This place could use more positive workers. Went in and was stalked just because I didn’t have my hair done or make up! I’m a bit shocked since I have never had this problem(I was dressed up) before but I guess I looked that bad today 😂I’ve never had this problem at the one by the dmv on Lincoln and western

The staff are friendly & willing to help at this location- will not say that for other locations..have noticed there has been an improvement w their knowledge & eagerness to help or answer Q. Over the last couple years!Perhaps they are not inclined to answer Qs... re. only a Licensed Cosmetic should know? But a lil bit of friendly can sure go a long way where a hard earned $$ spent is concerned...just a perspective opinion, I tend to make choices on when deciding where I purchase my supplies . Im certainly happy COSMOPROF has many locations to choose from when I often travel for my business. And theyre open Sundays. A + for me!
