It can be hit or miss. I either get really good coffee or extremely bitter even though I always order the Spanish Latte. Cute place with lots of plants, yummy vegan donuts, wish the coffee was more consistent so I could go here more often.

Very cute and the customer service was amazing!! I love to hit as many coffee shops whenever I travel. The Einstein and strawberry mocha were excellent. We might have to double back to this location before leaving, if not we will for sure hit it the next time we are in town. 🥰

The Manager Michelle is so kind. She offered me exceptional service during my first visit to Frame Coffee. She made me a green tea to perfection. The store is orderly and clean. I saw one staff member cleaning tables outside between guest. And I was especially impressed by the cleanliness of the restroom. It’s been difficult for all small businesses during the pandemic. Support this one. They deserve it.

Awesome place! There are lovely interior even exterior you can reach. I tried smores and ice americano both are great. Highly recommended.

Modern interior with cute touches throughout the store. Lots of greens inside, so thats a big plus for me. Drinks are made quick, and a few specialty drinks Ive had were quite tasty. Baristas are friendly and welcoming. The store follows CDC guidelines well, and each table is wiped down once a customer leaves. Patio area has plenty of seating, shades, and heaters with a couple of power outlets. Parking was never an issue as there is a back parking lot and also a street parking available. Whether you want to spend some time by yourself or with your friends, this is a great place to visit!

Could not buy just a plain cup of coffee, staff should b fired, not friendly. They acted like they were doing me a favor (weird). Would not reheat coffee. These girls acted like they were doing u a favor. Don’t waste your money

I loooove this place!!!Frame coffee has the cutest decor and yummiest drinks (I love their Einstein’s and their lattes)! They also support local artists and business and have super awesome pop ups!! By the way, they have cleanest restroom ever. Honestly their whole cafe is basically instagrammable.They are super mindful and aware of socially distant etiquette and keeping everything clean and tidy. All the workers are super kind, friendly, and respectful!There’s some parking available in the back as well as the front. Love that they have both indoor and outdoor seating, too!!

Tried this spot for the first time. Nice mix of vintage and modern interior. The path from the back parking lot to the front entrance is a little tricky but not too difficult

One time I got good coffee, the other time terrible. Be sure to be specific on what kind you want. That said good spot to do work

LOVE FRAME!❤️ Their decorations, staff customer service & coffee are overall fabulous. I ordered Einstein (sweet cream on top of ice coffee), and they were just perfect. Not too sweet, not too bitter, it was my type of coffee drinks! All staff follow COVID-19 safety guidelines, which made me feel safe & their outdoor patio is also physically distanced that overall I would give them 10/10 for coffee, vibe, decoration & safety guidelines. Will be going here more often!

Really excellent spot! They have one of my favorite cold brew with cream foam. Dont mind the other reviews, Ive been here 4 times in the last two weeks and have had lovely customer service each time. (even while my 1 year daughter ran around the place). Im just visiting my in-laws and have been sampling all the local coffeeshops and this may be my favorite.

The customer service here, for a place probably starved for business during pandemic, is god awful. The place was empty, with no other customers, and the woman working was super rude to me. Will absolutely never give them my business, and Ive already told several friends about my experience to deter them from giving Frame their business and wasting their time and money when there are plenty of other cafes in the area that are more friendly.Edit to add: I was going to go in and purchase from the cafe, that was my entire plan, but your rudeness scared me away after I spent five minutes in another store next door first that I couldn’t bring a coffee into. Thanks for assuming! :)

I started getting coffee there more frequently and I am always greeted by the sweet staff! The espresso is super good and I recommend trying out the strawberry latte with sweet foam on top! I’m glad mcclains is gone too. They made the space a very cute and cozy place to study.

Dog friendly, good selection, and very beautiful interior and exterior. The espresso was well pulled and on the medium side with decent bitterness and a medium-low forward acidity. I would definitely come here with my dog again!

I have lived in fullerton for awhile and this place used to be mcclains. Nice place that needed an update and now it looks pretty darn good. I have been going to this place since they opened and thought I should write a review because I want to support this local business and because the coffee is actually good!!! Really stoked as this is close to my work and I missed having a local shop to go to. I did notice a negative review which surprised me but if you read between the lines... sounds like too much entitlement and not enough common sense. I got no complaints about this place and urge people to go get some good coffee. Too many good local businesses have gone this past year. Not going to let it happen to this one. Hope my review helps you guys, Ill be in for a cup tomorrow at 7am sharp!!!

Great decor but terrible customer service! My friends and I came here (5 of us total) but only 4 of us ordered, and they said we cant sit outside because not everyone ordered! So we had to get up after sitting for a minute. Mind you, we were the only customers at the time, no one else around. Worst customer service ever!

Love this place! Super clean and staff is so nice. Plus their coffee is amazing. Been here a few times and have been trying something new each time: strawberry latte, honey latte, and emerald (super delicious peppermint tea latte). I also love they have drinks for my kids (strawberry or chocolate milk). Give this place a try! Idk what these other negative reviews are about (also not crazy to ask everyone in a group to order something to dine in, I mean, what does it matter if the place was empty? Wayyy too many entitled people going around these days lol). Support local business!

Great little shop decent coffee great for college studying

Came here on Thursday morning for the first time instead of our usual starbucks. The place was empty, no one here but us. 5 of us ordered 4 lattes and sat outside for a minute only to have the staff tell us we cant sit here since not everyone ordered. SERIOUSLY?? How are you going to do business this way? Id understand if we ordered 2 or 3 drinks and if this place was packed, but all but one ordered AND it was EMPTY here, at 9:30am. Never had this experience before, and you lost a would have been frequent customer. #firstandlast #tsktsk #shameonyou
