My favorite part is the cafeteria personally, but really the best option when it comes to buying products in bulk for a cheaper price.The staff makes your shopping experience perfect in my opinion. Someone to unload your cart, some to scan and someone to organize into your cart. Your checkout experience is like 5-10 minutes considering how packed it is.Really cant beat the Costco system. Amazing job by everyone here and the company.

I love this particular location of Costco because the store is very clean, well-organized, and always has a great selection of items available. There is an employee keeping a count of store visitors as they enter the main doors to stay within the safety guidelines for COVID-19. Costco requests that members wear their face masks which is very encouraging to me since I am a vaccinated, yet immune-compromised individual. I appreciate these precautions taken to keep the public safe. Almost every Costco employee was properly wearing a face mask during my most recent visit.The snack bar is always a favorite of mine because the line moves quickly and efficiently and the service is fast. There are a few healthy options to choose from in addition to a variety of drink selections. The snack bar prices are incredibly low!I love that I can buy from Costco with confidence; every item I purchase is backed by Costco personally, and any time Ive ever had an issue with a product, the team at the Service Desk has always been extremely helpful and my problems have always been resolved cheerfully.Weekends and evening hours are very busy! Shop earlier in the day to beat the crowd. There are many great bargains inside!

Great Costco store as usual. Only thing I hate is the gas setup. Traffic is always backed up into the main entry. The gas setup at the Churchill Costco is much better

The Costco page does not say seniors and first responders only, it allows a wider range. Every week like clockwork I go to a different Costco in the area and was going to give this one a chance after driving 30 minutes. A. They have no gas station. B. The greeter refused to let me in when the one I normally go to allows me to shop at 9 every week. Best part: after driving for 30 minutes I desperately needed to use the restroom. Will NEVER return to this location.

Amazing and very helpful service staff and management. They helped me with a heavy item that was uneasy to fit in my small car. It was an impulse buy, and I did not plan ahead to rent a bigger truck. I am only shopping at this location from now on. Thank you so, so much!

No, you will not save any money.Some items I have found are far less cheaper in the local grocery store than here.Their produce and meats are something to be desired. Ive seen better in the worst grocery store than I have in Costco.If looking for good deals check your local fliers.

Fully stocked again. All meats are once again fully stocked, as in this post winter items are on the shelf as is furniture. Store not crowded before lunch and all wearing masks.Sept Update: Halloween and Thanksgiving were run over and Christmas stuff is out! 😒 Winter cloths are also out and the store is well stocked.

It’s the place I usually shop and today I bought beef lion New York boneless USDA choice which weight is 1.871b. At home I had to season and measure with my scale it is 1.143b. I called to Costco to check if its weight included styrofoam and wrap but they are not included. Staff at Costco said they check the scale regularly and my scale has the issue. It’s not big difference but better to check for sure when you buy meat.

Helpful staff. Excellent USDA Choice and even some Prime beef. Great savings, but available only in bulk quantities. Some items regularly go on sale, like peanut butter, mayo, Splenda, cat litter and many others—so buy them only then. $5 rotisserie chicken every day, cooked perfectly. Yummy spicy ribs. (Not dried out, overcooked meat, like you’ll find in most grocery stores.)Buying for a family, with an Executive membership, you can easily get enough annual rebate to more than offset the Costco membership fee.

Don’t bother with a membership here. Our Sam’s Club membership is about to expire so my wife and I thought we’d stop by Costco to check it out. As soon as we approached the door we were asked to present our membership card to which we replied “we don’t have one but we’d like to check out the store and look into becoming members”. The door attendant proceeded to tell us we either needed to leave or go to the service/membership counter and wait in the ridiculously long line to be escorted. Needless to say this made our decision pretty easy. We will be renewing our Sam’s Club membership. Thanks but no thanks Costco.

Spoke with someone on the phone with regards on buying a whole pallet of product and they said it was fine, upon arrival they made up a story that I couldn’t buy out a pallet of product which is ironic because wholesale is in Costco’s name overall a very bad experience they did not care of my business and proceeded to cancel my memebership without working with me

Clean, organized and well stocked, items seems to be tailored, to more health centric clients, ie organic, etc. It could be a few dollars more but still better when buying in bulk

It is still the best value for the money bulk purchasing. There a few new employees that are still trying to figure out how to best help the customers.

This location is always super fast and well managed.

I love Costco! Great quality and since they are giving out samples again, you dont need to get something in the food court. ;-)

Went an hour after they opened and I didnt have to wait long at the self checkout. Its Costco, so it was clean and it wasnt hard to find what I needed. I dont like that the online price is so much higher than the in store price and you still have to pay shipping if you order less than $75, but whatever.

Costco has such a variety of items and food. Its my weekly shopping trip. They have Tiramisu back in stock, hopefully creme brulee soon. Really great steak selection, brisket, ribs and fish. Im trying Spring rolls this trip. The staff are so helpful and friendly, lines are back to normal with quick service.

Costco is one of my favorite places to shop even though I am a one person household. Great quality for the price. I never worry about being disappointed at the quality.. I buy paper goods that will last me for months. I buy frozen food that I can use as I desire. Butter, cheese and eggs are great value buys for the single person too. You can always share with an elderly neighbor! The stores are clean, well organized and easy to shop even when busy. Bring your own bags or watch for boxes with handles to pack your purchases in. Show your card when you go in and have it out when you walk up to the checkout. Stop on your way out for the bargain of the century...a costco hotdogs and soda for six quarters!

When you go into this Costco, like every other that Ive been in the employees are super friendly, helpful and really like working there. Totally different than Wal Mart. The difference is really amazing.

Love, love my Costco! The food is always organized and items are easy to find. I love that they check the freshly packaged meat for any harmful bacteria before packaging it to sell; They call this procedure being Costco Safe which makes me feel confident Im feeding my family the best. I also love how the clothing is of good quality and durable. I dont like running around to malls and stuff, so very often Costco has just the right sweater, Jeans, jacket or vest I need and for reasonable price. The cashiers are always fast and friendly. I love the new concession Covid-19 procedures. I just wish they would bring back the giant chocolate vanilla almond ice cream bars those were my absolute favorite. I shop Costco at least 3 times a month. I just love this warehouse.

We took our vehicle to Costco Tire Center to get new tires installed as we expected them to provide exceptional service however, we were in for a surprise. As the tires were mounted and being installed on the car, I noticed the technician trying to rub off a stain on the wheel which was actually a gouge as I later found out. I thought nothing of it and headed to check the car out. As soon as I saw the car I was shocked as despite there being sensors in the car, the technician had managed to hit the pole in-front. Upon taking.a closer look, I realized they had also damaged the wheel. Another thing I noticed was that the wheel stem caps had been swapped out with cheaper ones. After pointing this out the original caps were found and installed. I went inside and spoke to the person who had assisted me. They assured me that the damage would be taken care of and was a mistake on their end as the technician working on my car was new. I thought nothing of it as they had accepted their mistake and left after filling an incident report.I was contacted a few days later by Alexis Plummer from Gallagher Bassett and was told the claim has been denied. Upon asking for an explanation, Alexis rudely said that this damage was not caused by Costco. After going back and forth she referred me to her supervisor who told me he would investigate and reach out which was never really done.I have taken my car to BMW and the BMW tech has stated that this damage has been caused while the old tires were being taken off with the help of a pry bar or something similar to it. If you search for similar situations online, you will find thousands of similar complaints and photos of similar damage. These wheels are expensive to repair and if you own a car that you care about, do yourself a favor and DO NOT USE COSTCO TIRE CENTER.

Coconut water : all other summers 17.99, this summer 20.993. Lentils - all types increased by dollar4. Chips from 5.99 to 6.995. Paneer 7.99 to 8.996. Broccoli florets7. Avocado oil - removed the 2 litre bottle which was 18.99, instrad people need to purchase 1 litre bottle for 15.99 ( earlier it use to be 11.99)

Associates are always extremely friendly and genuinely care about customers. I had an issue with my Costco Membership Card and within two minutes I was in and out with a new one!!

This is THE WORST customer service Costco I have ever been to. Zoya the cashier is the worst to get your transaction done with. Does not live up to Costco’s expectations at all. WORST ever. Many buying options and good prices

Those who are at the Eyeglasses section define their own rules which has no base. As per the sales rep there, they will not put new prescription on my Oakley frame that was bought last year. It’s against their policy!!! Really?I took the same prescription to another Costco store and they happily accepted it without any question....And their store manager is good for nothing. He has no opinion on his own. He just relays what his team member tells him.

1) Sales items Not In Normal Locations: Specific items on sale were not stocked where they would normally be shelved. Non-discounted versions were stocked in the normal location (i.e. Ziplock bundle, etc.). I had to search around and did not find all the items I had planned to buy.2) They added my membership renewal on my bill at checkout without telling me. When they told me the total charge I could not understand why it was so high and had to ask for an explanation.

It was a great experience shopping at Costco I had lots of fun it was fantastic people are Curtis in friendly I recommend Costco to all my family friends.

To be honest I do not normally post anything super negative but the service from this Costco was at the all time low. I wish someone would contact me and take my issues offline. But you know they wont.

The one star rating is related to the opening hours only. They open at 9 am for seniors only; everyone else can enter at 10 am. There should be some way to specify that in Google.They were turning away a steady stream of folks trying to enter the store that did not appear to be seniors. This is frustrating for customers whose time can’t be recouped. It may even be exhausting for employees to start the first hour of work in an unwelcoming state.If you can’t modify the hours to reflect this, at least put a note in the description.

Although we (and other shoppers we talked to) were disappointed they were out of orange chicken, we still found plenty of good things we needed and sometimes just wanted. Always a great place to get your staple items and also stuff you didnt even know you needed.

OPERATED BY COMMUNISTS. I did not walk more than 3 seconds inside and was told by 3 separate employees I needed to wear a mask even though I was clearly drinking a beverage. They asked for my boyfriend’s Cosco account ID as if that was going to do something? Haha. Anyways, if you are pro-freedom, don’t shop here. This business fails to acknowledge that we are in April 2021 and not March 2020 anymore. People should have the freedom to obtain a vaccine and wear a mask IF THEY WANT TO. Horrible experience.

Fantastic place to shop if you like to buy in bulk. If you do not like crowds DO NOT go on Saturday or Sunday. I personally love their meat market section. They offer USDA Prime and Choice on beef as well as large cuts like Brisket or whole primal cuts of tenderloins, ribeyes, sirloin and flank. On the weekends they have an additional station where you can buy Tomahawk Ribeyes huge King Crab legs. Costco also offer seafood, pork and poultry. Below are some of the delicious meats Ive prepared from Costco.

Watch your cashier that they dont make a mistake like ringing up 2 Coke Zeros instead of a Coke Zero and a regular Coke. A simple mistake like that can send you to the penalty box of customer service for his mistake to get corrected.

Her name is Sarah L and her helper was also very unpleasant. I dont want my soft bread to be ruined. They stood there and they both laughed at me like that. When I said I was offended, he laughed even more as if she didnt care. I was so angry that I didnt want to see her continue to work there. If I were white, they would laugh at me like that. would you?

Very clean facility even with the pandemic going on. Went in earlier today to get new tires for my cars. The staff are friendly and helpful when I was asking for help on tires selections. If its your first time at this location, I highly recommend you try the chicken bake and the hotdog!

Best place to go for your groceries

I am not finding all the stuff I used to get in Seattle. Gas station is far away and usually crowded with few pumps.

One of the cashiers double scanned something and when I came back the next day after finding the error, they argued that they were right. They were very passive aggressive.

Great service! We needed flowers for a wedding and the woman working floral was so helpful! Our cashier was also very friendly.
