I originally went in for a Valentines Day special set....but Michelle T helped me pick out something that was truly amazing and truly fit my girlfriends taste. I am so grateful for the help and attention to detail I received at this location. They whole staff makes you feel like a VIP customer. I had to special order our ring at the beginning of April was promised 4-6 weeks it took over 12 weeks for the ring to arrive. For the inconvenience the diamond was supposed to be a .25 carat larger. When it arrived the diamond was slightly smaller than the one I ordered originally on display so I had them switch the diamonds. It hasn’t been a week after proposing the diamond is incredibly loose in the setting and now it’s another 2 week wait for them to fix.

I went in to get my wedding ring inspected for the warranty policy to remain valid and the staff was extremely friendly. They also helped me set up an appointment for my ring to be appraised.

The sales Rep Michelle was very attentive to me and my husband needs. Because of her great customer service I will definitely be back to buy more Jewelry.

The selection, staff and prices were fantastic! After spending countless hours searching for the right ring we were able to find the perfect one at Helzberg. They have a great promotion going on for the holiday season which made a great deal even better. It may sound a little odd but they are even able to officiate your wedding for you right there. We were planning to go to the courthouse and do the cheaper easier option for getting married. We are soo glad that we let them do it for us! It was very nice and they brought a little cake, some sparkling cider and a few little cute decorations. Did I mention that it was FREE! We will now be life long Helzberg customers and will always recommend to our friends and family to at least check out their options. We are so thankful for the staff at the Helzberg in the Stonebriar Mall in Frisco, especially Linda and Cedric.

I seem to always luck up on an amazing deal at Helzberg and each time with the exception of one purchase, Linda was able to assist me with my purchase. I will continue to shop here as long as she is at the store. She has amazing customer service and I know I can be a handful with my questions as I do a lot of research. Hands down, a great experience!

Do not get any credit line with this organization, I just realized they add $500 to my balance.. they asking me to pay the balance to get way from this new charge.. if I was able to pay all the amount in one time why would I need to have a credit ????? It is crazy it is a fancy way of steeling money from others.

If I could give no stars I would. Not greeted or acknowledged after being in the store for 20 minutes with my 4 year old only because I come in wearing work out clothes on my ONLY day off does not mean I dont have the money to spend. So I wont spend my time nor money here there are plenty of other places in the mall that will assist. Was trying to give returning business as helzberg was where I got my first wedding set but that wont be the case this time. Maybe all three women working will learn to tend to customers before chatting about why they didnt sell the previous customer in front of another customer.

Fraudulent and suspect activity with this store. Dont risk it, there are many other stores to buy jewelry and engagement rings.My fiancé purchased my engagement ring at this store. We had to return it because the ring plus wedding bands that we wanted didnt work well and we got a better deal elsewhere.My fiancé paid cash and therefore they didnt have cash on hand to refund him the money. They said they would mail a check and we would receive in 7-10 days. At the store, my Fiancé confirmed his address and it was in the system.2 weeks later, we still did not receive anything. We called and they said they needed to confirm our address again. He did, it was in the system. They called a week later to confirm the address - for a third time - it was in the system properly.Its been 6 weeks and still no refund check and no update.I called the store asking for an update. The lady at the store called corporate and finally called me back this afternoon.She said that they had the wrong address and were backlogged and supposedly the check was just sent. Something sounds very very fishy to us. This is 4 times now we confirmed our address. Almost like they were just calling to confirm to stall or make us forget that they owe us $$$$s of dollars.I asked the lady, when we should expect the check if it was just mailed out. She said she wasnt sure and if I have issues to call corporate for updates because shes just doing a courtesy call. She never gave me corporates number.Its nice that she gave me the courtesy call, but you owe us thousands of dollars and its been more than 6 weeks with no update or tangible movement! How many times do we need to confirm our address and how long of a backlog do you have to cut a check? Its very fishy and the staff are being suspect.I wouldnt risk coming here. Weve been to other places that are so much better and much nicer customer service and better options and prices.

Have used other locations before moving to the Frisco area. As a comparison, the staff at this location is very unfriendly, and not helpful unless you are trying to buy jewelry from them. I had several services done on my wedding ring over the past year here and I never received notice of my ring being able for pickup. I was told it is my responsibility to come back and pick up the ring, we shouldnt have to call you. I also have just had sales people stand around and talk (nobody else in the store at the time) while I have stood in the shop for over 20 minutes waiting for someone to help.

Exemplary service even though my purchase was under $100, and redeemed some BD freebies via mailed fliers.

How is this location still open?I have my ring less than a month and it comes loose from the setting (not their fault) but when I come in the lady treats me like dirt..Snarky attitude just just plain rude.No wonder this place has such awful reviews.Took 3 weeks to size.Now another NINE DAYS to re set the stone when I called and she told me they would fix it when I came in.Save your time and go to the location in the North East mall, they know what customer service is.Ive had it 4 months and Ive gotten to wear it less than 2.So frustrating

We originally bought my rings elsewhere [engagement & band] first because they offered us a REALLY good deal & didnt want to lose the deal or the rings. But we still wanted to shop around to see if we can find something that I would like better.. well we came into this place and AT FIRST the lady was nice & smiley & helpful BUT as soon as we told her that we were weighing options her attitude changed completely! She asked to see the ring we had so I showed it to her and her face was just NASTY about it. She started to talk down to us & started to talk to us like we were idiots that just showed her trash. Then another lady comes up to try to help push the sale & the original lady just walks away in a you deal with these idiots now attitude. They practically pulled out every trick to try to push the flawless diamond on us & told us its not too late to return the cheap-ugly diamond to where we got it. We also told her we didnt want to spend that much cuz we are expecting but they kept insisting that the ring was the best wed ever get. I left there pissed because they basically tried to make my fiance feel like a cheap, idiot with bad taste. I ensured him THEY are the problem & I love my ring. We will NOT be changing it afterall. Lesson learned, dont doubt what you want/have.P.s. I would give them ZERO stars if I could.

This is a review for the company and not the employees.I had a coupon under my fiances name i wanted to use when buying a gift for his mother. We both have cards. I had the coupons with one employee but my daughter was hungry so we went to the food court. I couldnt find my coupon when we came back and they couldnt do a single thing. Extremely inconvenient bc I came to the mall for that reason. Not easy to tote around an 11 month old.Quality isnt there either bc i have had several pieces break so maybe ill find another jeweler. #cantwait

I had a terrible experience at this store. They were supposed to re-solder my wedding ring and 2 bands. When I went to pick it up it was soldered crooked and at an angle. The sales woman said maybe I had never noticed it before. I had to leave it with them again. The manager was out, never returned my calls. I called corporate and they werent helpful at all. They wanted to cut my rings apart and replace the shanks after they had messed them up. After 7 weeks I finally picked my ring up. I am not happy with their customer service, their knowledge of jewelry was not acceptable. My ring does not look like it did when I dropped it off to them and it fits differently. I would hate for this to happen to anyone else. Please beware and do not use this store. I ran into problem after problem. No one wanted to take responsibility and the customer service was very poor.

TERRIBLE. Went to the store to get my ring fixed because the diamond had fallen out because it got caught in my dress. After waiting 30 minutes just to be helped because the ladies there just kept talking to the customers they were with (and kept checking their phones) they tell us itll take 5 days to get it fixed, okay thats fine I under stand. The lady starts filling out the paper work and writes (looks to my fiancé and I) a zero for diamonds missing, there was one missing, and proceeds to check the synthetic/other box instead of diamond. Day before I believe Im supposed to get it the call to tell my fiancé that it had ware and tear IVE HAD IT FOR TWO MONTHS. I was (even more) livid at this point and decided to call them my self, he explains that they are going to completely replace the ring because I broke the prong on it. I try to ask when itll be ready and they couldnt tell me, I call a week or so later (on a Saturday) they said itll be ready Monday or Tuesday, no call Monday so my fiancè calls to see if we are able to get it NOPE not ready.. okay.... Tuesday I call on my lunch time (1:00PM) and they say yes maam itll be ready for pick up later! I call before I leave work the assistant manager (very nicely) explains that the jeweler put it away in his safe and didnt say goodbye like he normally does to her, I am a VERY understandable person but I do believe they should have previously spoken to the jewelry and made it very aware I wanted to pick up my ring, because they told me it would be ready. So I explain to the assistant manager my situation (all the problems I have already had) and she apologizes, and tells me the STORE MANAGER would call me right when they open, 10/10:30. 12 oclock comes still no call. I call up there my self and talked to the same lady I originally talked with when dropping my ring off and she puts me on hold and says oh yes your ring is ready and I said well I am glad someone called me to tell me or my fiancé. because they DIDNT. So lets just say I am NOT going back to this store after MULTIPLE failed attempts at trying to redeem them selves they never did. I will be going to the Hurst location in the north east mall where we originally purchased the ring, we have had no problems with them... yet.
