Great stock of items. I like the organic & gluten-free selection. Staff are amazing ... always ready to help answer any questions.
Floor plan is great and easy to find stuff and friendly staff!
I really love shopping at Sprouts, although I had a problem today. I will discuss it with the man I talk to on a regular basis. Thanks to everyone who makes Sprouts an awesome amazing store.Thank you, Deborah Peppard
A good place for organic fresh produce, but what really makes me come here are:🍏The bulk items: generally the prices are good, especially oatmeal, they have a great selection, like the garbanzo flour, and I think its kind of fun to serve yourself and weight the products.🍏Essential oils: they have a great selection for a physical store: most of these oils you only can find online.
I love this place and its delivery through instacart.
It’s amazing how they won’t listen to the executive order from the governor. He says masks aren’t required anymore but they still require them. Y’all lost another customer. You would make more money if y’all would listen. I guess y’all don’t like money. Puppets.
I love shopping at Sprouts. They have good priced organic food, and fresh produce. It makes it affordable to shop organic. They also provide a good selection of local produce. They have organic coffe, including decaf. It is amazing decaf. It actually tastes good! The bulk section of the store is fun. The employees are nice and check out tends to be quick. The store is clean.
Watched a woman be yelled at and thrown out of the store yesterday and then the group of cashiers all laughed and made fun of her.She claimed medical. They didn’t care. She shouldn’t have had to claim ANYTHING since she has the right to not wear one. I hope she files a disability lawsuit against the store. I’m done with the power trips.Oh, and I stopped buying produce from you years ago because every time we did we had a fruit fly invasion. Never have that with Whole Foods or Central Market.
This is a very friendly location. Vegetables, fruits, and dairy products are very fresh. We love to shop here.
Why is everyone in the deli so angry?? They treat you as if you are a bother to them if you need to purchase something. Get these people some anger management Sprouts!
I will NEVER shop here again. I had a very traumatizing experience here yesterday. A man first threaten me as I walked into the store(saying that they will call the police if I do not put a mask on)then I had a store worker come up to me and shake her fist in my face!!! Telling me to leave the store immediately. Once I got to the register they closed it down and denied service to me. Do NOT come here!!
You know how you find a store that has some of your favorite food items you grew up with before you moved to Texas? Well Sprouts has 2 of those items for me. I found Wisconsin Cheese Curds and what we called Love Food. We used to get them batter fried, but they are good just to eat as is, or I also melt in the microwave and eat. The other is a candy we used to get from the local Sweet Shop. We called it Love Food, but here its called chocolate honeycomb. This store has nuts, candy, spices and many other items in bins so you just buy what you need.....and the cheese selection is great. Oh, and dont forget to check out the bakery items!
Sprouts is my most favorite organic store. From fruits & veggies, vitamins, bakery, meat case, bulk foods, sodas, snacks, and so much more, that it makes it my go to store!! All the associates I have encountered are super friendly and respectful. I never had a problem with cleanliness there which also includes the bathrooms. I totally reccomend Sprouts to everyone.
They told my heart patient husband he was not welcome to shop here because he cant wear a mask. She came running at us. Such a violation of his rights! Guess we dont feed the sick at sprouts thanks to all their staffs medical professionals. Never again! AND FYI TO THE RUDE MANAGER....CHEMICAL BLEACH AND OBESITY KILL MORE THAN COVID!!!!!!!
Amazing customer service. Fresh produce and great healthy selections. Employee saw that I had a baby with me so he helped load groceries into my car! Such a kind gesture!!
I am surprised they only have 4.1 stars. The food is organic, the pricing fair, and the service is great. And though you may not have the selection of a Tomb Thumb or a Walmart, the food at Sprouts is simply better quality.
This location MANAGER is these things happen .I have shopped at this location for over 2 years. Workers are helpful and I see some of the brands I like. The main reason I dint complain about higher price on almost everything compared to Kroger and at times also Whole Food is because I am in and out of this store in 20 minutes.Today I had a very rude experience. There were only 2 cashiers open which I understand can happen and have seen in past and they acted on it by opening 2 more cashiers after few minutes while I was in line. The cashier I was on was a young employee who was taking very long and mind you its not that carts in front were fully loaded or anything, I had my memories of why I stopped going to walmart. When I paid close attention to him I saw what he was doing, instead of scanning right away he was circling around the scanner, then he will put everything on counter first followed by taking his sweet time in bagging them. All this was happening at his own pace, no urgency. So I decided to mention it to store manager so they can help the employee. But was I wrong in giving FEEDBACK!!! She is one rude person and wasnt willing to listen, she turned her back on me as soon as I said that it took me 15 minutes in line. By the time I said there were 4 people who came behind me in the same line, then moved to next cashier seeing this cashiers willingness to do his job i.e. even they didnt like what they saw and its just that they didnt mention to you, her immediate response THESE THINGS HAPPENS and started walking away. REALLY thats how you value your customers time and you are advocating testing their patience? WOW!!!I am paying for grocery I can get elsewhere $$ cheaper and manager of the store walks away on customers???? So that was my last visit to THIS store courtesy STORE MANAGER, put someone who has basic etiquettes to talk to customers. The premium price we are paying at your store, even an ounce of rudeness and I take other options. Your store is the one who is loosing here i.e. $$$$, I just have to drive similar duration in another direction.
Sometimes customers and workers wear mask under nose. This helps no one. Otherwise you would get a five score
Good store. not cheap but good vegetable and fruit
Clean carts, well stocked, fast checkout. This Sprouts has most of their stuff in stock. When there is a long line at checkout, theyll get more people to come help. Its been a favorite even when we had to drive an extra 10 minutes.
Great produce selection, bakery items, and more.
I loveeeeee this store. During this time I see where they are keeping their employees employed and safe. They have installed barriers and I even heard them announce for everyone to take 5 minutes to wipe down and sanitize stations. They also have someone sanitizing carts. Not to mention the amazing service I always get. Greeted from beginning to end.
Frisco Sprout Staf, why you have to be always RUDE?? Cant you be little nice to your customers please? It does not take much efforts to be nicer person. You are in a customer care industry, you are serving customers, Please dont be rude! The old lady with half pant on the cashier counter - I am of your age. We dont have many years left on this planet. Can you be little less rude please? The person who cuts the chicken in pieces, why your face is always angry? Smile ! It does not take a single penny to smile! Please take soft skill trainings, you all people at this location!Manager - IF you are reading this. Its time you spend little more money on your staff and teach them how to behave to customers and how humble they should be! :-(
I am surprised they only have 4.1 stars. The food is organic, the pricing fair, and the service is great. And though you may not have the selection of a Tomb Thumb or a Walmart, the food at Sprouts is simply better quality.
They had the butcher cut some beautiful fillets for my daughters birthday party he did an excellent job thank you very much
Pre-ordered all natural turkey, 14-16 lbs. Note: price is same anywhere in that 14-16 lb range.Provided clerk order number and was informed “We don’t use those, what did you order?” Note 2, you pick up order in a 1-hr window to get your non-assigned bird.Showed e-receipt and after a few minutes clerk returned with 14.33 lb turkey. While technically “in spec,” nonetheless disappointing considering the loose pricing structure. Cest la vie.Upon getting bird back to car it went downhill. Immediately noticed fish smell. Went to check turkey and saw juices oozing through ripped plastic bag onto seat (note: next time put bird, wrapped in self-provided heavy duty green plastic lawn bag, in equally pristine trunk). Went back inside, turkey juices dripping, to get it replaced and check on options for removing turkey juice from car. Initial response .... you’ll have check with corporate office ... followed by blank stare. Did get Corporate contact info before leaving, so all good for now.Replacement bird weighed in at 14.37 lbs. Well, better ... technically ... by 0.28%. At least the weight range distribution seems to be tight based on two values.
Fresh fresh fresh fish, veggies and fruit. The only place I buy fish. Great staff. Also they make the best holiday meals and their year round devil food is super yummy. They have bulk items and if your a health nut this is the place to shop. They have every vitamin known to man and then a few more. I personally love the chocolate covered cherries and chocolate covered honeycomb.
In the past I have enjoyed shopping at Sprouts but recently I am finding a significant price increase in many items, marked up much higher than the norm.Organic Fiber is $14.99 at Whole Foods & Amazon, and Sprouts is trying to sell it for $19.99 and marking it for sale at $16.99. This is also happening with their over pricing of Topochica. Currently priced at Sprouts for $12.99 and Market Street is $8.99-9.99 and $7.98 at Walmart. Another item is the FIT Garden of Life Protein priced at Sprouts for $46.99 and again the price at 3 other stores are $34.99. These are significant over pricing and as this continues to be happening over and over, we are now starting to shop at other stores. Sprouts used to be the first choice for my house, now it is clear they are way over pricing and are not competitive. People need to pay attention to everything they buy now at Sprouts. This is very disappointing. The sales they run are not sales because they have overpriced so high that even the sale prices are way higher than other stores normal prices. Very disappointing 👀
You absolutely cannot go wrong purchasing vegetables from here.
This sprouts is great. There is always fresh produce and plenty of new things to try. My only complaint is that check out takes forever. They never seem to have enough people working the lines to get people out quickly.
We love buying our produce and meat from sprouts. Always check the weekly ads, or try going on Wednesdays for their overlapping deals. You can make out like a bandit and eat really well if you hit their deals at the right time!
Clean, well marked at checkout for social distancing, mostly well stocked. 😊
I love this sprouts. Everything they have is great. I love their produce and their meats. What I love most about this sprouts, their customer services. They are above and beyond great. They greet everyone with beautiful smile. And treat everyone equally. I do recommend this store.
I was pretty disappointed when I went to the store.Im originally from Oregon and a lot of the organic items and bulk items I am used to buying anywhere I having a hard time finding. My local friends told me they could be found out Sprouts I was very excited to go check it out. The selection of merchandise is pretty amazing however customer service is not very good. I asked an employee where the waffles are located he didnt even turn around to look at me he just told me where they were. Other employees walking around the store never asked me if I needed help or smiled. When I was at the register checking out the cashier started talking to the guy behind me and didnt even acknowledge I was there. I dont know if this is a unique situation at this location or if this is how Sprouts customer service is across-the-board. The store is so nice and everything was organized and neat, you would think the employees would be happy to work there, maybe the managers dont treat them well, who knows. For me great customer service is worth every penny but Sprouts isnt close to my house and at this point its not worth it for me to drive out of my way and not even get a smile with my purchase.
Very good place to get best organic foods but finding out of stock more now a days at Frisco branch.
My go to place for produce!Great little grocery. Lots of organic and unique products. Really love the produce quality, price, and selection. Great selection of bulk items from nuts to grains to sweets. Great selection of vitamins and health products too. They arent huge and wont have all the things a big grocery will but what they do have is great!
Love their produce! They make great sandwiches too
This is definitely a great place for healthy foods, just beware of the prices, shop smart here. Friendly staff though, always.
The selection is always phenomenal. There is a very friendly atmosphere here, some of the employees are especially awesome. Dawn is one of them. Shes very endearing, understanding, and honest. Shes also great at her job.
Excessive merchandising in the aisles can make it difficult and uncomfortable to walk through the store, forcing you to also weave around and dodge other shoppers to negotiate this obstacle course. The store itself has a good selection of standard and alternative healthy food and products. And regularly has good special deals. Produce prices are usually good. Regular items can be a bit pricey, but generally in line with the overall Market.Occasionally encounter an odd rude worker. But usually friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.
I stop by here for the best fruits and vegetables around.
Great selection, good prices. Nice environment. I have no doubt recommending them!
Staff is always friendly and helpful. Store is clean and produce is fresh.
The best overall Sprouts that you can trust to have good quality products that are natural and organic.
This store is really clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and they are always well stocked!
They have the best prices in town. Period. AND F-R-E-S-H produce. Fresh meats. Great bulk foods area. Their organic dairy selection is great -- wish their organic produce was as extensive. Overall, very extensive selections of the foods they carry, best quality. But their best asset is their friendly and helpful staff, especially on CRAZY Wednesdays when they are overworked (on Wednesday, the previous and upcoming weeks specials overlap - its a MADHOUSE in there, but totally worth going).
Great produce and wide variety of specialty items for different types of dietary needs.
Sprouts is a great store. They have a good selection. Their prices for their organic products are very reasonable. Their employees are very kind when you ask them questiins.
They only have TWO LANES OPEN!!! HOW can anyone want to buy anything here when the lines go all the way back into the bulk aisles! I work next door and sometimes my breaks arent long enough to go get something. ITS NOT UNTIL YALL SEE THE FRUSTRATED CUSTOMERS THAT SOMEONE ELSE COMES AND OPENS A LANE. PLEASE FIX THIS! YALL NEED MORE THAN JUST TWO LANES OPEN!!
Im a physician and one of my patients used to work in the meat dept at sprouts. He told me that Sprouts had the best quality meats because they took extreme care to ensure it was the freshest.Ill have to add that their team provides the best customer service!!Last week, Id bought 6 lbs of colossal shrimp that turned out to be a different variety. I returned to Sprouts today and discussed the issue with THOMAS, in the meat dept. He quickly resolved the problem; he refunded my money and honored the sales price when he replaced my order. He was so patient, pleasant and professional that it really made my day! BTW, this was the Sprouts in Friso on Preston.
Pretty good
The price for the quality of food is outstanding! This is my weekly grocer because of how fresh the food is and how great the prices are.You will not be disappointed.
Great grocery store with plenty of organic and gluten free options.I shop here so often, many of the employees have now become my friends.Great produce section and friendly staff!Cheaper than Whole Foods too - thats a BIG +
The store is great for fresh produce! Plus, they carry a nice variety of organics, without the wallet gouging price. The staff is very nice and very helpful, too! My favorite grocery store, by far.
Place is trash. Overpriced not well kept. You can get cheaper and better organic produce elsewhere. Also, staff is rude and lazy. I grabbed a large salad for lunch while I was there figured couldn’t mess that up, lettuce in the middle was rotten and there was hair in it.
I love there overall. I found Texas pecan coffee there too! I saw the fruit flies over the fruit counter and grapefruits are still sitting where with mold on the bottom.
I am eating 4 stars for the produce and inventory HOWEVER I give Sprouts as a company and specifically this store One * Star for staff rudeness..slovenly and unkempt appearances and bickering with one another at the checkout lines. Please train your staff on teamwork, customer service and expect their cleanliness in grooming to match an organic healthy market!!
My go to place for fresh fruits and veggies.
Very disappointed... again... by this Sprouts. Admittedly, my wife shops at this store frequently. However, without question as compared to Market Street, Tom Thumb or any other Grocery Store, the produce and meat at Sprouts goes bad quicker than any. Their produce will oftentimes go bad the next day...mainly mold on berries. I probably throw out 1 out of every 5 fish purchases that I freeze for later use. I dont know if they re-freeze product or what they do, but in my opinion they must have great specials to account for all the food I throw away. I dont shop there anymore. Hopefully, now that we are ordering out since our Coho Salmon and Mahi purchased less than 2 months from this store and immediately frozen has thawed out and smells like a dumpster, my wife will figure this out as well. Thanks once again, Sprouts, for royally screwing up my dinner! Never again!
The reason I give it a one is because of the air conditioning/ so hot outside.. staff fussing with each other. when the lines were backed up can’t see why this store has rolled so far down hill but best guess is the staff rude rude rude won’t be back... like I said the air conditioning was spot on so they get a one ⭐️
I have purchased 99% of my groceries at this store since they opened. Last week I purchased an atomizer for $34.99 which quit working a week later. Sprouts would not offer any resolution without a box and receipt. I expect them to stand behind their products. I understand that there are rules but there are plenty of other options out there. I wouldnt think it is worth losing a long time customer, but that is exactly what has happened. I have also caught them double ringing items on numerous occasions, so check your receipt thoroughly.
Sprouts is my familys favorite store for many years (including the store at Legacy and Coil). We love the professional services and produces at this store. We shop almost weekly here. However, I would like Sprouts Management to place a sign at snack and nut aisle No sample please. I saw both adults and children using bare hands to eat goodies from the containers repeatedly. At Central Market, they really monitor for these poor human behaviors. Can Sprouts Management team benchmark other store and improve this area? Thanks
Fresh produce! Good & Happy Food choices!
Excellent location! They are all great
Went there around 8pm, points out that the price of avocado is not correct when checking out, I want to kindly remind her that maybe they need to doublecheck to avoid this happens to other customers, the cashier is like “it’s you that pick up the wrong items”, rather than apologize for their mistake. Well, the whole bunch of Avocado are right under the price tag, how could I pick the “wrong” item...? Then she said they may dump it on the wrong spot. If the store dumps products in the wrong place, then why customers are blamed...?
Good store.. Clean, and friendly staff..
I can’t say enough good things about Runay! I will return just because of the amazing service she provided !!!
Great selection of produce and dry goods. Meat quality is good. Only real complaint is that any item they have that you can find at other stores will be much more expensive to buy at Sprouts for some reason.
Have been here few times and always had a problem. Bought milk that turned out bad, bought perfect bars that turned out bad but today was the limit bought three packs of my/mo mochi which all turned out being melted and refrozen turning them it to a disgrace. I thought it could be one, went through all of them and they all tasted bad. Makes me think they hav issue with there refrigerators. Never going back here again. Waste of time n money.
Fresh market around the block. Is it better than whole foods? Decide for yourself. Maybe not
Sprouts has the best produce and natural/allergy-sensitive product offering out of any grocer that Ive ever been to. Definitely saves a lot of hassle for my wife and kids who have boatloads of food sensitivities!
They have good deals on produce.
I just went to sprouts for the first time. This place is awesome. Its like a mini whole foods without the heavy prices. Seriously. I paid $1.50 for one small case of wheat grass. $2.00 for strawberries. $1.99 for 32 oz or organic vegetable broth. They also have grass fed organic beef which Ive been wanting to find forever! If you are into organic, plant based, whole foods this is the place to go!
CHECK ALL EXPIRATION DATES. I see SO many past date items on the shelves of this store that its stupid. Im talking everything from cheese to almond butter to bread to potato chips. (Yes really, even potato chips.) When I tell staff members about it, or really ask any other question in general, they look at me like a complete pest and do the bare minimal. I only come here for the selection, which is pretty great. The Legacy and Coit location is way better, though.
Food is of good quality. But the service is very poor in the register, you should be very polite to every Asian customer.
Typical Sprouts. Good selection of orgabic fruits and veggies, but i usually come here for the beauty and health section. Can be a bit pricy but wait for a sale!
I absolutely love sprouts, but their lead cashier is extremely rude, makes you feel inadequate if you need to transfer money into your account in the checkout line. Doesn’t bag items until the very end and does so like a spoiled teenager.
Great store. Not a huge selection and not everything is organic.... so I am not sure the point of not just selling everything. But I like it and the staff is nice.
Great place with good quality food. All organics. Bit pricey but still good.
Like the organic fruits and vegetables. Also like the fact you can buy as per bed basis without judging. Variety of option for nuts. Like the shrimp and crab meat. But the only complain I have is the price of the items because you get the exact same thing in less price from some of the other grocery store like juice, milk, eggs etc. Also there is no loyalty program to get extra discounts.
LOVE LOVE sprouts!! However every time I buy ground beef, chicken breast or strips they smell very bad and I’m forced to return it.
Very neat and clean store. Is always stocked with fresh fruits and vegetables and decent price
This store provides professional service as well as good quality items. Especially liked my experience with Chuck, who gave thorough and scientific-based recommendations about vitamins.
After calling a bunch of grocery stores in the area to see of they sell ingredients to make sushi, this store not only knew what I was asking about, but extremely helpful and knowledgeable about what I could need. They were also courteous and professional on the phone when none of the other local stores even knew basic phone etiquette.
Great place to buy.. but reading the reviews, some people and their petty comments....geeez. the store is clean, a large variety and fresh items. Very friendly staff.
Great pricing. But Needs to improve in quality customer service skills.
Great sales for organic foods from time to time.
Improving selection of gluten free items!
Natural,Fresh,Organic products are available for reasonable prices. Good place to shop.
