for one item and this is a clean and safe neighborhood.

Donnie is always working check out when we go and she is so sweet!! She is very kind, efficient and her customer service is top notch. If the line gets even a little bit long she is right on it getting another staff member on the register. The store is impressive. I come here and buy decor for each season as well as occasional toys/activities for my son.

This store is always good for little quick items.

Only one worker on a Sunday afternoon, line out the door, I just left my items after waiting for about 23 mins and the line had not moved. I wouldn’t recommend this location. Terrible customer service, who wants to spend their entire off day in line!!! Oh and the store was a messy, things every where, very disorganized.

It has variety of products and I often visit at this location - Store is clean and nice staff - sometimes I couldn’t find the merchandise may be because those are out of stock -it’s conveniently located in Stonebriar area beside Target & TJ-Maxx. They should offer some hand sanitizers for the shoppers during this pandemic

When I arrives at 11:00am the store had more employees than customers. It was easy to move though the store. Found the items I wanted and a an add on item. Everyone was nice. Even the other two customers in the store. Check out was still a little slow. Had to wait in a line with 3 other customers. This was a good shopping experience.

Good stuff for everyday use for cheap. But the inside was crowded and there was no social distancing guidelines even in the checkout line. Otherwise its a pretty good store.

I got most of the product for birthday parties,best place to purchase for parties,birthday, art and craft work, everything in one place in reasonable price.

I stopped in this Dollar Tree yesterday and it was an absolute disaster. Ive NEVER seen a store in this much disarray. It was a worse than a black Friday. Immediately walking in, all I saw were empty shelves. Appears all their Halloween items were sold out and they were stocking Christmas already. Boxes to be stocked were all over the store blocking aisles. All the shelves were a mess. Floors had product and trash all over the place.

The staff today was very friendly and helpful! Didnt catch her name🤦🏾‍♀️

Store was not clean and stuff was everywhere. I spent 5 minutes shopping and 25 minutes in line waiting to check out. What bothered me the most was th e fact that a new cashier came to open a new line and all the people behind me rushed ahead of me. Nevertheless, one star for a good location and another star for the cashier taking time to wrap my candles in newspaper.

Employees at this branch have always been particularly rude but Kathy takes the cake for me. I came in with some returns, and she loudly exclaimed You have THIS many returns?! for all to hear. It was max 12 items but okay, maybe shes just having a bad day. She made me hand her my receipt so she could point out where it said the store only did exchanges, no returns. I accepted this with grace and was polite to her the whole time, but for whatever reason she was nice to every customer around me but not me. I guess I annoyed her by making the simple mistake about store policy and then being completely polite to her when I found out I was wrong.I have previously witnessed other employees (didnt catch a name, but it was a male employee) being completely racist to Indian customers.This store is also in constant state of mess, likely because it is understaffed or maybe no one wants to work with coworkers like these. I will not be back.

Never really leave reviews but I felt the needs for this store. This store is ALWAYS fully stocked with items while a few others Ive been to in the DFW lack in that area greatly. The nice cashier lady I chit chatted w/ today said it was b/c of the Mgr Bryan. She said he really takes the store seriously & keeps it stocked. So Kudos to you Bryan! Love this store.

So many things for $1 each! Today I bought reading glasses, laundry booster, air freshener, hair accessories and greeting cards. Lots of fun stuff for crafts and Halloween too.

Understaffed, I have to wait in a long line for a sigle item. When people complaints, he told them that he is by himself and trying to do all he can. They should hire more people so people dont have to wait long line on a single register.

A relatively small, but well stocked dollar store. Pretty clean. Good variety. Nice staff.

This is the cleanest and best organized Dollar Tree I have seen to date. Even when the employees are stocking the shelves, they are doing it in a very clean way. I recommend this store.

Great little store and easy to shop. Only thing is that it is super annoying when I fill up a cart, go to checkout and get a weird reaction like it isnt normal. This is common when I go to these type stores. I am your job security- love me! lol

I like this Dollar tree! Staff is really nice and always find what I need. It is also walking distance from TJ Maxx and Target, which is convenient!

Staff is helpful but the store doesnt have everything in the plastic items. The variety was very less and they said they dont even keep all the baskets and were not even aware of the bigger baskets. Other things seemed ok but I wont go again if I can avoid it.

This Dollar Tree can get you by if you need something specific, but if you are here to browse Id drive a little farther to the eldorado location. Staff here has been pretty nice every visit, but they seem understaffed with unused registers and unnecessarily long lines. The selection of products is definitely lacking and often.

Walked into this Dollar Tree store and it smelled like pee in the store. Ive decided even though its closest to my house I will go to another one closest to my work.

Store was clean and we found everything we needed. Ive strayed away from the frozen section many times but today I noticed some name brand stuff like Red Barron pizza. I may check out the frozen stuff more often.

Bryan at Preston Rd store in Frisco Tx by the TJMAXX and Target needs a chill pill and might need a break from working with customers! I dont think I ever witnessed such obscene, rude and ugly behavior from an employee in my life!

Very disorganized and dirty. Rude cashier named Bryan. Yelled at me while shopping for something I didnt do. Very disrespectful and racist. I will never shop there again.

Wow! Bryan at the Dollar Tree in Frisco, tx on Preston Rd needs to take a chill pill! I just went in and the place was packed. I was standing in line behind 2 ladies. 1 lady tried to tell Bryan he didnt ring her up for everything, (she bought 8 glasses and he only charged her for 7), and instead of taking the time to listen to her he said its ok I will fix it (in a rude manor) and walked away while mumbling under his breath these crazy people. He then walks back over and pulls out a $1 bill from his own pocket and tries to give it to the lady and she says no and tries again to explain to him that she owes him money. He would not stop and listen and was VERY rude! I couldnt take it anymore and said she is trying to tell him he didnt charge her enough. I then giggle under my breath because I cant believe his attitude and what I am witnessing. He then looks at me and ask me what I am laughing at in a very rude manor. I then go on to ask him what his problem his and he says you dont want to know what my problem is. The ladies both looked and me in confusion and didnt understand why he was acting that way. They left in disbelief as did I. But before I left I got to witness one more rude thing from Bryan.....another employee asked him if they carried something and he said no. And when he turned back around said they should go to Home Depot. Bryan seems to be a very miserable person and should not be dealing with customers. That was the worst experience I have ever encountered from an employee of any store ever!

Its been a long while since Ive been to this location, but a very typical Dollar Tree. This one is of above average size, and offers quite a bit of products, but is usually low on stock/messy due to the amount of foot traffic they see.
