Wasnt really expecting anything special from a beauty supply store. I called first to ensure that they were open during the quarantine, they are with some policy changes which I dont mind. One customer in the store at one time etc etc but when I called the service rep held my items and also grabbed other items she thought I might need which complemented the items I had which I did need and was going to ask for once I got to the store. Rep was extremely nice, positive and attentive. This is probably my favorite beauty supply store based off service alone. Not sure of her name but she had green hair! Great job! Will be back and will recommend

The store is well stocked with different brands of hair products for all kinds of budgets. The attendants are able to give you advice and never push a product on you.

This is the worst that can ever happened to me. We were walking next to the store trying to make an appointment and all of the sudden there is a lady came out and start telling us to walk away and we cannot walk near the store and then she started waiving is away with her hands seems like they don’t want any business I don’t recommend this place at all they are so rude

Van does nails at this place and she is the best there is, I highly recommend her if your looking to get your nails done my nails will last about 1 month before I come for a fill.. there is also a hair salon too

Went in for a mani pedi Vaughn is very nice. Due to my job, I have to keep my nails short. For those of you ladys that can have long nails she really has some art for nails

Accused my wife of shoplifting after checking a message on her phone from me. She dumped her purse out in frustration and showed innocence and wasnt offered an apology. Dont shop here . They lost a long term customer today. Never again

They sold me two expired bottles of golden blonde coloring that turned a strand test mousey brown. When I asked for exchange or refund they refuse. All sales final.2004 was the expiration date.

Do not shop here this place does horrible business and steals money!!! The cashier sold me a gift card for valerie (body massage therapist)who is on medical leave and did not tell me. Now valerie has no problem taking my money but wont refund me and the shop wont take any responsibility. Huge scam !!!! Bad business!! You have been warned. save your money and shop at ulta or sephora where at least you know your money is safe!!!!!!!
