Prestige was very responsive, informative, and professional. Trying to get a pool during the pandemic in a timely manner for your customer has to difficult due to the supply chain problems. They let us know every step of the way of any delays and what to expect. They either always answered the phone or called me back and a timely manner. Great customer service.

It is a very popular place, but their employees are not courteous when they park. They disregard parking laws, and for the last week a silver truck has parked in front of a fire hydrant every single day.Edit: The owner reached out to those parking illegally and notified them not to park so hazardously. They are doing a better job, but theres room for improvement on the parking and debris in the road.

We are in the final stages of the pool process, final payments was requested before completion of work. We are still waiting on rework to be done. We’ve tried contacting the owner on the quality of work, lack of attention to detail, and unresponsiveness from project manager with excuse after excuse. It’s been three days and still no call back from Eugene. I can’t fairly give them lower than a three star because it hasn’t been all bad and the pool looks amazing. Hopefully the loose ends can get resolved and I can update my post with photos.

If you want horrible service, no responses and failed appointments look no further. I can understand this being a very busy summer but you would think that Prestige would be professional and respond to your emails, phone calls or text messages. Started with them on June 19 and they did design a beautiful layout for a outdoor kitchen, bar, fire pit what a beautiful patio roof that look like it was part of the house. He gave us a quote for $59,000 that did not include the appliances or the fire pit. We wanted to move on with project and get more information about the patio, so he made the appointment for August13 at 4:15. We showed up and the receptionist said left for the day. Well evidently this business didn’t want $59,000+ in cash.

Our pool build was an outstanding experience. Toby worked with us to make sure we build the exact pool we were looking for and made great suggestions for different materials and features. We also purchased patio furniture and in-pool furniture from Donnie. He helped finish off our build by providing suggestions on materials and finishes - he even came out and installed all of the furniture with the delivery team. His suggestions were exactly what we needed to finish off the project. I cannot recommend Prestige Pool and Patio more if you are looking at putting in a pool!

If you want horrible service, no responses and failed appointments look no further. I recently bought a house with a pool and called Prestige because their information was on my pool equipment. I tried to setup pool school and had an appointment at 11 on a Tuesday. Tuesday comes and no one shows up. I call and they state that they didn’t log the appointment and have no clue what I am talking about. Complete waste of my time after adjusting my schedule to accommodate. No apologies and they state they will reschedule. I give them a second chance and a technician shows up a week later for pool school. I still have multiple questions and want quotes for additional services and have followed up with no response. I am curious if anyone works there. I will take my money elsewhere.

These guys are amazing! If your shopping for a pool builder in the DFW area you must call Kevin Churchwell @ Prestige Pool and Patio. From start to finish the experience was pleasant and the end result was amazing. My wife and I decided to work with Prestige Pool and Patio after meeting with many of the other local pool companies including Foley Pools and Riverbend Sandler. Its so hard to decide who you can trust. We liked Kevin Churchwell because we didnt feel like he was filling us full of b.s. in an effort to gain my business for the next commission check. He also didnt bash the competition like the sales rep at Foley Pools did. He even suggested I talk to other companies, and when I did I soon realized this guy knows what he is talking about. His design was awesome and the suggested fire pit area to make an unusable side of our yard usable was genius.Frank Goodfellow was our Project Manager for our pool and fire pit project and combined he and Kevin have over 30 years of industry experience. Frank was on top of our project the entire time. There would be days where a trade would come out to do some work and if I had a concern Frank already seemed to be aware and taking care of it. Frank would text or call us back night/weekends, you name it. I like the fact that a lot of Prestige Pool and Patios crew where in-house guys that have also been doing this for years. Even their sub contractors where great.Beth Mills was our Project Coordinator and she did all the heavy lifting behind the scenes. She made sure our schedule ran on time and coordinated payment schedules - love her!We cant say enough about how pleased we are with Prestige Pool and Patio. Our friends used them as well and had the same experience. It only took 30 days from the day they started digging to completion on our pool!Thank you Kevin, Frank and Beth for making this truly an enjoyable project and we love our new pool. Anyone considering a pool or outdoor project in the Frisco, McKinney, Prosper, TX area reach out to Kevin Churchwell @ Prestige Pool and Patio. These guys really care.

I’m using Prestige for a 22’x14’ arbor with a concrete slab. I solicited multiple bids, but ended up choosing Prestige because it felt like they were an established company and it was worth paying a little extra hoping to not deal with the headaches you hear about during some construction projects. What I didn’t realize is that for outdoor living Prestige sub contracts out most of the work for this type of project. My project started off with excavation(after paying 50% on the project) and then my yard was left as a mud pit for 2 weeks with no progress made. Prestige uses an online program to share the project schedule. When I first saw it, I realized a number of the tasks that were showing weren’t applicable to my project. I called and was told that was just a typical project schedule. So no one actually reviewed my project to know what was needed. That would have been fine, but it became obvious pretty quick that this schedule wasn’t used based on feedback from their subs. This schedule changes as dates are missed,(attached is an early version). At most a simple project like this should take 2 weeks and we’re sitting at 5 weeks with no idea how much longer until it will be finished. The project started the same time as construction on 2 houses behind mine as shown in the attached pictures. The houses were framed before I even had a slab poured. Pool projects may be a different experience, but I would suggest looking for another contractor for outdoor living.

This is a pool service review onlyWe have been using them for service because it came complementary with our building of the pool. They have been extremely disappointing in the care of our equipment and pool. Their service people are not properly trained and they have repeatedly made mistakes on putting in enough chemicals. I had to actually go out this weekend and get a testing kit which confirmed that we had little to no chlorine in our pool and no stabilizer to keep the chlorine circulating in our pool. They refused to reimburse us for the chemicals we had to purchase to make our pool swim ready, even though we’re supposed to have monthly service. I would not sign up for their poolservice.Update the company is trying to make it right and I really appreciate the service manager Tracy reaching out to me on behalf of the owner. I am grateful they have addressed our concerns and will update this review as things improve.

My husband and I are new to this pool-building thing and needed a lot of guidance. We read reviews on several companies and decided on Prestige--one of the best decisions we have made!!! Kevin Churchwell was our designer and came to look at our yard with us to better understand our needs and wants. The design was quickly done, easy to understand and very clean. He even provided 3-D color images from every angle and a video look at the design as if we were standing right there! Fast, professional, straightforward & very creative....During the process, he had some great suggestions that changed our way of thinking and the result has been so much more than we dreamed it could be!!!Example: I had asked for a flagstone surface. Kevin told me he would be happy to build it just that way if we insisted, but told us about flagstone as a material that gets very hot on bare feet! Who knew??!! He suggested travertine stone because it stays cooler in full sun, but also because the overall look would be more formal and clean looking and match the clean, square lines of our house. Oh My Gosh--its stunning!!!We also wanted some bar stools built into the pool. He, again, educated us..... He shared that the polaris would get wrapped around those built-in stools, and that he would gladly do them for us but wanted us to be aware of the results..... We opted against them!In our estimation, he could have just said yes to all our crazy ideas and collected our money..... but he didnt! He is a man of integrity and he made our investment perfect!!Thank you, Prestige and especially Kevin Churchwell!!!

They confirmed my appointment and took credit card info.On the day of my appointment, when they didnt show up, I called and they told me I would have to reschedule about two Months later! They didnt even give me a curtesy call, tell me they were not keeping their appointment and let me look for someone else to help get my pool running after Ercot destroyed my pool equipment, and my pool was starting to turn green. Somebody in the company needs to learn common human respect for people. No apology, no attempt to contact me and tell me they werent coming, as I waited at home. If I had backed out at the last minute they would have charged my card. They informed me if that. Still waiting to be compensated for them backing out. Do what you want about dealing with them. I wont ever trust them. I will let you know if I get a check in the mail with an apology and post it here. Maybe they can redeem themselves. Waiting..

Simple, plain, and basic! Thats the concept that we wanted for our pool, and Prestige Pool & Patio delivered. Kevin Churchwell knocked it out of the park with the design of the project. He walked us through step, by step on all the different options that were available, and what we had to choose from with our budget. The build process wasnt the greatest but like any other construction project it has its bumps in the road. The project had taken a lot longer that what was told. I have to say though that the finished project was an inside the park home run and the wait was definitely worth it. Gene, the project manager was by far the best. He did a fantastic job and we thank him for that. Also upmost respect to the owner Eugene for going above and beyond on our project. He does his best to take care of the customers no matter what the problem may be. Hats off to the Prestige Team and to everyone that was involved. I see an outdoor kitchen/patio in the works coming at a later date and there is no other company that I could think to go with other than Prestige. Thank you!

When signed our contract we were told 6-8 weeks. We understand that there are weather delays but it’s been almost 8 weeks and we are no where near being halfway done. They have this nice app that keeps you updated on what they are going to be doing daily which is great but completely useless because it changes multiple times a day. There will be 3+ nice days in a row and they don’t come. They schedule something on days that it rains. This is not just a once or twice occurrence this is all the time. This last week they finally got around to putting the tile on. I am so glad I worked from home that day because the tile was not even close to the tile we picked out. The tile guy was really nice and apologetic but it wasn’t his fault the wrong tile was ordered. We got in touch with Prestige right away and they found the tile we picked out but “someone” wrote down the wrong number. Luckily this tile was in stock and available for pickup that day in Dallas. Tile guy mentioned that they were also running behind due to the weather and his guys where working whenever they possibly could, including weekends. He also mentioned that this wrong tile that Prestige ordered was a special order so it took several weeks before he got it. The masonry and coping was contingent on that tile being completed. So there was more time wasted. So tile guy was able to come back the next day and everything is all good. Tile looks great! They were supposed to do masonry, coping and more electrical stuff this week. Could have done it Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday or Tuesday but then they schedule for Friday and then on Thursday (yesterday) it changed to next Monday. So it’s one week later and nothing has been done to my backyard. It was nice everyday but Wednesday. So not sure why they didn’t do anything? I keep getting told they are behind. I get that but then hire more people or don’t take on as many projects. My husband and I are extremely frustrated. We had so much confidence going into this project but now who knows when it will get done. Hopefully before the 4th of July.Bottom line is I get it, weather happens they cannot control that but whoever schedules everything is not doing a very good job. Every time something has gone wrong they have made it right. There were a few complaints we had: the tile, my tree they were supposed to save and replant, our pergola that broke, they didn’t come drain our pool unless we asked them to and of course completion time. The pool needed to be drain a few weeks after the gunite was sprayed. We had 2 feet of standing water in there. Perfect mosquito breeding ground. They were like we didn’t know. Really? At this point it had rained multiple times, over those first few weeks. All that water is not going to evaporate. They fixed all these issues except of course the completion. I know once this pool is done it is going to be beautiful and hopefully worth all the stress. I just want to be able enjoy my backyard, rather than be confined to a 10’x10’ patio and a backyard where one side of fence isn’t torn down so all my neighbors can sit there and gawk at me. There is absolutely no privacy and my kids have a very tiny front yard to play in. Now I have to worry about them running out into the street and getting hit by a car. My problem is please keep us better informed and keep your stuff accurate. I don’t understand how you guys can’t schedule what crews goes where until the morning of? This seems completely inefficient. Once they decide to get our pool done I will update this review but at this time I am not satisfied with their communication skills. However the work they have done so far is very nice. The crews that come out are really nice but they leave trash in my backyard. All the sale associates are nice as well but of course they kind of have to be.

One thing they did differently was offer the selection in any fabric color we wanted. This was very nice as I was trying to match some other furniture we already have. I wouldnt usually take the time to write a review but they spent so much time with us and all we were looking for was a couch and 2 club chairs. There were so many other customers in the showroom at the same time that I assumed we wouldnt have received that kind of attention, Boy was I wrong. I did an extensive search process prior to selecting Prestige to build our pool and outdoor kitchen. I was most impressed with Scotty Bagley, our salesman - he was considerate, detailed, VERY communicative, and listened/responded to all my questions. As an owner of two local businesses, I have a very limited amount of time to talk, and every time I called, he would answer the phone/email, and that was extremely important to me.He worked very hard to get the pricing of my project where I needed it to be. The design we collaboratively created was fantastic. The timeline of the construction process was very accurately followed. Despite there being several construction related hiccups, I can honestly say that Prestige has stood behind their work and made everything right. We receive compliments from everyone who sees it, and I am very happy with the final product. While no construction company or project is perfect, I am very happy to recommend Prestige Pool and Patio to even the most discerning of prospective clients. I trust that any warranty items that assuredly will pop up in the future will be handled in a professional, timely manner.

We would HIGHLY recommend Prestige to anyone!!We loved our experience with Prestige. Our sales representative, Kevin, was honest and very knowledgeable about things to consider when deciding which company to hire as well as how to design the perfect pool for our family. Our building process was very timely. Although some delays happened due to things out of our control, we never felt like we were “forgotten” or being “pushed off” or ignored. The crews that were here were always very professional, polite and accommodating. We even had neighbors compliment how tidy and considerate the crews were while working on our project.Throughout our whole process we felt we were listened to and any questions and/or concerns were always addressed very quickly.I’d say the main reason I would highly recommend Prestige and choose them again was due to their willingness to always fix any problems or issues that came up. There are always bumps in the road with construction, but we never had the frustration of having blame shifted to us or feeling like we were being ignored. Problems/concerns were immediately addressed and a plan was made to fix them with zero hassle to us. We were lucky enough to work with the owner, Eugene, and he made us feel important. We weren’t just another pool/paycheck to him. He was never too busy to help us through any issues and always made sure we were happy with results every step of the way.We are so incredibly happy with our finished project and would choose Prestige all over again in the future!

I am torn on my rating for Prestige. We love our pool, spa, fire pit and outdoor kitchen area. However, I have lost any confidence that I had in Prestige since we finished out pool in July of 2019.We signed our contract in March of 2019, excavated the first week of April 2019 and was swimming by the third week of July. Yes, there were many hiccups in the process but I am over those. Chalk those up to too much work and not enough people to get it done.My main point writing this review is to talk about what happens when something breaks, leaks or is a bad design. If you need it fixed - get ready to wait and hope it gets fixed. Details below to to prove my point. In early November 2019, I reported a possible leak (the pool was 4 months completed) to Prestige, through email, voicemail and their Builder Trend App used during construction. - Never received a single response. At the time I was filling the pool (Auto fill turned off for winter) for 90 minutes ever two days. In November, there is no way that much water is evaporating.Mid December 2019, I go to the Prestige show room in hopes to talk with Eugene, President and CEO. I was told he was not there. Fortunately, Andre the foreman in charge of building our pool was there and introduced me to the Warranty Manager. I explained, and the process started. Many calls, emails, texts later the leak was found and repaired in March of 2020. Four months after initial notification. While Prestige was working the leak issue, I informed them about the pergola lag bolts popping through my drywall in my living room. In early March 2020, their tech came and took photos and validated they were indeed the lag bolts holding the pergola to the house. He told me he would contact that contractor company to come fix it.May 2020, many texts and calls later. No contact has been made with the pergola company. (did they go out of business? do they not work for Prestige for new builds?)May 2020: In another attempt to get Eugenes contact info, I send a Facebook message to their group page and send a Text to Andre. Kudos to Andre by the way, he is ALWAYS available to help even though the pool is built and his responsibility ended then.May 2020: Andre engaged the NEW warranty manager who was at my home right after memorial day. He was very knowledgeable, level headed and ready to make things right. I showed him the lag bolts and sure enough he validated again that they were from the pergola.May 2020: I also showed him the mold/moss growing on the stone/concrete for our outdoor kitchen and the giant lake that doesnt seem to dry up because there is no drainage for the outdoor kitchen area. It also grades into the house which during heavy rain nearly comes through the weep holes in the brick joints.May 2020: He had a great solution to put in a french style drain to make everything right.End of June 2020: I get a call from the warranty manager stating he gave my number to the pergola contractor. I asked about the drains for the outdoor kitchen, I was told, no way that is happening until sometime after the 4th of July.It is now July 22, 2020, I have lost all my patience with Prestige. For the last 16 months it is very hard to think of Prestige in a completely positive light.Eugene has never once called me back. (If you read this Eugene, I have left many messages for you to call me. My info should be on file in your records) The pergola is not fixed, I have an outdoor fridge halfway pulled out because it wont go back in, mold/moss and a cesspool of water inside my island/bar and no communication from Prestige. For nearly $100,000 dollars I got a pool, spa, pergola, outdoor kitchen area and a fire pit but it must not have come with after construction support. For those that may think, its a large construction, this is normal sorry, when we built our house it was nothing like this and had no issues with any warranty work.I also understand Covid has added challenges. Communicate, schedule and follow through. Dont leave customers hanging.

With all of that in mind, Prestige has done a great job of being prompt, answering our calls and questions and ensuring that we are satisfied with their service! Great job and thank you!Original:As someone in sales please note that I do not take comments lightly. However, our experience with prestige was far from a pleasant one. We chose them after meeting with 5 pool company’s, with Prestige not being the cheapest by far. At the beginning of contracting we were told 6-8 weeks would be the build time it would take for our pool. We have a small back yard and a small pool to match.Rain delays and weather are understandable but here is where the main issue is. From start to finish our pool took 6 months...from there it took an additional 2 for them to find a leak that we had which required me to keep a hose in our pool constantly to prevent the water from exposing the plaster. All in all our pool took 8 months until we could enjoy it. During the entirety of the build process we were assured they would have the pool done ASAP. Then a month would go by, and another and so on. No matter how many times you call in to try and seek help, 9 times out of 10 they won’t answer or will tell you they’ll look into it and call you back (they never call back).Going off of our contract we still have items that have yet to be fulfilled and at this point we’re just glad to not see them at our house anymore as it took long enough to have simple tasks achieved.Another thing to be hesitant of is their pay schedule. Being in construction I’ve never requested a home owner or builder to pay me prior to work being completed. This way the owner has the control to view our work and ensure they’re happy with it prior to payment. With Prestige you have to pay a large sum before each portion of the pool to ensure they will even begin that portion of construction. This means that they will most definitely drag their feet to complete your tasks as they already have your money. It doesn’t matter how many times you call, email or go up there. The matter will drag out. The only way we got a timely response was after I was tired of being ignored for weeks on end and had to get our attorney involved to draft a demand letter. Then they will be Johnny on the spot. The only reason I’m not giving a 1 star review is that we genuinely do love our pool. It is what we and our salesman designed after all. But no pool our size should ever take that long, have that many communication issues and require as much effort as it did on our part just to get them to finish. As an update, we had a pipe burst which they assured was most likely due to our tampering with the equipment, even though we were still in the post phase where their company was the one cleaning our pool. Seriously, you can’t make this stuff up!

This is one of those companies that will probably change their name just to get away from the bad reviews. BEWARE of Prestige Pool and Patio! Their quote was actually the highest out of four bids, but apparently $$$$ doesn’t equal great quality or customer service! It’s been five months and the job is only 50% complete and they have 80% of my money (quoted amount). To make matters worse, they damaged my sprinkler system and are expecting me to pay an additional $2K to fix what they dug into!!!! Use someone else!

We had Prestige build us a pool, patio and outdoor kitchen. The team and owner Eugene are professional and creative in designing our project. We love the quality of the work and enjoy being in our backyard as often as possible. Because of the great service we had Prestige create new brick planters in the front yard really completing the look and feel of our home. We now use them for maintenance and the service has been great.

What a bunch of A holes. Went in today to ask about building a pool.I explained that we were looking at two homes to purchase. One has a pool and the other doesn’t.I asked questions about different kinds of pools to get a better idea how much a pool would cost. When I finished asking my questions I thanked them for their time. Instead of leaving, I walked into the show room to look around.Another salesman who though I had already left came out of the back room and in a disrespectful voice said “how much to bury an above ground pool?”.Bottom line, if you want to buy a pool from a company who makes fun of their customers, you should go here.I won’t be buying a pool from these jerks.

Highly recommend for your pool construction and servicing. Eugene and his crew are fabulous. They installed my 3rd pool, patio and fire pit and I wish I had known of them for the previous builds. The design process is wonderful. You provide a budget and a wish list and it comes true and more. They are a very talented and helpful design group. They do not just show you pictures or sketches of the 4 pools they offer like 2 of our other quotes we received.

Update: At the end of the Day it all came together and my backyard looks amazingWe are now 9 months in to the pool now and still having problems I email, I call but nothing, I have asked to make an appointment to sit down with the owner before my pool is out of warranty but nothing. This was via email, because of the fact that the over flow valve is constantly putting water in the pool and now come to find out yesterday when I got my water tested, it has ZERO chlorine and may be in danger of having algae. Contact me please, you have my number. But on the up side, the people that clean the filters are amazing and came out the same week to clean out the filter.Because I have to give them 1 star. Very disappointed! Beware! No integrity, No standards. The company went through 2 Supervisors during the timeline. Started in June 12, 2018 and the project didn’t end until December 26, 2018 (a job that Zac said would last 6 to 8 weeks) First off, the digging crew came and brought old equipment and, their supervisor literally slept on my patio furniture for 3 hours. Then I received a call saying they I had to pay extra for the digging time. I had to fight with them and reminded them that I have the gentleman asleep on camera so they cut the price in half but still well over $1,000.After the nightmare of the dig it all went downhill from there. Everyone that was scheduled to come either had another job or was pushed back 2-3 weeks. The pool company was never on the same sheet of music as the Bank. I made 2 trips to the bank for no reason, the pool company told me to go pick up a check and the bank said it had to be inspected first. As this was my first pool and Prestige’s 50th at least, they should have known the protocol.I can go on and on about how bad the Service was and how Eugene the owner, Garry and Gene, refused to meet with me, and or call me back. But they came while I was at work and the only reason I knew they came is was because I saw them on my security cameras. How their lack of communication with me and even with his own staff was loss for words and a lack of trust for them. Being that every time I would call or go by, no one would know what was going on or would be in a meeting of a lifetime. It’s like Eugene is in it just for the money. At the end I had to get the Bank involved and they made them do SOME of the work.I will not post pictures yet of the front yard do to Prestige promising the Bank that they would fix my yard back to normal. Everyone Blamed the other person. Blame game at its best. SADAnd I will post pictures of what they showed me what the pool area would look like and the end product. Keep in mind all I WANTED was ROCK, NO sod or greenery. Pictures are the pool area end product.PLEASE GO TO ANOTHER COMPANY, THIS COMPANY HAS VERY LOW STANDARDS.

We have used Prestige for years to clean and service our pool and equipment. They have always been honest, dependable and fantastic. We had them upgrade our equipment last year as well replace the pool lights and resurface the pool. The project could not have gone any smoother. We had some delays due to flash floods in the area, but Prestige was back on site as soon as weather permitted. I know how hard it is to try and please everyone in this challenging business, but you will not find anyone try harder to do just that than these guys at Prestige Pool and Patio.

I would highly recommend Prestige Pools for your maintenance and pool building needs. The have serviced 2 different pools for me and I even had a problem at my parents pool, which was about an hour from their office and they handled it immediately for me. I can say their attention to detail and immediate updates after service are very nice. After servicing your pool, they send you an email stating all of the levels of chemicals in your pool, what they have done, and any items they see they could be in need of servicing in the near future. They have sent out notifications during inclement weather or holidays of schedules changes or what not and have always been professional and diligent. They also have a state of the art showroom and facility that is beyond impressive on Preston in Frisco. I would definitely recommend those in need of servicing or new pool construction to stop in and give these great guys a chance to earn your business!

Prestige Pool and Patio in Frisco, TX, Absolutely the best!!! I did my research and found the best of the best! Customer service is amazing. Communication throughout the build job was top notch. If there is ever an issue they simply take care of it. We had no issues... they delivered the wrong pavers, and they simply delivered the correct ones, same day. And it was not even their fault, I had just change my mind a zillion times on what I wanted. They were patient and gave me no grief at all. Its called GREAT SERVICE all around. We started off wanting the cheapest way to put a pool in our yard, and after some research, we quickly realized that going cheap was not the way you want to go when putting in a pool. I have seen a few people do that recently, and they had problems within 6 months or less. I am completely satisfied and all expectations were exceeded. This company is TOP NOTCH and our sales rep. was AMAZING!!! We got straight forward honest advice and no cheesy sales pitch. Make sure you ask for Kevin Churchwell. Everything he told us from day one was right on the money.

I spent the past week at my Uncles home, where Prestige Pool and Patio was supposed to have worked on a patio and arbor extension to the back of his home. Honestly, this job should not have taken more than 3 weeks to complete. I know for a fact that the plans were drawn up in late February, so there was no reason why the project should not have been completed by May 23rd. However on May 31st, not only was the back yard a complete mess but the construction manager was the only person who had the decency to come clean that the sales team will say WHATEVER will make you sign up with them. The sales team DOES NOT communciate with either the construction team nor the home owner to ensure that everything is done in the desired timeframe and according to project plans agreed to when the contract was signed. The construction manager made it clear that according to the paperwork that he had recieved from Prestige, everything should be completed by June 26th!! Honestly, this is the craziest thing Ive heard of in a long time. Please dont do business with this company, Im sure they do great work but they have over commited themselves to too many projects and dont have the staff to manage everything properly.

Just tried to come in to speak with someone regarding doing a new pool for a new home we are building. We are needing to find out what would be our best option for our back yard since we may have a slope to it. The sales man pretty much acted like he couldn’t help me because he didn’t know how big the slope was and to him it sounded like a lot of work. That’s when I suggested someone do an on-site estimate with me and the builder and discuss options afterward. He wouldn’t even do that. So since he was not able to at least show me or try and set an appointment to look, I left. As I was walking out thinking to myself did this just happen they let a $100,000 pool build just walk right out the door because the guy seems to be lazy and didn’t want to do the work. Well on to the next pool design place....

I selected Prestige Pool and Patio to build my pool, patio and arbor. I cannot say enough great things about the company and its staff. The project was started on December 15th and substantially complete in less than two months. This was no small project – a large diving pool, 450 sq ft arbor and 1,400 sq ft of paver decking.Kevin Churchwell listened to what we wanted and came up with a great design. His customer service during the sales process is what ultimately drove our decision to go with PPP over the other pool companies we were talking to. I had many questions since I had never built a pool before. Kevin always got back to me on the day that I called or emailed him.I enjoyed working with Gene and Saul during the construction process. The scheduling on the project was outstanding. The only time more than a couple of days went by without someone working on the project was between Christmas and New Year’s. I received a weekly work schedule and I would get updates when something changed due to weather or other issues. The owner and general manager visited us at our house when the project was complete. I could tell that our satisfaction with the project was very important to Eugene and Derek. They turned our backyard into our own little oasis and we are extremely happy with the finished product!
