Their inventory is great, prices are competitive, but they had 1 cashier for a full line of customers which took for ever to get service, and one cashier for returns. Their return policy is horrible. The receipt states nothing about what can be returned and what cant be returned but after waiting in line for close to 30 minutes I found out that they dont take masks back.

After going to the Westminster location they have the banner on the wall but yet the store is closed you look online it says its open and they are completely closed after driving to the one in Fullerton off of Malvern Street they have absolutely no selection really but luckily I was able to find something for my son but why I have something online saying youre open to drive to Westminster Mall and it has a big old Banner on the mall but yet they dont exist there they need to update their website and they need to update our location take down the banner at Westminster Mall if youre not going to be there this year big disappointment

Do not come here.I came back asking for a return and they told me that they can no longer accept returns past Friday. I explained to them that a worker had told me that today was the last day that for returns and the manager responded by saying that associate workers cannot tell us that theyll accept returns, only the managers. Another customer behind me also had the same issue and they told him the same thing.

This place is great. The layout is wonderful and the employees are fantastic

Horrible customer service, the manager fought with two other people while I was in line for refunds and then later accused me of wearing the product I was returning. I asked the manager for his name and he proceeded to say “I don’t have to give out that information”. Stay away from this location.

We walked in at 10:45 and right away we were met by the associates at the cash register telling us there was 10 minutes left to shop (should’ve been 15). She calls for her coworker (Jonathan) to “be on door” and they were signaling secretly to each other whether they should let customers in or not (again, 10:45) No exaggeration, 3 minutes later she (shorter girl short bleached hair) screams an announcement to all customers “ALRIGHT 5 minutes left you guys can’t shop anymore come and pay” we were disgusted with the service and walked out instead of buying the costume in hand. While we were walking out there were 3 customers asking if they were allowed to come in and the guy named Jonathan at the door (while texting on his phone) said “no sorry” and I was in my car by 10:51. Not letting in customers before closing time!!! With plenty of time to spare to grab something. I saw a couple of people walk out behind me after the screamed announcement and figured they thought the same as me. I’ll just purchase on amazon. Sheesh horrible service.

I came to exchange a wig I had bought at another Spirit store. The associate taking temperatures outside said he didn’t know if they would exchange the wig, that I’d have to ask inside. When we walked inside I didn’t see any associates right away & out of no where this lady is in my face screaming that if I’m going to return/exchange something I have to leave the merch at the cashiers (as if I’m supposed to know this) and proceeds to yank (for lack of a better word) my bag from my hands without even telling me who she is! I had to ask for her name before she rushed away (Rosio/ Rosario). Anyway, it made me feel really uncomfortable. I decided I didn’t like anything so I had to wait in line to get my wig back & while I’m waiting I’m watching Rosario stalk my gf as she’s just browsing looking at shirts, as soon as my gf left that area Rosio/Rosario left too. So annoying.

I went in today to the fullerton location . After walking in me and my kids went straight to the costume that i was looking for (we went beginning of October as well so we knew what spot in the store to go) I opened the costume, just to see the how big it was since we can’t try them on because of covid . So a minute after a lady walks up, at first i thought it was a customer looking at the costume i was holding . And i thought maybe i took the size she wanted, since she was staring at me . So then i go to the other aisle and i notice she’s there too, so then i thought okay this is weird . And i told my kids let’s walk around different spots in the store to see if she follows us, and sure enough she was following us where ever we went . I was so uncomfortable, i would never take stuff with out paying !!! specially a costume !!!! I didn’t even want to take the costume no more but i really needed it . NEVER EVER GOING TO THAT STORE !!!!!

Great selection. Good prices. Very helpful and friendly staff.

My mom Came to get my daughter a last minute halloween outfit. The package said 2-4t the associate checked it apparently. I get home and the pants in the package is a size 6. Shes 2 so didnt fit at all. There goes her halloween outfit .

The manager was very rude and they shut the doors 30 min before closing and the manager cuss me out because I was looking at this mask and she thought I was trying it on

The store was all right one of their other stores had more things I kind of didnt like the feeling of the workers watching me for no apparent reason my son and I went through just to check out what they had
