I usually order from this location, not anymore. Staff is trained to make the products, but not provide customer service. Extremely Rude staff, I will take my business elsewhere from now on.

I give the STARBUCKS located at 1101 S Harbor Blvd, Fullerton, California 92832 FIVE COFFEE BEAN STARS. I was ready to order some pancakes, but I realized what once was a Dennys is now a Starbucks.. Haha!! Pancakes 🥞 and coffee ☕ always go well together. Its always nice to be able to order a fresh, VENTI cup of coffee at any starbucks. 5️⃣ 🌟s Thank you Baristas. Visited this starbucks location, which is usually my regular one, although i never order inside. My order was taken by a barista named john, not only was i waiting a while to even be acknowledged, but when I was he was super rude and rushed me with my order. I am not one to take long when i order so there is no need to rush me, I used to work at starbucks myself, so I know how to order. he was just all over the place and couldnt handle his tasks at hand and decided to take it out on me. On my last 2 drinks that were specifically modified to my friends order, he rushed and shut me up, and said he knew exactly what i was talking about. the tik tok drink Which I have no clue about. I check my receipt and he rung me up incorrectly, the tik tok drinks were not right. & when i expressed my concern he was still rude. I dont mind a wait, especially during the times we are in now, but there is no need to be rude to your customers. if you hate your job, just dont go. Will not be back John :)

Isn’t my usual Starbucks but stopped anyways because the review were still good. The coffee was burnt and terrible and my matcha latte which is usually my favorite tasted like absolute grass. Everytime I come into this location I feel that Im very important because of the greeting and constant attention they give to my request. I say this because sometimes Im pretty difficult with my specific orders and never as :-( or from comes across when Im ordering or specify something different than normal. Im so frustrated with how many drinks Ive bought from this place just for them to make em wrong. I literally get the same drink everyday and know when its not correct. After the 4th time, I finally went back to have it remade since they cant ever answer their phones. They remade my drink wrong AGAIN and i asked for more pumps of chai and it still tasted bland and disgusting. So idk what theyre doing in there but its not making drinks correctly

The staff are very friendly and quick to fill your order. The bad thing is that there is always homeless people asking for food or money outside in groups. Also hanging out inside at times. If you are just making a quick stop and not staying there this place is fine. No drive thru unfortunately.

The place had to many homeless people inside. Didnt feel safe bringing my little sister in and the places smelled like a trash can.

Of all the Starbucks that I go to, this is hands down the most consistent, as far as customer service! Due to their location, they have to endure a lot of riff-raff... Hats off to the staff and big-time props to the district manager for training! My review, however, is a result of exceptional customer service on behalf of an employee who deserves recognition! Tried to pay for my drink, only to find out that my account was low on funds... Offered to go to my car to get some money but she insisted it was not necessary! Nevertheless, I still came back later to try to pay and they wouldnt take my money! Daisy is one-of-a-kind employee and a tremendous asset to this Starbucks location!!

Today, 730 in the morning, I went to Starbucks with my dog, a golden retriever, to get a pappuccino for my dog and a mocha for myself. We literally got kicked out of the store.I saw the girls looked at me and my dog, shaked their heads and looked at each like they were judging/hating me and my dog. I don’t know why. Maybe because I’m ASIAN and they were being RACIST! I didn’t take that seriously and ordered from them. Then they said to me in front of EVERYONE in the store, we can’t have your dog in our store. Please leave and wait outside for your coffee. I’ve been to Starbucks many times with my dog since he was a little puppy. Every time we go to Starbucks, every one loves him and wants to say hi to him. We were in the same store 2 weeks ago and people loved him.I saw my coffee on the counter already, but the girl couldn’t even wait till I got my coffee! She asked me to leave immediately and she will give me my coffee outside of the store.If you don’t like dogs, or other reasons just tell me nicely and politely. And I will be more than willing to work with you. You do not need to be this rude and embarrass me in front of everyone.While I was waiting outside, one of the girls gave me my coffee and a WRONG change. It was like they were in such a rush and they can’t wait for me to leave!How come Starbucks, a very well known coffee shop in the world, has someone this unprofessional, rude, racist and gives people public embarrassment! This is absolutely the worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had.

This location has the worst customer service due to a particular employee...at times, I have witnessed this employee get into it with customers [power struggle] as well as with the other employees. Its a hostile environment and I sense that employees who work with this particular individual are unhappy and level of stress is definitely over baseline. Management needs to step up and retrain themselves on customer service...and how to represent STARBUCKS in a more positive-welcoming light. STARBUCKS might be down on numbers [target store goal] due to the employees working at this location; especially that pactically indivdual.

This Starbucks is my favorite. & The dark haired woman who always makes my drinks is the best barista on the planet ❤️I grew up here, I learned about myself here. My life happened in large part with this establishment as a source of good vibes & happiness for me. Starbucks, yes love you but this specific location holds dear to my heart. It is and will always be a place of comfort for me because my mom works here!I met myself here, I held my hand through the toughest of lifes many challenges here. I learned its not about what happens to you its about NOW what are you going to do with the cards life has dealt you?! Rude staff demanded that I buy something or I could not use the bathroom. The code is 1199. I respect the business since of the bathroom but as a human in need of relieving themselves this is ridiculous. With all the chemtrails soon where going to have to pay for air.

Although the staff are friendly and they have excellent customer service, unfortunately they took out all of the plugs for charging laptops/phones and the ones they do have at their long table have been broken for months with no immediate plan to fix them as of April 2018. Therefore they have made it clear that staying there to work for long periods is not welcome. (The last time I was at this location was back in January, and their long table was filled with homeless people and their belongings, camping out to charge their phones.) It is sad that they took away the capability for everyone to use it as a work station though.

I didnt like this location. They were out of the lemonade and on a super hot day-so I order 2 refreshers and both filled to the top with ice so hardly any drink and one of the drinks wasnt even filled to the top-so disappointed especially when you pay $5 a drink!!!! Wont visit this location again
