The best grocery delivery service. Ive ordered from my home grocers several times over the last two to three years. Id say 100% of the time the order is perfect. And the people who deliver are really nice. And most often it comes in less time then they estimated.

I love their deli. I come here a lot when Ive worked late and want a home cooked meal that just needs to be reheated. Lots of variety and the staff can tell you every ingredient listed for anyone who might have an allergy.

I had my delivery scheduled after several delays... we waited for till 12 AM night.. nothing was delivered.. I understand the current situation and delay due to that.. But as a customer we at least expect prompt response. I continuously tried calling its going voice mail and reached several time on email.. No Response... This is the worst experience I have ever seen... I do not recommend this website for online groceries...

I can understand in this situation but they charged everything upfront and did not bother to tell they are not able to deliver few items until we have verified. I have decided to give a review, owner is least bothered about this and trying to cash in this situation. I do not want to recommend this service at all. Looks like they are severely affected by COVID-19 as most of his support team works from offshore. Due to this, most of the things are not under his control. He returned my money back. Had worst experience today. They delivered expired items, that too not by a few days, but 3 months. If they are not checking their stock, not sure how they are making sure to follow protocols for covid. Im never going to order again from them. I would highly recommend to order from India bazaar or Swadeshi grocers and refrain from using myhomegrocers.Update:I got a call from Myhomegrocers team and they told me this was an honest mistake and that they do check the expiration of all their products. They were prompt in issuing me a refund and are sending me a fresh batch of product. I have updated the rating to 4 star based on the good customer service I received.

They are a blessing during this COVID-19 pandemic. They deliver all my desi grocery to my door step and their herbs are washed and comes in a ziplock.

I would give them 0 stars if i could. Terrible Customer Service, They are not reachable on phone or text. They have a support email address that will respond on sporadic basis. Seems like a shoddy operation out of a shed. I placed an order on Mar 20. Waited patiently for order to be delivered especially in this pandemic situation. Got an email from support staff that it will be delivered April 12 EOD (almost after 4 weeks ). Guess what i never got the order and no communication from them either. I cancelled my order . If i do not get my money back in 2-3 business days as listed on their site, I will report them to my bank as a fraudulent charge. They are very unprofessional . STAY AWAY !!!

The service is excellent especially in this pandemic situation. They are making deliveries timely, in case of delay,which I faced once they notify over mail .I have ordered several times from here and the groceries are always fresh.

Ideally wouldnt give any rating, but they left me with no choice.Most pathetic online service i have ever seen for grocery. I had placed order online on 3/19 and was expecting delivery on following Sunday, but have not received any until today. Nor have i received any update on it until today even after mutiple email followups. The phone number provided keeps going on voice mail with message which i do not think is of any use. Only thing done on time was money that got deducted. I know we are going through difficult times but no update on grocery status even after 9 days is bad. On voice mail they keep saying of dropping email for order status but do not get any update even after doing so. Please be wary of such online grocers.

Add your items to cart, get same-day, high quality fresh foods delivered to your doorstep. The person who delivered was very friendly and professional. The fruits and vegetables, and DAIRY all look very fresh, and just like how I would pick them out myself. I will be using this service instead of going grocery shopping from now on.I want the owners to know that as a parent with kids, life can be chock-a-block with several things to run around for. Thank you for taking out 3 of those trips out from my weekly routine.P.S: The website is a bit choppy. When I type something in search bar, it refreshes every couple of seconds so I ended up clicking wrong item several times in the process. Also, I received two of an item that I ordered one of.
