Super legit supplement store. These guys have it all. Really friendly and know their stuff. Vast selection of products, with all the new hot products on the market. Bulk products and cold beverage on hand. They gave me a few samples I could use at the gym. I forgot my pre workout and they bailed me out. Thanks guys. The frisco location is the best location by far. Not only do they have the best products, but they have the best staff who are always so friendly and willing to help. Ashley was so informative and helped me find exactly what I needed and showed me other products that would benefit me in the future. I will always come back to this store for anything i ever need. They treat you like family and not just a customer. They are 100% caring for your well-being. Highly recommend.

First time I went there customer service was spot on. Second time not so much of it to be found. Will give 4 stars for now to balance out, and because they have my favorite power popcorn flavor 😋. I have also found cheaper supplements options of the same brands online, so unless need something at the moment, I would buy it online.

I have shopped here for over five years, Kenny has always been amazing with guidance and suggestions. Today I called him for something he recommended in the past, however he was not there. Ashley assisted me. I’m highly impressed by her service that she looked up what I ordered in the past and was able to find it and even text me a picture of it. Terrible customer service. They sell expired products, and I overheard a customer trying to return an item which was clearly expired due to the label on the item. The exchange between the workers and the customer was frustrating to hear, as the workers refused to acknowledge that the customer was right. The least you can do as a worker is express your utmost concern and sincerest of apologies, not berate and belittle the customers. Will not be returning to this store until the workers get some proper training in customer service.

Dont go to GNC, USN is the best nutrition shop! Prices are better here, products are much better quality, and employees are more knowledgeable and so they are able to better help you find supplements to suit your needs. The past few times Ive come to this location, Gretta has been super helpful, and she is very knowledgeable to give me an opinion on what I should get. Shes very friendly and you can tell she really cares about great customer service. Seriously, avoid GNC, shop at Ultimate instead.

This is a hidden gem in Frisco. They offer the best variety of powders and bars that I have seen. You can mix and match protein bars to get a nice mix. No more eating the same bar for a 2 weeks. The staff is really helpful and can guide you to what you need for your specific goal. The prices are the best around. Give them a try and you will keep coming back. If you have to drive to get there it worth the drive. So far have never had a negative experience buying here.

These guys are selling icon meals if you havent tried one yet please do. They are amazing and fully prepared all you have to do is heat them up for a minute and thirty seconds. It is the same price as youd pay for breakfast or lunch anywhere else and its ten times better for you.

Love this place. I go all the time and they are always matched with online prices but you dont have to pay for shipping!Everyone is very friendly and says hi to you as soon as you walk in, they are helpful but also low pressure. A very relaxed environment.The workers all seem to know their stuff and have opinions on which brands to use.

Popped in here today to pick up some protein powder. I was going to order the powder on Amazon since it was on sale for $25 off retail but thought I would stop by my local place to see if they would price match. They didnt need to, as they were already at the sale price. Guy at the counter was really helpful and made sure I got what I came for. Will revisit again.

The store is fine, the products are great! The guy behind the counter though clearly needs to be drug tested. He was sweating profusely, shaking, black rings under his eyes, and frantically scrolling through the computer behind the desk. He then kept asking my husband to write it down and when my husband asked what he meant he slammed his fist on the counter and cursed at himself for not being able to think of the words. We were just trying to buy pre workout. The guy is coming down off heroine or on a 3 day meth binge, either way I cant believe someone let him speak to customers let alone work the store. Absolutely incredible.

Poor sales and customer service. The guy couldnt even give me any options on what i was looking for. Didnt even try to upsale at all. Acted like he wasnt even interested to make a sale. Didnt even offer any advise. I guess he was having a bad day idk
