Very friendly staff and a very cool atmosphere. Its a really good place to go for Magic. Very high turnouts and a lot of cool people.

So if you wanna know what they have they have plenty of room for table top and card games and a decent selection of board games. But it is a little small in that section and the selection of cards for their card games is also on the small side. But dont let that deter you. The staff is nice and Ive only had 1 complaint about them thus far. So if youre looking for a local game shop then this is a good place.

This place is awesome. They helped me out big time when I was searching for Digimon cards. They have the best prices in the state. Drove all the way from Arkansas just so I didnt have to pay the markup price my local stores were charging.

I live in Mesquite but I will gladly go out of my way to go to New World Gaming for all my tabletop needs! Tim went out of his way just before closing time to help me find the game that was right for me. Most other game shops have an air of exclusivity and smugness, but New World Gaming is very welcoming! From the very helpful and fantastic staff to the awesome community that this location is fostering. I will be coming here for years to come, guaranteed!

We just moved here and wanted to check the place out. It had a fun selection, good customer service, and a very comfortable atmosphere. And that’s coming from someone who is very introverted and shy. I hope the events start up again soon.

From Austin but every time I come to Frisco to visit inlaws I make a point to stop by because Id love to have this place in Austin.

This is the best place for games of all types for all ages. Board games, card games, role playing games they have you covered. A friendly and knowledgeable staff can get you what you want or try to get it in as soon as possible.

Store is clean, with lots of space to play games. There are games available to borrow and play in store if you want to try some out. For tabletop gaming enthusiasts there is a collection of terrain and buildings for use in battles and campaigns, as well as painting stations for working on miniatures.

Very excited to have a gaming store closer to home! We havent been up there to play a game, went first thing in the morning to pick up something but it looks like theyve made a great use of the space to include tables. It looks like they have a good selection in their library to play as well. Staff was very helpful in ensuring we got what we needed and the store was well organized. I think its awesome that they offer a hobby workshop for painting miniatures.

Matt was very helpful in explaining the gaming options he has available at New World Gaming. From Magic the Gathering, D&D, to miniature painting on Sundays, there is something for every one of us lovely geeks. Well minus Pokemon, but I am sure if people were interested he would offer it.

This is a fantastic place to pick up a hobby! Matt and Jeremy work hard to ensure that you’re getting the most out of your tabletop game, your board game, even your card games like Magic the Gathering, the Pokémon Trading Card Game, YuGiOh, and several other up and coming card games like Legend of the Five Rings.My point being, if it is a “traditional” game that is more complex than Monopoly, Matt and Jeremy can get it for at a fair price (and not mark it up to hell) for you and teach you how to play.I’m here frequently to play and teach Dungeons and Dragons to folk so I can honestly say this is the best place to go.

Went here it would seem as they just opened up shop. Not a lot going on. But definitely could grow into something bigger and better. Havent been back since first going in. May have to check and see if they are even still around.

Im a big fan of this store for a few reasons. 1) is proximity. 2) is cleanliness. But 3) is because every single time Ive gone in the staff do everything they can to help me find what Im looking for. They take the time to explain - and even demo - some of the stuff in store that I have questions about. They are knowledgeable, approachable, and more than once have helped me decide on whether to pass or play a game I was interested in. The ONLY knock off the 5 star rating is that selection is mildly limited (in terms of things like dice, or heroclix - smaller collectible stuff). But they have great tables, terrain, and overall layout of the space. And WHAT they carry has enough variance to appeal to super-gamers and casual family-game-nighters alike.

I didn’t know this place was so close to my home. They have an amazing selection of games and D&D stuff that I was looking for with friends. They even offered to order some games for us when we were looking for certain expansions and made sure that I would get them. This is going to my new go-to shop for anything tabletop related! Best customer service, extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. I’ll be sure to come back when I need some advice on what to play. ^^

This is an amazing store. The staff was so nice and understanding. They dont have Magic: The Gathering on their shelves so I asked them and they said Oh they are right here SO NICE! Most stores I go to now dont have that kind of service. I can tell I am not the only one that thinks because only 30 minutes after opening many people were at the tables playing.

Called up looking for a product they were out of stock on, they helped me find the nearest two stores in my area that might have what I needed, and they talked about what I was using it for and recommended two other products I might try as well. Fantastic customer service, extremely knowledgeable. Cant recommend them enough!

I love the look inside the store. A small section is devoted to products and more space is allocated to tables for people to is for games. There was even a small library of games to choose to play with in the back. We really only went to check it out as it is relatively new but ended up making a small purchase and chatting with a guy who seemed to be the owner.He was very friendly and super passionate and knowledgeable about games and related events in this store and around the area. He gave us a nice rundown of events and how to prep and attend.A neat little feature they have here is they take your name when you check out and their computer stores and tracks your purchases so lost receipts are no issue!Shops where employees actually care about the products seem to be so rare these days but this is definitely one of those places! Its also just really cool to have a gaming store in this area. Highly recommend stopping by, you wont be disappointed.

My favorite gaming spot!! Matt helped me get back into painting minis after a 20 year break. Now my Mansions of Madness set looks dope. I really appreciate the time he takes to help me find just what I need, there are plenty of snacks and drinks and the vibe is really cool.

Ive been coming to this Shop for a few years now, and thought I should post my experiences here.This is a great place for the average D&D player to come and get some minis, dice, or materiel. They also host D&D adventure league sessions every Thursdays. I even DMd for the store owners kid.If youre into Warhammer, several tables are set up to make it easier for players to game together without much hassle. Though Im unaware if they host any official events.If youre more into card games, there is a great place in the store for looking at card singles for cheap to help you build your own deck. They also hostOn top of all of this, the store is a great environment that is always enjoyable. Cheap snacks to grab if you plan on staying for a while, and just great all around.

My favorite game store in the metroplex. They dont have as big an inventory as some others in the area (we are spoiled with superstores like Madness) but they have a good selection of new and popular games from many genres including board & card games, war games, and RPGs (and Im sure they could get anything else if youre willing to wait and want to support a Friendly Local Game Store instead of a faceless web site.) The decor is warm and inviting, theres plenty of space, and there is open gaming many nights (check their schedule.)
