I ordered a green me up juice with 2 scoops of protein added. Pretty quick service. Clean location. Taste good. The guy was patient with me considering I’m a very indecisive person. I’m only con if I had to have one would be that he wasn’t knowledgeable about how many grams of protein the additive contained but he did admit to not knowing and asked someone. So again I definitely appreciate his patience with me!!

Good food, bowls, and food but, the teenagers that work there really need to work on their customer service skills. They come off like they don’t want to be there and don’t want to work. They are just on their phones and act bothered when customers talk to them. This isn’t even for me, this is my experience viewing a teenage boy working there ignoring and then giving an older man attitude when the older man just was asking how his day was going. Totally shot him down. So rude.

This was my first trip to Vitality Bowls. It was THE BEST bowl I’ve ever had. I’ve been the on quest for really good smoothie bowls lately and I’ve found the best.We ordered Warrior Bowl and Tropical Bowl. The August special is the Brainiac Bowl.I can’t wait to come back and try their salads too.

This was my first time getting an Acai bowl and it was great! The workers were incredibly helpful - they spoke about all of their ingredients and gave some great suggestions. I got the Nutty Bowl and I will definitely go back to try more.

A great place, but I really wish this location would give me the receipt when I order takeout! I am unable to get reward points without it so that is unfortunate.

Tried this place for the first time today and everything was delicious! I love a menu that literally has nothing unhealthy for me. I had the turkey panini, Dragon smoothie, and cucumber/kale salad. All of it was great and with this menu Ill probably become a regular.

HORRIBLE. NONCHALANT, YOUNG, UNCONCERNED & UNDERSTAFFED. Originally when this place opened it was great, unsure if it is under new ownership or management but it has become terrible. Ordered through DoorDash and was contacted about an item they were no longer offering that I had ordered, instead of offering a replacement for that ONE item out of the two on the order it was almost as if was the young lady was encouraging me to cancel the order (by me having to contact DoorDash) in its entirety. After me, as the customer, had to ask what it could be replaced with I still never ended up getting my order. I tried to give them another shot today, when I sent someone to order a kale salad and veggie panini, also to no avail, as the wait time exceeded 45 mins for two items in an empty store. Asked for the owner or manager, of course no one in leadership on staff. We were given a panini with meat as well (wrong). So 45 min wait, paid for, and wrong. Another day I ordered the Kale salad in the middle of the day and was told they had no kale. (11:00 am) on a weekday. Ridiculous. Great concept, great food (when they have it). Terrible customer service, you go in, your order is taken and the person disappears to the back forever. Either they are understaffed or just don’t care. Either way, only order or dine here if you have 30 mins to an hour to spare on any given day.

Smoothiein a bowl, with goodies on top. How can you go wrong. A bit pricey for us, so cant put it in the regular stop list, but definitely worth the stop.

It was my first time going to Vitality Bowls. It had been on my list for some time based on other reviews I saw. I had no idea what to expect, so asked the staff for assistance. They recommended the Warrior Bowl or the Nutty Bowl - I went with the latter. Amazing! The base was similar to a thick purple smoothie, and the top was loaded with fruit and granola. I also ordered a juice while I was waiting. I went with The Rehydrator - incredibly refreshing. Kale, pineapple, mint, apple and coconut water. I promise you cant taste the kale or coconut. Five stars, will return soon.

We are pretty big on clean eating and smoothies, as much as this type of place is right up my alley it’s definitely failed to impress me every time. I seriously keep trying to love them! But the fact that it took 15-20 minutes to make an acia bowl on 3 separate occasions was a little ridiculous but also that I’m pretty sure they top them off with cheap sugar cereals instead of flax seed or healthy granola makes me sad. Also the green in the smoothies is definitely an added coloring of some sort, because its like freaky green. We make these at home all the time and they are never that green🤷🏻‍♀️ and then I finally gave up on my desire to love this place when I found out they don’t use organic fruits or veggies, kinda defeats the purpose for me. “I love Juice bar” just spoils me I guess and it’s hard to compare this place to them.

Cant say enough good things about this place. Everything is delicious (I recommend the Nutty Bowl) and you can tell when you eat it that the ingredients are fresh and high quality. You can also add protein to your bowl to make it a complete meal replacement, which makes my life easier! I love finding a place where I can feel full, but not disgusting.Also, the service is incredible. I am really tired of loving the food somewhere, but them getting my order wrong, or being treated as though my business is expendable. After my second visit, the staff had memorized my name and my order, and even called me to confirm a mistake I had made in an online order that they could easily have overlooked. You can also order in advance through their app and just stop by to pick it up.I am now officially a Nutty Bowl addict. Definitely try this place.

I was so excited to go to Vitality Bowl for the grand opening today (and happened to be the first customer of the day). Ive been waiting for something like this in our area. Where you can eat clean and not worry about crazy chemicals in your food. The owners, Josh and Jamie, appeared to be very friendly and were very helpful with explaining the menu. I ended up getting the warrior bowl and energy bowl for my husband and I. We loved it and cant wait to go back, definitely will take the kids to check out the kids menu. I also would like to try the kombucha on tap.

My friend told me about this place and we came to have an acai smooth. An Asian girl came to to take our orders, I mean his order. She went to the register, got his order and it seems I was invisible. I was just ignored. That was unbelievable rude. My friend even suggest to call her back, how would I trust someone to prepare anything for me to eat after just completely ignore me?

Delicious Acai bowl and smoothie stop, been coming here for years now and have never been let down by the service and quality of ingredients. A single bowl here has so many micronutrients, whenever I feel under the weather I just get their Superfood bowl and it perks me up! Also recommend the Tropical bowl!

If I could choose a negative star I would. I stopped by this establishment last week for the first time and was rushed to order my meal and the main staff member at the register (Presley) was very rude. I was greeted with are you ready yet, I kindly replied with I will need a moment as this is the first time I have been here. After a few mins she returns and says you have any idea what you want yet. What type of service is this??? The food was good but, I wont be returning to this location due to the rude staff member.I do realize we all have bad days but, if your in front dealing with customers this is not the way to have people return to your business.

I love açaí bowls however the past two times I’ve placed a to-go order on the app I got home to find my bowl half full. These bowls are not cheap and for the price I expect the bowls to be full. The $10 bowl I ordered this past weekend left me hungry.I took pictures and reached out to the owner but received no response or acknowledgment. I will stick definitely stick to Nekter açaí bowls going forward.

First time here and we had a to-go order. Got the Immunity Acai Bowl, Kale Salad, and C Me Up Juice. Pros: Very clean and the staff was friendly, patient and answered all my questions. Everything looks and tastes healthy and most ingredients are organic. No added sugar, fillers, artificial preservatives, or trans fats. Everything is made fresh to order.. The Immunity Bowl was HEAVENLY and large enough to share. The juice was very fresh tasting and delicious. The carrot and ginger flavor were perfectly balanced. They dont use ice, so you get more concentrated juice for the money. We poured the juice over ice and it tasted even better. Lots of exciting flavor and textures and I will definitely come back and try a few of the other bowls and juices. Cons: Expensive and menu can be a bit overwhelming for newbies. Kale salad was fresh, but a little boring and dry. Needed more excitement and more dressing. It didnt help they were out of goat cheese, but they offered a choice of another topping and we picked red onion. When I got home, I added cherry tomatoes and few other things to make it perfect. I probably would not order this again since I can make it cheaper and better at home. Overall, I would recommend this place and I will be back!! 😁

Amazing!!! Being vegetarian and gluten free, its rare that I find a menu with more than a few options, let alone the entire menu that I can choose from. The Acai bowls are to die for, the smoothies delicious, numerous salad options, and the paninis can be made on gluten free bread!!

I went back there for the second time and gave up on buying Açai because the employee who prepares the food left the bathroom without a mask, using her shirt to cover her mouth. In time of covid-19 I will not return to the place unfortunately.
