Only good thing about this store is it opens at 8 in the morning. Shopping grocery here feels like getting lost. Things can not be found quickly and items do not have pricing on them. It is really inconvenient to do grocery shopping here. Vegetables are not fresh every time you go there. The most important thing is that they don’t have polite and friendly staff, especially the employees at the counter are really rude when it come to customer service. Never had a good experience here.

I visit this India bazar occasionally as plano store is closer to my place. I find vegies here a bit fresher than plano store. more stocked shelved of spices and puja items. Most importantly less crowded.

It was nicely organized and displayed very efficiently and the sections were labelled so that any body can find it. The staff were also efficient, very polite, very knowledgeable and helping nature.

Youll be amazed at all the scents right after walking in! They have a huge selection of Indian foods and goods. From rice to candy to dish wares youll find everything you need and then some. We used to be a regular customer to IB until they reduced the reward points close to nothing. Also off late their veggies are not as fresh and most racks empty without refilling. We had pretty bad experience.

They are not maintaining quality rice. Recently I bought Gajanan little crystal rice. Which contains lot of rice weevils, which spoiled my pantry area. Dont buy Gajanan rice.

What a nightmare shopping here!! Most items do not have prices on them, the ones that are priced are incorrect and when you expect them to honor the price at checkout you are met with complete dismissal!!! Employees are rude and have no customer service skills. This is not India - you are in the US now and customer service is really important here. Produce is sub par, some things are almost rotting. Cashier overcharged me last time for items. I will stick with Patel Brothers - much better produce and at least some level of customer service is provided. Major Fail.

Great collection of Indian groceries. Checkout section is little slow, otherwise no complains. Many rice items which I won’t get in Patel, I will get it here.

It’s a decent Indian Grocery store. All products stacked across the store such a way that heaviest and staple are up front- so your grains, flours are next to when you enter, veggies and cold storage towards back and across the store. This helps lugging the cart better. The staff is slightly impatient and crude- I mean you can give 1 person a benefit of bad day, May be everyone on that day but if you visit every week of the month you can say with certainty that store employees are crass.Oh well, this store has good quality products that are usually in stock, so I say this is way better than Patel Brothers on I-121 !!! Never had I ever had a bad quality fruit/vegetable or packaged good from this store (unlike each sooji packet of Swad brand from Patel)

Beware buying packed vegetables.I bought two packs of drumstick leaves.After coming home, I noticed both of them were rotten with fungus inside.I went to the shop same evening and asked for replacement. They said no returns/replacement even for packed vegetable. Though they said, they check this section thrice daily, it doesnt seem the way Green leaves were.Always pls check throughly, b4 you buy packed leaves/vegetables. Poor customer service..

This store has the worst customer service and respect for their customers. There is a difference on how the customers needs to be treated in USA compared to India. They sold me a product that gave me rashes on my skin and I barely used it. I went back after 3 weeks and showed her my rash, they refused to take it back. On top of it, she called her manager & was not in my favor while she was discussing it with them. She particularly spoke in Hindi without realizing that I could understand every single word. Their approach is very disrespectful to us as their customers and I highly discourage this store. Save yourself a horrible experience. Very Disappointing!!!

It was more crowded than the other locations, and fruits and vegetables felt strewn about. The adjacent Rajulas Kitchen was understaffed and those that did work were very rude to the customers.

Used curbside service. The pickup is in the back, its not very clearly labeled but the people were prompt and friendly and otherwise had great service.

Quality control appears to an issue at this location. Bought Uncooked Phulka. Supposed to be sealed pack. When I got home found that packet slit at the bottom and rotis had green fungus

Good store for the Indians. moderate cost . Have abudunt car parking. Don t miss the birds if you are visiting the store in the evening. More than 1000 birds stay in those trees. Staffs are very professional. Only concern is the space

No proper signs!they have no idea of what offers and sales are going on on the products, and at check out they have to go find them.They put the prices of the smaller packaged items and stock up the big packets of the same thing which can confuse people. Alot of us see the price and then buy certain things.I know for a fact that India Bazaar is really good and they carry alot of things I like, but this particular one is somewhere Ill never go back.

They have almost everything for indian groceries and customer service is good. I avoid buying fresh produce as I found tomatoes and other fruits coated with some kind of oil.. had to soak and wash with hot water. Packets of paan leaves had tiny insects which they were not aware of.

They have a variety of fresh Indian veggies. A great place for devotional people to buy Puja stuff.

Good to shop here for qualitative products in my view. The products available here are fresh, lost long and remain fresh. The prices are also a little bit less than other shop what I mean, found and observed.

Bought food from this place that was expired. Specifically mango pickled achar. They are smart and remove the original date of expiration /or cover it and replace it with another stamp/date. Honestly I figured an act like that is illegal but Im not sure. However Be careful what you buy check thoroughly. Not worth getting sick over.

I love this shop. The owner and employees are very personable and kind. Its a smaller shop, but the owner is very careful to order product according to what the customers want.All in all this is a great shop.

This place is packed all the time with people. veggies are somewhat fresh and very convenient location to grab a few items when not wanting to go further to Patel brothers. They have most of the items and its very well managed by the friendly staff. No complaints so far after visiting this place almost once a week for a year now.

I recommend everyone to check their receipt with the MSRP or shelf price because on multiple occasions they overcharged me for different products. When it first happened the cashier said it must be a system error and gave me a refund. But it happened again and again, 3 times to be exact. I want to believe they are not conducting any shady business here but if it continues to happen I will have to file a consumer complaint.

I was hoping to find Indian clothes and artifacts and jewelry here instead is just a giant grocery for the Easterners and Westerners. Not a bad place if you want to embrace Indian culture food and spices!

Vegetable section needs more cleanliness. Quality of vegetables, can be better.Tomatoes can be fresh and firm, why not remove bad tomatoes??Staff should shelf before store opens or after store closes, so customers have clean path to each aisle when they shop.Should stock up fish regularly in the freezer, have names of different fish on the freezer door, but they are not available.Some prices are higher than Patel Brothers.

Was in love with the store. But be careful when you get the receipt. They charged $20 for something I did not buy. They did show me the video but I know I did not buy the product. So I am not sure what is going on. So when you buy your groceries check it before you leave the store.

I like this store, good selection but too often long lines to check out. They need more check out people and better scheduling. Customers need to put their shopping carts back. Its lazy to just leave them in the parking lot. Gives our people a bad name.

This store has a ton of spices & other products I cant find anywhere else. The prices are really good, and every visit I find something new & awesome to introduce to my family. These are the reasons I keep coming back, despite the fact that Im followed about like a criminal for my whole visit, every time I go. Small price to pay - I just ignore it and shop - in the end, I get what I need & I really do enjoy the selection.

In general great store. Grocessary inventory stack up could be managed a bit better. Lacks fresh snacks, bakery section similar to Patel brothers. I really like their points system and have been able to use cash earned in the last few months. They will even ask you if you want to apply cash earned towards the bill.Most other stuff in the store is awesome

Great store and great variety. Im so happy to have these guys locally. They carry a lot of hard to find products. If you like okra fyi, they have it fresh and at low prices. They also have a rewards system that is truly good.

New place compared to others close by, but looks rundown and old. Need to be maintained better in terms of organizing the aisles. For a store at a prime location they need to attract the crowds not drive them away.

Great selection

Been going there since they opened for tea, candy, cookies etc. never a problem until today. Bought two large boxes of tea bags plus other stuff. After paying then exiting I checked my bags to make sure I had everything. One box of tea bags was missing . Went back in the store and the clerk insisted I had taken it with me. She wanted to look in my car to see if it was there. I told her I didnt get as far as my car but she was insistent. I said we should go back and look inside but she kept on repeating it was not there. It was all very strange. I felt like she was accusing me of trying to steal another by by saying it was missing. Another clerk then came out with the bag of missing tea and also bread I had bought. Made me very uncomfortable. No apology either.

The place is okay with decent selection of fruits and vegetables. However, some vegetables are not as fresh as they advertise. Its competitor nearby Patel Brothers does better in fresh grocery selections.
