I bought a 2020 Kawasaki Ninja 650 and was coming up on a major service around 10k miles. I called a couple shops in Orange County to see if they could help service my bike and all I got was a bunch of laughs and responses like - Good luck buddy it will be MONTHS. Thank God I found Jose and GP Motomax.After speaking with Jose on the phone, he told me it would be a week before he finished his previous project and then swing by and he would take a look. Jose inspected my bike and made recommendations on things I should get done, also things I thought I needed but did not.He told me the prices straight up, showed me everything on the bill even when I didnt ask just to prove he was being transparent and then took the payment and got to work. Jose stayed in touch the entire time, sent me pictures of the parts he removed to show me the quality and shape they were in and then the installed new parts.He gave me a time frame of two weeks and finished earlier then projected. Once in the shop, he showed me a couple ways I could tune my motorcycle to make it run even better. I am very thankful to have found Jose. It is very hard to find an honest guy who communicates with you and works with you. Thanks GP Motomax for all your hard work I will continue to come back for service.

Got hit by a truck on my motorcycle and called a few shops but no one really felt right to go to untill i called GP motomax. Jose is great really knowledgeable and gives good estimates and time frames. Very reliable and consistent, im a new customer for life!

I purchased my bike used recently and the former owner recommended GP Motomax since they had actually built it. I called and scheduled an appointment for some upgrades and maintenance and Jose was very accommodating. Really awesome, and super helpful. Picked something up in my back tire and they really took care of me. Great price, super fast, and was really helpful about everything. 10/10 for service, price, and overall quality. Smaller business, but just as helpful and professional as the big guys. Very honest mechanic, which is super hard to find. Would recommend this place to anyone that has motorcycle needs!

Jose and his team are as hardworking as it gets. My race bike dropped an exhaust valve, and I was in a time crunch to even source a motor. It didnt help that I was headed out of town with spotty cell service for almost a week. Jose went out of his way to find me a motor and keep me updated. Then, Jose and his team stayed way late on a Friday night to get the motor swap done so I could head to the track on Saturday. Throughout it all, Jose made sure to keep me updated and was always reachable when I had questions. If youve got a bike issue, I wouldnt hesitate to bring it down to Jose.

Called one of the technicians over the phone he solved my issue just by me telling him what the bike was doing. I fixed it Im on the road again thanks bro. Gsxr 750 2005 it was the kickstand switch.
